Atlantis

There have been many undersea expeditions over the years, most famous being the Aquazone chronicles, often consisting of marine biologists battling against teams of treasure hunters without a care for the ecosystem. Then there was the incident of anthropomorphic stingrays being captured by humans planning to use them as aquarium shows until Dr Jeff Fisher stepped in to free the rays. Now he's on a brand new expedition led by Capt. Ace Speedman and his crew of Axel Storm, Lance Spears and Bobby Buoy. "I've invited Professor Samantha Rhodes, she has a copy of her great grandfather's journal which tells of Atlantis being nearby."

"You're really sure there's some kind of ancient city here? Yeah right." Lance retorted. "What's so interesting about Atlantis anyways? Even if it does exist. It's like some kind of ancient Greek-like place, right?"

"There's still so much that hasn't been discovered, whoever comes close to the entrance kept getting attacked by sharks, stingrays and even squids."

"Evil squids huh? Sounds like something from a cartoon." Ace joked. "But in all seriousness, even if we don't find it at least we'll be able to salvage some ship parts down there."

Sam was determined. "I can assure you it is real, this pyramid I have is the first key to where Atlantis is located. Um, do you have a table I can set this on?"

The crew all turned, only to find Lance reclining on a bed. "Wait, I don't remember bringing that on board."

The lax diver squeaked once he realized all eyes were on him. "Uh, oh look at that! Some lazy man turned the meeting table into a sweet recliner. Heh, who would ever do such a thing?"

"Yeah I ain't buying it, Lance, put it back together. After that we need someone to go out there and watch for any supposed anthropomorphic sea life that would want to keep us away from this lost city."

"Uh huh, and what if I refuse?" Lance grumbled.

"You're interested in seeing Professor Rhodes' slideshow?"

"Ugh! That sounds like school. I'll go out, you wanna come Bobby?"

He and Axel shrugged their shoulders as they followed their teammate outside. So far there was no action aside from the occasional pod of dolphins or eel passing by. "Man this is dull, heh. You really think there's a bunch of undersea armies that want us gone?" Lance joked.

"I dunno, Sam seemed pretty serious about this whole thing." Axel replied. "Besides, her granddad's journal is old enough to have known about Atlantis before it even sank."

"I guess, but still. I mean fish armies? Even great whites only attack because they think surfers are just seals, they only give out a weak test bite and go away when they realize we're not on the menu."

"Hah, yeah Lance. What are we gonna end up meeting giant pufferfish? Oh no, what are they gonna do to us?" Bobby joked.

"What's it gonna do? Fill us full of seawater? Ha, or air. Or whatever those weird fish do."

Although it appears someone didn't take their remarks too kindly, three looming figures approached the pair. "Eh? Did it suddenly get dark?" Lance asked.

"Um, I think we insulted them.." Was all Axel said as he was swiped up by an orca holding a trident. "Eep!! We didn't mean it Mr Dolphin!"

The other two divers yelped as they were grabbed by the large sea mammals, squirming as hard as they could to break free. For orcas they sure had a strong arm grip. "Uh, are they gonna eat us?"

The orcas scoffed as they approached a grotto, inside were several sunken ships, but what caught the eye of the captured divers were three single pills on a pedestal. Another orca soldier approached, but this one was dressed in different armor than the others. It had a single orange eyeball on its chest armor rather than a blue trident symbol and had a deranged look in its eyes. "Uh.. Hi?"

The moment Lance opened his mouth, the orca shoved the pill into his air tank, watching as the panicking diver tried desperately to not get it in his mouth. Unfortunately as he kept jostling around he ended up swallowing it anyways. Once he took his medicine, the orca did the same for Axel and Bobby.

The sea mammals all swam backwards as the trio begun to shake, their bellies gurgling loudly as the pills dissolved in them. "Oh god, what did we eat?!" The usually chill Lance squeaked.

"Uh, well at least whatever it was it tasted good. Kinda like blue raspberry pop rocks act-" But before Axel could finish his sentence, the sub appeared, causing the orcas to scatter. "Well at least we won't run out of air!"

The gurgling grew louder the moment they were back onboard, in seconds the front of their diving suits tore at the seams as their bellies grew. "Ack! What, was it an instant fat pill?!" Bobby squeaked, he tried to suck in his gut as best he could to no luck. The fat kept piling up on him, sloshing his belly around. "We better not outsize the sub!"

Lance and Axel weren't faring any better as their diving suits tore up further from their fattening bodies putting too much strain on their outfits. The rest of the crew stood back in shock as the trio kept bloating, they were as heavy as adult orcas now and twice as flabby. They flapped their flabby arms helplessly in some attempt to burn off the blubber, but that soon came to a halt when they were too heavy to lift.

"Waot, what fattening pill?" Ace demanded.

"I dunno, some orcas wearing armor force fed us this stuff! Okay Sam, we believe you about the Atlantis stuff now!" Lance squeaked, he was more than a little flustered at being completely naked in front of his captain. "At least get me something to cover up my butt! Unless you like staring at it."

"Huh? Oh right!" Jeff and Ace were quick to clothe the blobs once the swelling slowed to a halt. Their faces fattened up last, cheeks jiggling and double chins sloshing. "This sure is a first, at least it wasn't anthropomorphic sharks after you, right?"

Sam flipped through her great grandfather's journal, looking through the supposed animals that guarded the entrance to Atlantis. "That's weird, orcas aren't one of the guardians. In fact it's fall, shouldn't they be migrating to the tropics by now?" She pointed out.

They were so focused on trying to get Lance, Bobby and Axel to shape up again that no one noticed the deranged orca was smirking at them from one of the windows. It immediately vanished in a puff of smoke. "Wait, I remember one had a weird eyeball jewel on their armor. Didn't those Power Miner guys say they had a dream about purple creatures with orange eyes?" Lance realized.

"Why yes, Dr Brains recorded all of his dreams to me while he was funding our project." Ace replied. "You think they're connected?"

"It has to be. Once we're back on dry land we have to have a word with him." Bobby declared. "Uh, I think we better readjust those smaller subs now before something big hits us."
