Tarik and Anushka had been walking for at least four weeks. Anushka had been hunting to provide them food, and they had been gathering water from plants and rivers.

"Ok fine, I admit it we're lost!" Anushka said.

"Thank you for admitting that, but I already knew" Lumeo was in passive to save food and water, so all of Tarik's enhanced abilities had been cut off. Anushka was kicking up clouds of earth. Tarik noticed how the shoil here was much less dry, and the grass was much more green. "I never asked," said Tarik, trying to take their minds off the fact they were lost in the middle of nowhere. "exactly how long was I asleep for?"

"A week and a half" She told him blandly.

"A week and a half!?"

"but it doesn't make any difference to the situsain we are in now dus it"

"Well it should!" Tarik didn't even realise what he was saying anymore. He was so bored and brian died he didn't even care.

"And how, exactly, should it help?"

"I can figure out what day it is" That much was true.

"Look trees!" It might have been Tarik's imageansion, but he thought he saw a treeline in the distance as well. Anushka took off running towards it. Tarik followed her. By the time they reached the trees the sun was disappearing.

"The Niloian jungles" Messed Tarik. "been a long time since I was here"

"Wow this is cool" Said Anushka."literally" She added. That made them both laugh, it was cooler under the shade of the trees. Then Tarik heard something. He motioned for Anushka to freeze and stay slistent. She did as she was told and they listened, someone was talking.

"They took my brother from me!" She was saying. "they took my spirit animal!" Oh no, thought Tarik, if this person's spirit animal had been killed, she may be insane "then I finally love someone, and they take that from me as well!!" a rock flew past Tarik's head. Whoever this was (somehow he didn't realise it was his girlfriend by now XD) she was clearly mad, and did not know he and Anushka were there. "I just wanted some revenge! But nooo they take that from me as well! And he took the boy! What was he gonna do with that poor child!?" Tarik drew his sword and motioned for Anushka to stay put, he didn't want her getting hurt. He stepped forwards and his sword slipped from his grasp. Standing there, completely raging, was Lishay, and next to her, Zhamin. The tiger looked at him, he nudged her leg and she spun around. "Who's there!" Then she saw him. "Tarik!!" she screamed, running to him. He grabbed her in his arms holding her close.

"Lishay!" He smiled.

"Zhamin are you seeing this? am I hallucinating?" The tiger roerd a small roar, as if to say yes. She was hugging him so tight he thought he might suffocate. Anushka stepped gingerly over, staying well clear of Zamin.

"Tarik," she whispered "is it safe?"

"Yes Anushka it's safe. This is my good friend Lishay" Lishay pulled away from him to see Anushka.

"Who's the little stray you've picked up?" She asked him.

"Lishay this is Anushka she was- is my guide" He winked at her, as if to say 'we never got lost'. She smiled.

"She's offaly young. She a Greencloak?"

"No!" said Tarik, placing a hand on Anushka's shoulder. She visibly winced when Lishay menched 'Greencloack'. Lishay looked confused, but, as always, she understood there was a reason for the harshness in his words. She nodded and walked over taking his hand.

"Promise me this isn't a dream, say your really here"

"I am Lishay it's really me, the same boy who ate tree bark for a week" She threw her arms around him again.

"It really is you" He glanced at Anushka, who was looking utterly confused. Lishay pulled away and laughed

"Umm you ate tree bark? For a week!?"

"Umm, yup" Said Tarik, looking slightly ashamed (die for you is playing XD that's Tariks theme. it's cursed to always play at appropriate moments XD)

"So tell me what happened. how did you survive?"

"First you tell me where are the four fallen and their bonded partners, are they all ok?"

"They are recovering" She said "at Greenhaven castle"

"I have to get back there," He said, clutching her hands. (poor Anushka she has no idea what on Erdas is going on XD)

"Mailin however-" Tatik's heart sank. Meilin wasn't ok. "She is still with the enemy, Lenorie ses she's alive but-"

"The bile" whispered Tarik. "what of Abeke?"

"Abeke, she is practically traumatized. I think it's time I told you a story, Tarik"
