And the ideal place Jackson and Jillian once called 'home'  was no longer theirs to decide. 

For an invisible aspiration took over without anybody's approval. Neither the fairies nor Brutus knew about Edmund's plan to take his children with him would suffice. 

Gloria did not want to lose her children without a fight! It wasn't her fault that she fell in love with the handyman after Edmund left for the unknown.

Things just happen!

Call it like a "SPACE" relationship that needed some mending.

Consider it as a universal custody that was being judged by powerful forces!

And soon, things grew worse to something more sinister!

To even things out, Gloria made a deal with the devil and gave part of her precious soul away. It became a doppelganger of a fairy in the Abyss; one that developed a mind of its own, yet waited till the day she could start mischief among Brutus's followers.

However, her human form would still remain below in Truth and Consequences as a droid for all to see, but as a pixie, she'd be ready to fight for her two oldest kids.

Gloria kept it a secret of who Jackson and Jillian's father was, for she was ashamed to tell them they were half- alien.

It was hard for her to explain it to them because she didn't want to hurt them. Jackson and Jillian blended in within the Human realm, but there was still a huge flaw left behind. 

They were creatures who looked human-like, yet, they were also part of the supernatural world! With oily skin that hid their rough features inside, along with a hint of pinkish marks on their faces, 

That is until now. Splotchy parts of skin formed as if they were creatures who just discovered they were an ugly duckling!

It was the reason why the two teens were able to see the Artificial Arm named "It" in Jimmy's closet, one that brought them into this crazy realm.
An ordinary human without any extension of super sight, wouldn't be able to see anything.

That was why when the town's police force was notified of the Marquez children's disappearance, they closed the case by ruling them as runaways.

They were coaxed into thinking it was just a hoax and left a family in Truth and Consequences devastated.

And that's how the creatures of the Abyss were able to fool everyone the day when Jimmy's siblings disappeared. Only, Gloria knew the truth ... one that could have been prevented. But she was afraid that no one in town would ever believe her.

The mother tried her best to keep all of her children on Earth and provided them with a decent life, but still, it was evident that once the "hourglass" was full, it was either Jack, Jill or Jimmy who would 'perish'.

Edmund, the biological father of the unfaithful older souls, wanted his children to know the truth that they had a home above Earth, so he begged Brutus to spare them. And in his mind, if someone were to be killed, it had to be Jimmy since he was the illegitimate child.

Edmund argued with his ex once he found out about the affair. But no one could do anything about it. Just like in a normal family relationship where the father learns of his wife's affair, 

Well, that was until the baby was born.

Gloria had a hunch that some evil force took over her newborn's body since Jimmy came out with a deformity where he grew up short like a midget. It's the similar way his father, Leon, came to be in an afterlife. A coincidence? Maybe.

Thus, the illegitimate son was the main cause of this ongoing feud.

If he was never conceived, things might have remained stable in the town of Truth and Consequences.

And on the other side of the spectrum, the devilish boss was not happy at all. 

Edmund endured the ultimate punishment from Brutus since he had an affair with an earthling. 

To the beast's eyes, Edmund had made a fool of everyone that day, letting deviled intimacy cross the paths of the duty he was ordered to do.

Thus, Edmund was forever 'Lost in Space'. A speck of light was all that remained of him, yet, his alienistic spirit lived on to watch his family from afar.

Yet, Edmund was clever enough to fool Brutus by hiding himself within a golden bar that was being liquidated.

Once his mini-me entered the entryway, only a flash of light was what was left of him. His "lost soul" would be entrapped in this container forever. But, he would only be let out if a human could release him and Edmund was hoping that would be one of his children!

And this haunting rumor of Gloria's affair was created due to what the Marquez's babysitter heard, and soon a 'rumor mill' started an uproar amongst the residents in Truth and Consequences. Thus, the whole town got involved in this conspiracy, making this issue a well-known tabloid that even the press knew about the Abyss.

Under Brutus's spell, almost all of the creatures in Faerymore became evil spirits.

Although, the fae were his greatest challenge because they had a unique force that kept them safe from harm.

And that is why Glory and Flo couldn't be hypnotized. The pendant that Aurora gave Jack in her tree house was a combination of the Fae strengths and wisdom.

No matter what happened to the Marquez siblings now, it was under the guidance of the Fae!

But once the siblings entered the warp zone, everything in Faerymore continued to shake, ending their pure existence.

The disturbance was now triggered by Brutus's anger and a slash of thunder from above.

The Gods of Mount Olympus must have heard from Tritan on what he was expected to do and were quite shocked to hear that they lent their support to Brutus to attack decent mortals who weren't at fault. 

Thus, the Brothers: Zeus, Poseidon and Hades took over Brutus's wrath and decided to ambush the Beast with a thunderbolt!

Pandemonium struck once it fell on the ground of Faerymore as it slashed a tree in half. Unicorns neighed, and the faeries and other creatures of the land ran to seek protection, but it was too late.

Brutus, the ogres and the dwolls from the other realm fell from the sky, which became dark and the tall trees gave way.

The bolt of lightning nearly killed all of the fascinating creatures except for a few who were spared due to their kind personalities and were generous towards the Marquez siblings.  But the catch here was that they wouldn't return as their natural selves but in another form. 

UNIVERSAL SHAPE-SHIFTERS of all things! And their lives would now remain in the universe, as they would become immortal.
