Two months later, Lance's stomach is getting bigger but his body is still thin and Keith has been a doting husband to his wife spoiling him with breakfast, lunch and dinner in bed, belly rubs, massages and even built the nursery with the help of the castle servants but he also had to babyproof the castle much to Coran's annoyance but Lance found it adorable to know that his husband cares

One morning, Lance was already awake but he didn't feel sick anymore as Keith gets up and asks "Good morning, Lance. Are you hungry?" Lance replies "A little" Keith asks "Devilled eggs?" Lance replies "Devilled eggs. Plain ones, please" Keith asks "Are you sure you don't want anything on them?" Lance replies "No, not this time, Keith. I'm not that hungry" Keith says "All right, I'll go talk to Sal" Keith kisses Lance on the lips and leaves to go to the kitchen as Lance stays in bed while rubbing his belly until he felt something flutter inside him as he gasps so Keith comes back with the devilled eggs as he asks "Lance, what's wrong? I heard you gasp" 

Lance replies "I just felt something inside me. It was like a flutter" Keith places his hands on Lance's belly and when he feels something, he smiles and says "Lance, that's only the baby kicking" Lance asks "Is that it?" Keith replies "Of course it is, darling. It means the baby is alive and breathing" Lance smiles and says "That's wonderful. It feels wonderful" Lance asks "Keith, if the baby comes of age, will I tell him or her who I truly am?" Keith asks "Lance, why do you ask that?" Lance replies "I don't want our child to hate me for lying about who I  am. It would break my heart and I know I can't keep secrets from them, I hate to think of it"

Keith smiles and says "Lance, I'm sure our child will love you no matter what you are and even if it's born half-human half unicorn, it won't matter to me, him or her" Lance smiles and says "Thanks, Keith, I feel better already. I shouldn't have worried so much"  Keith says "It's okay, Lance. You have every right to be worried but everything's gonna be fine, you'll see" Lance agrees "I hope you're right" they feel the baby kicking as Lance giggles "I guess the baby agrees with us" Keith chuckles "What a clever baby"
