Arabella's POV

I walked out of my room and I saw my dad and Henry had returned from Inside Out Burger.

"Hey!" I greeted them and Charlotte, "did you bring me food?"

"No." My dad denied and I leaned on the couch with a glare.

"I said, did you bring me food?" I repeated more firmly and his eyes grew.

"Yes." He replied with a groan and handed me his waffle fries.

"Yay." I smiled, taking them from him.

I leaped over the couch and sat next to Henry. He threw his arm around my shoulders and I leaned against his chest.

"You know, when I get old I'm just gonna sit around and eat food all day." I mentioned and Henry scoffed.

"You do that now."

"I'm practicing for later." I remarked with a grin and he chuckled, kissing my head.

"That's my little goofball."

I spotted Schwoz walk out of the back and saw he had an odd device in his hands.

"Hi, Schwoz." I greeted, watching Henry play on his phone.

"Hey, Schwoz." Henry greeted.

"Oh, hi, Bella and Henry." Schwoz greeted, "oh, you guys got Inside Out Beeurger!"

I grinned at his pronunciation of the word 'burger.'

"Burger." Henry corrected.

"Huh?"

"You said- you said 'beeurg-beeurger or something like that." Henry mentioned to him, "it's pronounced 'burger.'"

"Beeeeurger." Schwoz pronounced.

"No, no, no, no, no, no." Henry denied, "burger."

Why does he even try?

"Bruva!" Schwoz said.

"Nailed it." Henry said and turned away.

"Okay!" Schwoz smiled and I shook my head with a smile.

"Can I have one?" Henry asked me as Charlotte got up to talk to Schwoz.

"No." I denied, "Bella doesn't share food."

"But I'm your boyfriend." He reasoned.

"And?" I remarked.

"Never mind."

"Oh, I'm optimizing the power consumption here in the Man Cove." I heard Schwoz say and I turned to see him plugging in cords to his device.

"Cave. Man Cave." Henry corrected.

"Uh...."

"No, we're not doing that again." Charlotte objected.

"Thank you." I sigh and turn back to see my dad and Henry eating my waffle fries.

"Hey, you took my fries." I complained and they slowly swallowed their fries.

"I bought them so technically they are my fries." My dad remarked and I rolled my eyes with a huff.

"But I'm hungry." I say and right then Henry fed me a fry. "Oh, yay."

I giggled as I chewed it and he smiled down at me.

"Come on, let's get this story going." My dad mentioned.

"What does optimizing power even mean?" Henry asked Schwoz.

"It just makes everything work better." Schwoz replied, "and now, I'm gonna have to temporarily turn of the electrical power that operates both tubes and the elevator."

"So, you can say I'm gonna have to temporarily turn off the electrical power that operates both tubes and the elevator, but you can't say burger?" Charlotte reasoned.

"Guva-"

"Don't worry about it." Charlotte cut him off before returning to her seat.

Moments late, the power to the tubes and elevator shut off and came back on a few times. During that time, the emergency call blared and and we all shot up, checking what was happening.

"Uh-oh." I say and sit down in the chair, "emergency in Junk-N-Stuff."

I turn on the security camera in the store and saw Jasper freaking out as two people with a camera walked in.

Jasper had a bow and arrow ready as a woman in a chef uniform counted down from five and threw a bang ball on on floor.

"Hello, Swellview!" A man ran in and I recognized him as Morgan Maykew, the famous celebrity chef and I gasped.

The five of us freaked out at the sight of him as Jasper did too.

"You're Morgan Maykew!" Jasper gasped.

"That's me!" Morgan smiled, "and I'm here to Maykew a meal!"

"That's Morgan Maykew!" Henry smiled.

"He's my favorite celebrity chef!" Schwoz smiled with excitement.

"He's so awesome!" I giggled.

"I have all of Morgan Maykew's cookbooks!" Charlotte exclaimed.

"You do?" I asked her.

"Yeah! I have Maykew Lunch, Maykew Say Yum! Maykew Drool! Maykew Fatter!" She explained.

Back in the store, the whole place was being set up with Morgan's set and Jasper was freaking out.

"Okay, today we're here at a store called 'Junk-n-Stuff.'" Morgan introduced and smiled at Jasper's energy, "love the energy! It's great! We're here at Junk-N-Stuff-" He paused when Jasper continued to freak out, but he exhaled and let Morgan speak. "We're here at Junk-N-Stuff with-"

"Morgan Maykew!" Jasper yelled out and Morgan laughed.

"Right! Right, but what's your name?" Morgan asked Jasper, who panicked.

"Uh, JJ Grandmaster Boogie The Third!"

"Is that really your name?" Morgan asked him.

Jasper looks down, "no. It's Jasper. Jasper Dunlop."

"Why are we standing down here when Morgan Maykew is up there making a big delicious meal?!" My dad exclaimed with shock.

"Because we're idiots!" Henry reasoned.

"Come on! Let's go!"

"Let's go!" I yelled and the four of us rushed toward the elevator together, but we ran into the wall and frantically tried to push the elevator button, fighting over it.

"Hey! Guys!"

We stopped and turned to Schwoz.

"I told you I turned off the elevator." He informed us.

"Turn it back on, man! Come on!" I snapped.

"I cannot do that until the system update it finished." Schwoz reasoned and we thought for a moment.

"The tubes!"

We rushed over to the tubes and argued and fought over the tube slots.

"Guys!"

We stopped and looked at Schwoz.

"I also turned off the tubes."

We thought for a moment.

"The elevator!"

We rushed back over to the elevator and fought over the button.

We eventually stopped fighting over the tubes and we were now trying to figuring out a way to get upstairs and be on the show with Jasper. Right now, Morgan was making appetizers with Jasper and I was incredibly jealous of him right now. He was making his famous Sushironi and Cheese Rolls and I needed that in my belly right now.

"Why Schwoz?!" I cried and grabbed his collar, "why would you trap us down here?!"

"Bella, stop." Henry said and pulled me into his arms.

"I told you! I was turning the power off to the tubes and the elevator!" Schwoz protested. "You know! Everybody knew!"

Charlotte, Henry, and I leaned back and I gripped Henry's arms.

"Hey. Can you at least turn the tubes and the elevator on for at least ten seconds?" Henry asked him.

"Yeah! Just long enough so we can get up there and be on the show with Jasper?!" Charlotte asked him.

"I can't interrupt the system update!"

We groaned at Schwoz and I left Henry's arms.

"Uh, Ray, what do you think? Is there anyway that we can-" Henry paused when we noticed my dad wasn't here. "Ray? What are you-"

He stopped when we saw my dad trying to crawl inside the tube and I rolled my eyes.

"What the-" I say as Henry and I walked up to him.

"Man..." Henry said, scratching his head.

"Hey, what are you doing up there, dad?" I asked my dad.

"I wanna meet Morgan Maykew and be on the show!" My dad called from inside the tube.

"You're gonna climb... half a mile...up the tube?" Henry asked him.

"It could happen!"

"Yeah, I believe you." Henry sarcastically said, before we turned back to the monitor and saw the Sushironi and Cheese Roll on screen.

"Okay, Jasper, you wanna try my special Sushironi and Cheese Roll?" Morgan asked Jasper and I felt my stomach growl.

"Morgan may I?" Jasper begged.

"Hit it!"

Jasper stuffed his face with a roll and as he was chewing he begin to explain what it taste like, but we couldn't understand what he was saying.

"Don't know what you just said, but you better swallow that, cuz in a few minutes I'm gonna make you a lot more of my funkalicous dishes right here on-"

Morgan paused and allowed Jasper to finish.

"Television!"

The four of us hung our heads at Jasper.

Jasper's lucky he's cute.

"On Maykew A Meal!" Morgan exclaimed.

"On television!"

It went to commercial and Henry switched off the Fred Lobster commercial.

"Do you hear that?" Henry asked, "now, Morgan Maykew's making Jasper a bunch of awesome snacks!"

"Yeah! And all we get to do is stay down here and stare at them!" Charlotte added.

"It's not fair!" I whined.

"Stairs!" Henry shouted, scaring the three of us. I fell to the floor as he said that, while Charlotte and Schwoz stumbled back.

Henry offered his hand to me and I took it, standing up.

"What did you scream?" Charlotte asked him.

"The stairs. We can take the stairs up to Junk-N-Stuff." Henry suggested and I laughed.

"Yes! Yes!" Schwoz laughed and followed Henry toward the stairs as Charlotte and I lagged behind them.

"That's funny!" I call.

"Dude." Charlotte called and Henry turned to us.

"We're a half a mile underground." I told him.

"Right." He nodded and Char and I shared a look.

"And you think we're all just gonna walk up a half a mile of stairs?" Charlotte questioned him.

I scoffed, "I'm not. I get winded just walking up the stairs at school."

"Sure! It can be fun! It sounds fun! Let's go!" Henry encouraged and Schwoz jumped with excitement. Schwoz ran to the stairs, while Henry stayed back to get my dad down. "Hey! Ray! Get down, we've figured out a way to get up to Junk-N-Stuff!"

"What? Can't hear you!"

"Uh, Bella get him down." Henry ordered.

"What?"

"I mean, please get him down, Princess."
He smiled and I grinned.

"That's better." I say, before shooting my vines at my dad's feet and they wrapped around his ankles. I yanked on them and my dad fell to the floor.

My dad stood up a little dazed.

"Come on, we're gonna take the stairs." Henry told my dad.

"Oh yeah, the Man Stairs!" My dad beamed as Henry ran to the stairs. "Let's go!"

Charlotte and I shook our heads as he followed Henry, but moments later Henry came back.

"Hey! You girls coming?"

"Oh, yeah." We both sarcastically say.

"You lying?" He asked us.

"Oh, yeah." We nodded.

"Okay, cool."

He ran back to the stairs and I looked at Charlotte.

"Wanna paint some nails on a board?"

"Sure."

Little later, Charlotte and I were watching the show as we painted some nails red on a board. It was just something random I thought of, like everything else I think of.

"Okay, people of Swellview! We're back live, I'm Morgan Maykew and I'm here with-

Morgan stopped and let Jasper finish.

"Me!"

"Jasper," Morgan corrected.

"What's up?"

"Jasper, let me ask you something." Morgan began.

"It's a real store!" Jasper smiled.

"Got it! Do you like soup?" Morgan asked him.

"Oh, do I?" Jasper smiled.

Morgan waited for an answer, "well, do you?"

"Yes, that's why I said 'do I?'" Jasper repeated.

"Do you wanna try some of my famous Pizza Soup?" Morgan offered.

My stomach just growled and I think all of Swellview heard it.

Jasper chuckled, "do I?"

"Just say yes or no." Morgan narrowed it down.

"Was that your stomach?" Charlotte asked me and I nodded.

"I'm hungry..." I mumbled and she rubbed my back.

I got out my phone and decided to call Henry, because I didn't notice him, my dad, or Schwoz were up there yet.

He picked up and I could hear him breathing heavily.

"What?..."

"Hey, we're watching the show, but I don't see you and my dad up there yet." I shrugged and Charlotte grinned.

"Yeah... we're still climbing up the stairs." Henry remarked.

"Ah, so, what floor are you guys on now?" Charlotte asked him.

"One hundred and seventeen."

"Woah, you're not even halfway up yet?" Charlotte asked them.

"What? Yes, we are!" My dad chimed in, "we only have like a hundred floors to go!"

"No, if you guys are on floor one-seventeen, then you have one hundred and twenty-five floors to go." Charlotte reasoned, "so, you're not halfway yet."

"You know what!" My dad exclaimed moments later, "you're just mean! Isn't she mean, Bella?"

I grinned, "she's right."

"It's just math!" Charlotte protested.

"Yeah, well, it's mean math! Goodbye!"

My dad hung up on us and I rolled my eyes.

See, dramatic, he's such a drama queen.

The show continued and Jasper was about to taste the Pizza Soup, until Piper bursted in and interrupted the show.

I called Henry again to inform him and my dad.

"Yeah, what's up?"

"Hey, did guys see that Piper's on the show now?" I asked them.

"Yes, we see that Piper's on the show now!" My dad mimicked me and I grinned, right before a pop up appeared on the monitors.

System Update Complete.

We turned to find the elevator had opened and the tubes shot down for a moment. I gasped with delight as Charlotte smiled.

"Oh yay! The elevator and the tubes are working again!" Charlotte beamed.

"Yay!" I smile.

"What?! For real?!" Henry asked with shock. "The elevator and the tubes are fixed?!"

"Yeah, so Bells and I are just gonna head up to-"

"Okay, bye!" Henry said and hung up on us. I glared and put my phone away after that.

I'm gonna need to talk to that boy about hanging up on his girlfriend like that, along with stealing my food.

Charlotte and I got upstairs to the store and walked in to see Morgan, Piper, and Jasper making ice cream sundaes.

Momma's home!

We approached the table and they beamed at us.

"Hey!" We greeted.

"Hey! There's Bella and Charlotte!" Jasper and Piper greeted.

"Try our sundaes!" Jasper said.

"They are so good!" Piper added.

"Try them!" Jasper repeated.

"Oh, but shouldn't we wait for..."

The three of us looked at Charlotte and I shook my head.

"Who cares?" I shrugged.

"Okay!" Charlotte said and we moved over and shared some of the ice cream. Morgan handed us each a spoon and we enjoyed the delicious ice cream. I smiled with joy at the taste of it and moaned.

"So good!"

"Okay, thanks so much for joining me for another fun and fantastic food filled fest on..." Morgan announced.

"The planet Earth!" Jasper cut in, before us girls could say anything.

"No. On-"

"Maykew A Meal!" Charlotte, Piper, Morgan, and I exclaimed together.

"On Earth!" Jasper added and I flicked his head, causing him to flinch.

"Ow!"

"And we're out!" The producer announced and we all cheered. "And that's a wrap!"

"What?" I turned to see a very sweaty Henry and a very sweaty father of mine had just bursted into the room. "The show's over?!"

"We just finished.

"Yeah."

"What food is left over?!" My dad asked, trying to eat the empty ice cream sundae.

"Is there any food left over?!" Henry asked, doing the same as my dad and we denied them, causing them to put down the bowls.

"Oh, Ray, you would've loved the Pizza Soup!" Jasper mentioned and the three of us began to talk about the food and how they would've loved it.

We stopped when Henry and my dad put their thumbs on their heads, closed their eyes, and began to block us out.

"Lalalalalalalalalalalalalalalala!"
