The bright sun boomed throughout Rainbow Hills and stained every light receiving corner in bright yellow rays. Cicadas screeched and the humid air caused everyone to sweat. It was the beginning of summer vacation and two competitive tomboys were gaming.

"I'm sooo going to beat you!" Kelsey said, smashing the buttons on the remote.
"You're on! I definitely won't loose!" April giggled.
You see, Kelsey and April have been dating for about a month now and were 'hanging out' together, though neither of them wanted to admit it was a date.

After around half an hour of gaming, April felt her neck start hurting. She leaned back on her bean bag but it didn't help much. She needed to rest her head on something. Kelsey's shoulder seemed to be the perfect hight. April felt her tummy tickle with butterflies as she lightly rested her head. Kelsey blushed and was fucking melting, please help her gay soul but continued playing the game.

A few minutes passed and both girls were silently playing the game while they were melting into each other. April felt her lips tingle a little, she really wanted to kiss Kelsey. They haven't had their first kiss yet...the most they've done is kissed each other on the cheek very briefly. April felt ready though.
April sighed. "Kelsey..." She sat up and faced Kelsey.
"Mm..what is it?" Kelsey paused the game.
"Say....if you hypothetically had a girlfriend who wasn't me and she said that she hypothetically wanted to hypothetically kiss you....what would you hypothetically do?" April blushed, looking away.
Kelsey's face went bright red. "You want to kiss me?"
Damn! April's plan fell straight through the roof. "If you want to.." April mumbled. Kelsey nodded and put down her controller.

The two girls gathered themselves up before leaning in ever so slowly but surely. April lightly ran her fingers up and down Kelsey's thigh. Eventually, they felt each other's hot breaths against each other's skin. So close....mmm...but not yet. They lightly nuzzled each other's faces, not sure if they should make the first move. Kelsey stroked April's hand tenderly. April moved in just a bit closer.
They felt each other's lips brush against their own. So soft and warm....Both the girls just melted, their hearts got all fluffy and their whole bodies felt weak, but this wasn't a kiss just yet.

Just a bit closer......

"Sis! Where did you put my soda?"

Suddenly, Kelsey's younger brother came into the room. Kelsey and April quickly jumped off each other and pretended to be playing the game on the TV screen. "I put it in the bathtub." Kelsey said, not really comprehending the situation.
"That game is paused." Kelsey's brother said. "Are you secretly drinking my soda and acting like you are actually playing that game?!"
April just breathed heavily. "That's totally what we are doing. Nothing happening here."
Kelsey's brother gasped. "I'm sooooo telling mum! MUM!" Kelsey's brother soon left the room.

"Let's never try to kiss while our families are around, deal?"

"Deal."
