"H-He's not allowed to do anything without the permission of the higher ups," Nathaniel stuttered out. "We have nothing to worry about, Lila."

"I think you should give her back, Nathaniel," Lila whispered, knowing what would come next. "It will save us pain and problems if you let go of your feelings for her and give her back."

"Like hell I will!" Nathaniel growled. "She's mine, Lila! I won't give her back to him and he won't- can't take her away from me! I love her and she loves me. I'm not giving her up! How could that thought even cross your mind?"

"Nathanie-"

"No, Lila!" He exclaimed. "You don't understand how happy she makes me feel!"

"She loves Adrien, Nathaniel! Not you! You kidnapped her! And you're forcing her to be with you! She doesn't love you and she never will!" Lila shouted and Nathaniel felt tears sting his eyes.

"He's gotten into your head," Nathaniel said shakily. "I can't believe you just said that to me, Lila. You're supposed to be my friend."

"Nath-"

"No, Lila," He started, running his hand over his face, "don't say anything else. Call me back when you turn back to normal."

He then hung up, not wanting to hear anything else that vixen had to say.

His grip loosened on his phone as he put it beside him.

He then dropped his head into his hands.

"She loves me, not him. She wants to be with me, not him. I love her, she loves me. She's mine, not his..."

Adrien's eyes ran over the room and he sighed, plopping down on the bed.

His phone rang then he answered and he pressed it to his ear.

"He pulled up at a small mansion, your highness," The voice of one of his guards came through the speaker.

"How does the area look?" Adrien asked, sitting up, now fully awake.

"The area looks deserted, sir. It's also near a private beach."

Adrien rested his elbows on his knees and gripped the phone harder. "Where is Nathaniel?"

"He went inside. He looked angry," The guard answered. "I have been listening for the past twenty minutes and I have yet to hear anything."

"Can you get closer to see what's going on?" Adrien asked, sitting up straight and pulling his shirt over his head. The heat in this country was unbelievable.

"I'll try, sir," The man replied. The sound of gravel met Adrien's ears. Suddenly something cracked and shouts were heard. "Something's going on inside."

Adrien was now more intrigued. "What does it sound like?"

"It definitely sounds like Nathaniel, but there was another voice; female perhaps. He sounds upset. He sounds pissed while the girl sounds scared."

The Prince rubbed his temple. "Can you make out what they're saying?"

The guard was silent for a while, but answered, "I'll try."

"Okay."

There was another sound of gravel then the guard spoke, "Nathaniel is saying something like, 'how dare they tell me she doesn't love me?' while the other voice is saying, 'sir, please calm down. you're hurting me, your highness.' Nathaniel replies to that by telling her to shut up. I wish there was something I could do, but this place is heavily guarded, I'm shocked I even got this far. One wrong move and I'm dead."

Adrien's heart was pounding in his chest. Nathaniel was an abusive bastard and he will pay. "Thank you for completing your assignment, Conrad, please return here so we can discuss strategy."

"Yes, your highness."

(A few hours earlier)

Nathaniel slammed the door and marched into the house.

"How dare her?!" He yelled. "Juleka!"

Juleka ran into the room frantically, fear written over her face. "Y-Yes, your highness?"

"Where is she?"

"S-S-She," Juleka stuttered, tears welling up in her eyes.

Nathaniel gripped her wrist, "SPEAK UP!"

Juleka was trembling. The look in Nathaniel's eyes was deadly. "S-She's asleep."

"How dare they tell me she doesn't love me?!" He shouted, his voice pained as he gripped Juleka harder.

She winced, "Sir, please calm down. You're hurting me, your highness."

A slap echoed through the room followed by Nathaniel's shout, "SHUT THE HELL UP!"

Tears ran down Juleka's cheeks as Nathaniel let her go and marched down the hall. He was probably on his way to get Marinette.

Chloe jolted when the swung open revealing an angry Nathaniel. Marinette, on the other hand, stayed glued on the bed, lying with her back to the door. She prayed to herself that he'd just leave.

Nathaniel's nostrils flared. Two bulky guards stood behind him, straight faced.

"Unchain her and take her to my room," He ordered then walked away. Marinette felt her heart stop. Chloe's jaw dropped as the guards marched into the room.

One of the guards gripped Marinette's arms, while the other held her legs and her eyes widened.

"Let go of me!" She screeched, blood draining from her face. She struggled against the men's grips, but was unsuccessful in escaping. The guards unlocked the chains and picked her up, ignoring her fighting.

Chloe sat silent as she watch the men carry a screaming Marinette out of the room. She was frozen in shock and fear.

Marinette's screams echoed through the dark halls as the guards carried her.

They stopped in front of a large door. Tears came to the brunette's eyes.

"Please let me go," She whimpered.

"We're sorry, princess," One of the men said.

They opened the door and brought her inside the dark room.

"Chain her," Nathaniel's voice filled the room.

The men did as told. Marinette's wrists were chained to the top bed frame and her ankles to the bottom. She felt exposed...

"Leave," Nathaniel then ordered and the men obeyed, closing the door behind them.

Marinette's eyes searched the dark room, trying to find a light source, but found none.

"My love."

She gulped and stayed silent.

"You have been here for four months, love. I have shown you infinite affection each second of each day," He said, his footsteps echoing in the room as he walked over to her.

"Does affection mean abusing and harassing me? If it does, of course you've shown that!" Marinette spat despite the fear bubbling in her chest.

"Shut up!" Nathaniel shouted, causing her to jump. He then went back calm. "Back to what I was saying. I'm deeply in love with you, Marinette. Don't you love me? Why can't you love me? I want you to love me! Not that stupid Prince!"

"I've said this before and I'll say it again, I'll never love you, Nathaniel! Get that stupid thought of me loving you or me being with you out of your head, because it won't happen! I don't love you! And I never wi-" She was cut off my Nathaniel's hand wrapping around her neck.

"Shut up," He said through gritted teeth. "I'll make you love me, Marinette. I swear."

With that said, he smashed his lips to her.

Marinette let out a muffled scream when Nathaniel's lips touched hers. Tears welled up in her eyes yet again. Her hands pulled against the restraints as she tried to get loose.

Nathaniel gripped her waist as he deepened the one sided kiss.

Marinette sobbed and tugged harder on the chains.

Nathaniel shoved his tongue into her mouth forcefully. Marinette replied by biting down on it harshly.

Nathaniel quickly pulled away as he placed his hand over her mouth. The blood of the redhead ran down Marinette's chin as she glared at where his face was. She didn't bite his tongue off, but she bit it enough for it to cause a lot of pain.

Nathaniel's hands disappeared from Marinette's waist and a lamp suddenly turned on. Nathaniel's glare was harsh.

The back of his hand met her face, making a gasp pass her lips.

"I'll teach you a lesson," He promised as he strandled her waist.

"You sick twisted bastard."

Soon enough, a blade was before her eyes.
