Ally's POV

I woke up the next morning, my tears staining the pillow. I did my morning routine and went downstairs to find them eating.

"Hey guys." I greeted wearily and went to get something. Valdezi asked,

"Ally, u ok? Junjie really tensed you up yesterday." I nodded. She sat by the table and ate in silence. After finishing, she told us,

"Lemme guess, Ashley told you about Igor and why I hate him?" They nodded, surprised I knew.

"How did you know?" Slugcat asked. I replied,

"I can tell. Ashley's one to back up 4 me when I need it." I cleared my plate and asked,

"Ambush?" They agreed. I got the blueprints, Valdezi got the layout, Slugcat got my pens and notebook and Cyan cleared the plates.

"Ok, so go to the same ghoul depot that Twist went with the Shane Gang. Recent activity tells that half of Blakk's ghouls are transported there because they increased the security. So here's the plan, Bravery, Haylan, get some rest. We start at 5pm sharp. Slugcat, better for you to get rest too, in case. We might need you to morph. I can disable the security system. Cyan, Valdezi, u think u can handle more than 20 guards and a gattler?" Valdezi replied,

"Piece of cake when you have these." He unsheathed his Wolverine claws. I told him,

"Good, now sheath them claws, they're VERY dangerous." He obeyed. I asked Cyan,

"Cyan, can you handle the guards with Valdezi?" She smiled and nodded. I continued.

"Good, cause I'm gonna send every guard out there and u both r paired up to keep thsm busy. Slugcat and I sneak into the ghoul depo and heal and free the slugs. We'll come back to you when we're done. Then we're out." We agreed. Junjie came back fron training.

"Hey guys. Sorry 4 yesterday Al." I glared at him and said,

"Just get out of my sight." He did, and I walking to my room to start on the sticky gloves when Valdezi called me.

"Yeah Valdez?" I asked. He replied,

"I realized, our gang is nameless with no leader." Slugcat, Cyan and I walked to Valdezi.

"You're right. So what should we name it?" Cyan asked. Slugcat replied,

"Four Crystal Shards?" Wow, SHE WAS GOOD.

"Wow. Nice name. Ok, that's the name. Now who's leader?" Valdezi said,

"You. You're the smartest person in this house and gang. And have the dramatic history to match." I frowned when he mentioned the history thing and Slugcat slapped him.

"Johnny, you just had to bring that up. You know how dramatic her history is." They both started arguing. So I asked Cyan,

"Hey, so, Cyan, who do u think shouod be leader?" She replied,

"Same angle as Johnny." I nodded and split the two arguing authors up.

"Argue later, Slugcat, who do you think should be leader?" She replied,

"I dunno. Anyone?" I cleared my throat and said,

"Then it is decided. I'm the leader, since 2 out of 4 of us want it that way, one doesn't know and I'm ok with anyone." They all went back to their stuff and I went back to the sticky gloves.

At 5pm...

Slugcat's POV

I just woke up when I heard Ally shout,

"Everyone, mission hour!" I quickly grabbed my blaster, slugs, put on my gloves, shoes and armband before running downstairs while tying my hair. Ally was downstairs, suited up with 4 pairs of gloves. She gave me a pair.

"Sticky gloves. Blue is glue, red is dead. Use that to climb walls." I put on the gloves and noticed a blue light. I stuck it on the wall and it was REALLY sticky.

"You're welcome, but you need that for the mission. We scale the walls in and out cause the front is too exposed." I took it off the wall and kept it. Johnny and Cyan came rushing down. She handed them the gloves.

"Blue is glue, red is dead. Sticky gloves used to climb walls. There's a blue light at the back of the glove. Haylan, Bravery, ready?" They nodded.

"Now let's go!" She said and we mounted our mechas. We rode to the ghoul depo.

"Rmember the plan. Valdezi and Cyan, stand where the battlefield had been when Twist was around." They stood outside the depo. Ally hacked the security, adjusted her voice and said,

"Guards, there are 2 intruders outside the depo. They appear to be authors." We saw all the guards. She asked Artic(Ally's sky blue artic fox mecha) to guard the computer. Ally and I put on the gloves and scaled the wall. We were inside. She readjusted her voice and ran to the ghoul depo.

"How do you know where it is?" She replied,

"I can sense ghoul energy, but I have negative reactions to it, so we gotta be quick." She stopped after a few turns. She pointed at the door.

"In there. After you." I went inside. Wow, all the ghouls were in here. She followed after.

"Let's get this over with." I shot Haylan at half of the ghouls inside and she got the other half. Not all were healed so I morphed into a Boon Doc. She loaded me inside and shot me at the remaining ghouls. I lost some strength, but it was worth it. She healed the rest, which was  more than me because I healed a quarter of it. She looked like she was having a huge headache near the ghouls, but she seemed fine after all of them we're healed.

"I need you with more strength, Slugcat. So if we get caught, you might be able to escape." She told me as we scaled the wall out. We joined Johnny and Cyan, who stilk had a lot of guards.

"Thank god you guys came. I almost got shot by a Goon Doc!" Johnny told us and shot Firework at them.

Ally's POV

We fought the guards, my strength chipping away. No, I had to keep going, for my gang. Valdezi ran to me.

"Hey, you ok? You looked tired." I replied,

"Yeah, I'm fine." Just then, I saw a red slash on his arm.

"Dang, bro, that slash." I told him, pointing at it. He looked and said,

"Nah, no big deal. Just hurts." I brushed him off, saying,

"Dude, I gotta heal it NOW. It could get infected and I don't want anyone to die." I kept the guards at bay while healing his arm. When I was finished, it looked like it never existed. We finally finsihed the guards off. I got the computer, mounted Artic and waited for everyone before we left for the hideout. I was very tired, but happy we freed the slugs.

"You all were amazing today." I told them, and they thanked me. Bravery and Haylan were fast asleep, Bravery in my backpack and Haylan with Valdezi. Shade teleported in front of us.

"Ally, you gotta come quick! Chief Shadow's dying! You need to cure him!!" I asled,

"Is this is a fuckin prank, cause I don't have energy for this." He replied,

"No, I swear, just come!" He took my hand.

"Go home with my mecha. I'll be home before dusk." I told the rest and they agreed. He teleported us to Chief Shadow's deathbed in the Drak Periphery. Ashley was already there.

"Chief Shadow, what happened?!!" I asked. I tried to run to his side but my legs gave way and I fell. Ashley helped me up.

"Mission again?" I nodded. I went by Chief Shadow's side. I put a hand on his forehead. I could still cure him.

"Get the Alusivalina(NO JUDGING HOW I NAME STUFF) leaf, some holy water, a bowl, spoon and honey. His life can be saved. Hurry!" Everyone except me went to get the stuff I needed. Shade got the holy water, spoon and bowl almost immediately.

"Shade?" Chief Shadow asked.

"Yes Chief?" He replied,

"Shade,rememeber when I said you were an orphan? I was lying. You were my son, of my blood, of royal blood." Wait, what?!! Shade was as equally shocked. Shade was his son?!! OMG. Ashley teleported back with the rest of the items. I quickly mixed the concotion, took a pint of my blood,mixed it in and gave it to Shade to give it to Chief Shadow.

"Please work, please work...." Shade was muttering. But the neon green didn't come back.

"It is no use. I am beyond curing. It is time for me to part with you all. The gods shall decide the next leader. Goodbye." He breathed his last breath and his eyes shut.

Shade: ALLY SERIOUSLY?!!

Ally: Sorry, ok?

JBV: YOU AIN'T HURTING HER!!

Shade: I'm her friend, geez. Al, you added your blood in there.

Ally: It was part of the mix.

Shade:Oh.

Ally: Bye!
