As the first rays of sunlight lit up the room Ishqi woke up and rubbed her bleary eyes, she found Ahaan next to her and got flashes of what they did the previous night. She blushed and gazed at him with love and affection. Upon checking the clock she realized it was 7:00am, she kissed him on the cheek and went into the bathroom to get ready.

When she was dressed she kept a fresh pair of clothes for Ahaan on the stool beside the bedside table and sat beside him. "Ahaan" she said in a soft voice while caressing his face, "Uth jaiye"- Ahaan slowly opened his eyes and smiled at the sight he saw, this was the best morning he'd experienced in these past 8 years. He clasped her hand, kissed it and kept it close to his heart. "Good morning Ishqi" he said with his eyes still closed- "Good Morning!" she replied while smiling at her husband's cuteness.

Ishqi: AVM mujhe aapko kuch batana hai-

Ahaan sensed the seriousness in her tone, he sat up on the bed while still holding her hand, he cupped her face gently with one hand and asked, "Kya hua Ishqi?"

Ishqi: AVM, meine bohot socha aur phir decide kiya ke humein Aaishaan ko bata dena chahiye ke you're his father. It's been long enough-

"Really!" Ahaan exclaimed- Ishqi nodded and he pulled her into a hug, "Thank you Ishqi, thank you so much" he said-

They tore from the hug and Ishqi's stomach had butterflies seeing the huge smile on Ahaan's face, "Ahaan, aap jaldi se ready hojaiye, then we'll go wake up Aaishaan together and tell him"

Ahaan nodded he grabbed his clothes and practically ran into the restroom to change, Ishqi laughed at his antics, "naam teen banda mean" she mumbled smiling-

In around 10 minutes Ahaan was dressed, the couple went into their son's room. Ishqi drew the curtains while Ahaan sat beside Aaishaan and lightly patted his head, "Aaishaan, good morning!"- Aaishaan loved AVM, he felt a deep connection with him so upon seeing Ahaan he immediately woke up, "Good Morning AVM!" he smiled-

Ishqi: Arrey! Aaj toh koi itni speed se utha gaya!...mein uthati houn toh 10-20 minutes toh lag hi jaate hai-

Aaishaan: Mumma, aaj AVM aaye hai na, issiliye-

Ishqi smiled and took a seat beside Ahaan, "Aaishaan, we both need to talk to you about something important"

Aaishaan: Yes mumma-

Ishqi: So, Aaishaan- you know you've asked me about your father...And I've told you a lot about him and what he was like but you've never gotten a chance to see what he looks like, right?

Aaishaan nodded, "Yes, I may not know what he looks like but I do want to meet him someday, from what you've told me he seems like an amazing person"- Ishqi had always told Aaishaan wonderful things about his father, she hadn't left one opportunity to make Aaishaan love someone he'd never met before.

Now, Ahaan was feeling a little less nervous, "Relax Ahaan" he told himself- "Aaishaan doesn't hate you" he tried to calm himself down-

Before he could stop himself Ahaan said, "Aaishaan, if you met your dad what would you say to him?"

Aaishaan: I would give him a tight hug and tell him how much I missed him-

Ahaan got a little teary eyed and so did Ishqi- "Aaishaan" Ishqi said- "Would you like to see a photo of your father today?"

Aaishaan: REALLY?? he exclaimed- "YES!!!"

Ishqi took out her phone and showed Aaishaan a picture of Ahaan, Aaishaan and herself which Kartik had clicked earlier.

Aaishaan examined the photo for a while, "Iss picture mein toh mumma, AVM aur mein houn? AVM?, WAIT A SECOND?! AVM is my f-father?!" he thought-

He looked up from the phone to see both his parent's with tears streaming down their faces, he jumped to hug them both, "oh my god!!!" he said- "I can't believe this!! AVM is my dad, matlab he's not just AVM for me, he's dad?

Ishqi: Yes, she said in a choked voice-

Aaishaan turned to Ahaan and said, "I missed you A- papa"- Ahaan hugged him tightly, "I missed you too" he replied smiling-

They broke from the hug and Ishqi said, "Ok enough of rona dhona, Aaishaan quickly se jaa ke ready hojao, today both mumma and papa will drop you off to school"

Aaishaan nodded and happily hopped down from the bed and went into the restroom to get dressed for school. Ahaan was emotionally overwhelmed so he hugged Ishqi while she planted a kiss on his forehead. "Aab toh saab theek horaha hai na, no more sad AVM- okay?"- she said in a soothing voice and he nodded and kissed her hand, "You're the best", he said- "I know" she replied and they both chuckled-
