Taehyung was quite stubborn with going to bed and resting, usually he doesn't when he wants/needs to talk/text to someone. In that case, Jungkook was the reason he wanted to stay up until he crashed.
Jungkook in the other hand wanted to as well, but it was important to him for Taehyung to rest after a long day even though he had wanted to be there and text all night like usual, but he understood.

The urge to want to talk to someone you really love even if it was romantic or in a friendship way, and surely the way Jungkook nor Taehyung felt was understandable since they weren't really thinking about 'love' or at this point anything.
All they were even thinking about the thought of talking to each other in person or not.

"I don't know anymore" Jungkook plopped down his body, on his bed. Sighing came out after the words escaped out of his mouth.

"Maybe next time" Taehyung whispered sleepily, ending up falling asleep like expected due to how tired he was, even if he wanted to stay up with Jungkook even if he was tired, but he was so stubborn.
