Some things you should know about transgender Pete (I researched about transgender people to explain some bit, I hope it helps to understand) :

He has a Vagina but no penis since he hasn't done transgender bottom surgery.

He has done top surgery though, which is basically removing soft breasts tissues as well as hormone therapy.

I will write Breastfeeding as chestfeeding since that's a common word used by transgender and non-binary people.
