Saturday, early in the morning.

Third POV:

Some of the Raimon players went to their homes to visit their families and stay with them for a day including coach Endou, Otonashi-sensei, and coach Kidou and some stayed at the dorms cause they already visited their families like Shindou, Kirino, Tsurugi, Aoi, Shinsuke, Kariya, and Midori. They were in the main room, talking, playing, etc. But there was a certain brunette who was not in the main room, it was Tenma, he went to stay with Aki-nee on Friday but he will soon arrive back at the dorms. Suddenly, someone teleported and caught everyone's attention.

"Hello everyone!" the girl said.

"Uhm, who are you?" Shindou asked.

"I'm Akira Miyako and I'm here to do something," the girl said with a smile and was about to clap, "this will be quick," she then clapped her hands together and suddenly smoke appeared around the seven Raimon players.

Meanwhile, at the Kogarashi Manor,

Tenma's POV:

After I woke up, I decided to go back to the dorms and meet up with the others. I was running my way to the dorms and after a few minutes, I finally arrived. I was taking some breathes and then walked towards the entrance.

I opened the door and said, "Ohayo Minna!"

But when I entered, I couldn't believe my eyes, there I saw Shindou-senpai, Kirino-senpai, Tsurugi, Aoi, Shinsuke, Kariya, and Midori-senpai in their five-year-old selves. I was surprised.

"Am I dreaming right now?" I asked in my mind.

I pinched myself and realized I wasn't. Suddenly a five-year-old Shinsuke went to me and lightly tugged my pants.

"What is it Shinsuke?" I asked.

"Kariya is being mean to me," Shinsuke said.

"Okay," I replied, "Kariya come here," I called Kariya.

He comes to me and I crouched to his and Shinsuke's level. I then said, "Kariya, please apologize to Shinsuke."

"No," Kariya said as he turned his head away from me.

I picked him up said, "so you want punishment?"

I saw Kariya's eyes as he was about to cry, he then said, "I'm sorry."

I eyes soften and I said with a soft smile, "It's alright, don't worry," I then placed him back down.

He turns to Shinsuke and said, "I'm sorry."

Shinsuke smiles and said, "It's ok."

I smiled and when I looked at the others, I saw Midori jumping up and down on the couch, but then she jumped so high and was about to fall to the ground. I immediately reacted and ran to catch her. I caught her in time and sighed in relief.

"That was close," I said in my mind and I looked at Midori. She seemed scared and soon cried.

"Shh, it's alright, don't cry Midori," I said trying to calm her down.

She soon calmed down and smiled. I smiled in response and I put here down. I crouched down and then she hugged me.

"Hugs!" Midori said.

The others soon joined the hug which caught me by surprise. I smiled at them and hugged them back.

*Few Minutes Later*

We went to the backyard of the dorms and everyone formed a line.

"Alright everyone, are you all ready to play?" I asked with a smile.

"Hai!" some of them said and some of them smiled in response.

"Alright," I turned around and covered my eyes, "get ready to hide."

I heard footsteps in different directions and started counting. After I said ten, I turned around.

"Ready or not, here I come!" I said and started looking around.

I then tripped and fell on the ground. I heard laughter, it sounded like Aoi, Midori, and Shinsuke. I got up and smiled. I went to the source of the sound and looked through the bush, there I saw Aoi and Midori smiling.

"Found you two, " I said with a smile. They giggle in response.

The three of us got up and, in the corner of my eye, I saw Shinsuke hiding behind some potted plants.

"I see you Shinsuke, " I said with a smile.

Shinsuke came out of hiding and went to me. I then continued searching for the others.

* a few minutes later*

I finally found some of the., Kariya was hiding behind a tree, Kirino and Shindou were hiding behind a pile of leaves, and Tsurugi was the last one.

"Alright that's everyone and the winner is Tsurugi, " I said with a smile, "alright, you can come out now Tsurugi."

I looked around and saw Tsurugi on a tree branch. Suddenly, I heard the branch snapping and I immediately ran to Tsurugi. The branch snapped and Tsurugi was falling to the ground. I dove forth and Tsurugi landed on my back. It hurt but I didn't mind it. I looked at Tsurugi and saw he was alright.

"Are you alright Tsurugi?" I asked to make sure. He nodded in response, I was relieved.

"Are you alright Tenma?" Shindou asked.

"Hai, don't worry about it Shindou, " I replied with a reassuring smile.

Tsurugi got off me and I stood back up.

"Let's head back to the dormitory, " I said with a smile.

Everyone smiled in response.

"Alright everyone, form a train and follow me, " I said with a smile.

Everyone went in a line and we went into the dormitory. We went to the main room. I sat on the couch and watched over them. Suddenly, my phone rang and I picked it up.

"Hello, this is Tenma, " I said.

"Ohayo Tenma, this is Sangoku, " Sangoku-senpai said.

"Ohayo, how is it Sangoku-senpai?" I asked.

"It's good, how are you and the others in the dorms?" Sangoku-senpai replied.

I sudden panic happened but I calmed down. I shouldn't tell him about the situation, I didn't want anyone to be involved with my problem.

"We're alright, don't worry Sangoku-senpai, " I replied.

"Alright, I got to go now, bye Tenma, " Sangoku-senpai said.

"Hai, bye Sangoku-senpai, " I said and hung up.

I sighed in relief, then suddenly, I heard something break. I got up from the couch and went to the kitchen. There I saw Kirino shaking with a scared and nervous look and a broken glass on the floor. I ran to Kirino.

"Are you alright Kirino, what happened?" I asked.

He turns to me and he seemed like he was about to cry.

"I was just t-trying to get a glass to get some water and i-it fell and broke, " Kirino stuttered, "I'm sorry."

This reminded me of something from my childhood in Okinawa. I softened my eyes and went closer to Kirino.

I crouched to his level and said, "it's alright, you don't have to cry. We all make mistakes, I will clean it up. You go to the others and be careful next time alright, " I said with a reassuring smile.

"Hai, " Kirino said and he softly smiled. He soon ran and went to the main room.

I smiled and went to get a broom a dustpan. After I cleaned up the mess, I went to the main room and saw the others talking to each other. I clapped and caught everyone's attention. They turned to me with a confused look.

"Who wants to go get ice cream?" I asked with a smile.

I saw their eyes lit up and said, "Me!"

"Alright kids, go get changed, " I said with a smile and they all went to their respected changing rooms except for Kariya who looked sleepy and was one the couch and Shinsuke who went to me.

"Uhm, Tenma, I feel tired, " Kariya said.

"Well I can't leave you here, " I said and then an idea popped up, "I'll also take you to the park, you can sleep there."

Kariya smiled in response and closed his eyes, taking a nap. I then looked at Shinsuke.

"What is it Shinsuke?" I asked.

"I don't know what to wear, " he said.

"Come with me, I will pick one for you, " I said with a smile and we held each other's hand.

We went to the boys' changing room and I searched through the closet. Finally, I found a blue and yellow t-shirt and dark gray pants with a white line on the sides. I grabbed it and looked at Shinsuke.

"Found it," I said with a smile.

"Change me," Shinsuke said with a smile and I was quite shocked.

"I'm sorry, I can't," I said.

"Why not?" Shinsuke asked and it seemed he was about to cry.

"Don't cry, I will change you," I said.

I crouched to his level and I closed my eyes while changing Shinsuke. When I was done, I opened my eyes and saw Shinsuke was happy. I smiled and then he hugged me. I then hugged him back.

After we released from the hug, I said, "Shinsuke, go to the others while  get changed ok."

"Hai!" Shinsuke said with a smile and then left.

I changed into my casual clothes, a blue t-shirt, a white jacket, and blue-ish gray pants. I left and went to the main room.

"Ok, let's go, everyone, get into pairs," I looked at Kariya and said, "Come here, Kariya."

Kariya went to me and I picked him up. I then said, "you can sleep now Kariya."

He falls asleep in my arms and I looked at the others, "make sure to follow me alright."

They nodded in response and then we left. We arrived at the park and I went to the ice cream truck and bought ice cream for them. We went to a bench and I sat down while Kariya was sleeping. I watched over them and after Aoi finished she went beside me and leaned on me. I smiled and checked the time on my phone, it was about to become afternoon. I put my phone away and I saw Kariya is now awake.

"Your awake," I said with a smile.

I placed him down and I got up.

"Alright everyone, come over, were going home," I said.

Everyone went to me and I checked to make sure everyone was there. There were six of them, wait, six?! I noticed Shindou wasn't there.

"Have any of you seen Shindou?" I asked.

They shook their heads meaning they didn't. I then heard someone scream for help, it was Shindou.

"Oh no," I said in my mind and then said, "come with me kids."

Me and the others ran in the direction where the sound came from and there I saw Shindou trying to free his arm from a man with a black hood and black pants.

"Let me go," Shindou said.

"Shut up," the man said as he let go to grab a knife from his pocket. Shindou falls and saw the man holding the knife he is about to swing at him.

"Shindou!" I screamed as I ran to help him.

Third POV:

The man slashed his knife expecting to slash the five-year-old. But to his surprised, Tenma made it, but he got slashed on his left eye and protected Shindou.

"Damn it," the man said in his mind and then ran away.

Tenma falls on his knees and places a hand on his eye.

"Tenma!" The others screamed and ran to him.

They went to him with a worried look.

"Shindou, are you alright, are you hurt?" Tenma asked.

"N-no, but how about you, you got hurt," Shindou said.

Tenma smiled and said, "I'm alright, your guys' safety matters more than mine."

Tenma gets back up and looks at them, still covering his eye with his hand.

"Let's go home," Tenma said with a smile.

They went back to the dormitory and Tenma went to the bathroom. He cleans up and covers his wound with bandages. He went back to the living room and saw that they were talking to each other. Tenma played with them for a while and saw it was getting dark.

"Who wants to watch a movie?" He asked and all of them smile in response, "alright, first change into your pajamas first."

Everyone went to the changing room and changed into their pajamas. Tenma goes to the tv and selects a movie. His friends sat on the couch and watches the movie. Tenma went to the kitchen and cooked dinner.

*A Few minutes later*

Tenma finishes cooking and places the food on the table. He then goes to the living room and saw some of his friends were asleep. The ones that were awake, were Kariya and Midori. Tenma brought the two of them to the dining room and they ate dinner while Tenma turns off the tv. He then brings the ones that were asleep to a room and places them on the bed. He goes back to the dining room and saw that Kariya and Midori were done and ready to go to sleep. Tenma brings them to the room and the two kids went on the bed and fall asleep. Tenma smiles and was about to leave when he noticed Aoi silently crying and woke up.

Tenma goes to her and asked, "what's wrong Aoi?"

"I-I had a nightmare, can I sleep with you?" she asked.

"Alright, you can," Tenma replied with a smile and picks her up.

Then he saw Shinsuke and Tsurugi who also woke up cause of a nightmare and asked if they could sleep with him, Tenma of course agrees. They went to Tenma's room and Tenma goes to the bathroom and changes into his pajamas. When he leaves the bathroom, he saw the three of them were asleep on his bed. Tenma smiles and goes to his desk and continues his homework.

*Minutes later*

Tenma finally finishes his homework and puts it away. He looks at the three kids and saw they were slightly shivering. Tenma grabs his blanket and places it over them. They were no longer shivering and Tenma smiles. He then goes onto his bed and sleeps.

*The next day, Sunday*

Tenma didn't get a lot of sleep, so he was very exhausted especially since he also woke up early and prepared for the morning, he was wearing his Raimon tracksuit and he had new bandages on his wound. He finished cooking breakfast and saw Tsurugi went to him.

"Ohayo Tsurugi, is everyone ready?" Tenma asked.

Tsurugi nods in response with a smile and Tenma smiles back.

"Kids, breakfast!" Tenma calls everyone.

They went downstairs, into the dining hall and Tenma gave them their breakfast. After everyone ate, Tenma's friends wore the Raimon tracksuits which shrunk to their size and then went to the soccer club. Tenma watches his friends talk and play with each other when suddenly, the door opened and three people went in, it was Otonashi-sensei, Coach Endou, and Coach Kidou. They didn't see what happened yet.

"Ohayo mi-" Coach Endou was about to finish when he saw Tenma's friends.

The three adults were confused, but when they saw Tenma, they were shocked. Otonashi-sensei and Coach Endou ran to him while Coach Kidou watched over the kids, aka Tenma's friends that turned into five-year-olds.

"Tenma-Kun, what happened?!" Otonashi-sensei asked as she examined Tenma, "you look like you haven't slept. And why do you have a bandage over your left eye?"

"I'm alright, don't worry," Tenma replied with a smile, "just couldn't sleep."

Suddenly, Akira Miyako teleports out of nowhere and this shocked everyone and especially scared the five-year-olds.

"Who are you?!" Coach Kidou asked.

"Calm down," Akira said, "This is the end of the challenge."

This confused everyone and the five-year-olds were still scared.

"Don't worry, I will just put them back to their original forms," Akira said and then clapped her hands together. Suddenly, smoke surrounded the Tenma's friends and they were back to normal. Akira then clapped again and she disappeared.

"What happened?" Shindou asked as he had his hand placed on his forehead.

"I don't know," Kirino replied.

When they recovered, Shinsuke, Aoi, and Midori were the first ones to notice Tenma's condition and had their eyes widened.

"Tenma, are you alright?" Aoi asked as she, Shinsuke, and Midori went to him.

"Are you alright? you look very tired and why do you have bandages on your left eye?" Shinsuke asked with a worried expression.

"It's a long story," Tenma replied.

Midori notices the bandages were loose so she removed them and everyone's eyes widened. There they saw a slash wound on Tenma's left eyes.

"W-what happened to you?" Tsurugi asked.

Tenma stayed silent and didn't reply.

"I'll be alright, it's not much of a big deal," Tenma replies with a smile.

"How is this not a big deal?" Shindou asked.

Akira then appeared again and when Midori and Kariya saw her, they said, "You!"

"I'm doomed," Akira said in her mind.

*Beeeeeeeeeep*

After Akira got a little beat up (scratch that out)

*Beeeeeeeeeep*

"Calm down, I'm not here to harm anyone, I have to do something," Akira said and then clapped.

Suddenly, Tenma's wound healed up and this surprised everyone.

"Are you a Second Stage Child?" Coach Kidou asked.

"No I'm not," Akira replied, "anyways, bye," she soon disappeared.

"What is going on?!" Kariya asked.

*Beeeeeeeeep*

"Anyways, let's play soccer while waiting for the others," Coach Endou said, "but, Tenma you need to rest."

"No, I'll be fine, no worries," Tenma said with a smile.

"Are you sure?" Otonashi-sensei asked.

Tenma nods with a smile in response.

"Alright, if you say so," Coach Endou said.

During practice, Tenma manages to do a hissatsu shoot and surprised the others.

"Good work Tenma!" Shindou said, but Tenma didn't reply, he just stood there in place, his head down and his bangs covering his eyes.

"Tenma?" Tsurugi asked as he started walking to him.

Suddenly, Tenma fell down on his knees, but Tsurugi runs to him and catches him before Tenma's body could crash onto the floor.

"We should bring him to the dorms and let him rest in his room," coach Endou said.

Everyone agrees and goes to the dorms. Tsurugi goes to Tenma's room and places him on his bed. Tsurugi soon left and goes to the living room.

"I wonder what happened to Tenma?" Aoi asked.

"Probably something that tired him out so much, but what?" Midori replied while putting her arms behind the back of her head.

"The only thing we remember is that Akira girl came out of nowhere and suddenly smoke surrounded us," Shindou said.

Everyone became silent and thought about what their friend might have gone through. While waiting, the others finally arrived at the dorms. They questioned where Tenma was and the others explained what happened.

*Minutes later*

It was almost lunch and Tenma still hasn't awoken yet, they started to get worried.

"It's been a while and Tenma is not awake yet," Midori said.

"Someone should check on him," Kageyama said.

"Alright," Shindou said, "Tsurugi, Aoi, Shinsuke, and I will go check on him. Let's go."

The four of them went to Tenma's room and when they were about to open the door, they heard someone softly crying. Their eyes widened when they realized it was Tenma. They were surprised, it was rare for Tenma to cry.

They quickly opened the door and went in.

"Tenma, what's wrong?" Shindou asked.

When then entered, they were right. Tenma was crying and he seemed like he was having a nightmare. They went to him and were about to wake him up when suddenly Tenma spoke.

"I'm, s-sorry," Tenma said.

This shocked the four of them and Shindou placed his hand on Tenma's shoulder and gently shook him.

"Tenma, wake up, it's just a nightmare," Shindou said.

Tenma's eyes shot open and bolted up, causing his friends to slightly back up. He was slightly panting. Shindou placed his hand on Tenma's shoulder.

"Tenma calm down, just breathe," Shindou said.

Tenma started to slow down his breathing and finally calms down.

"Are you alright?" Shinsuke asked.

"Hai, I'm fine now, thanks," Tenma said with a smile as he wiped his tears away.

"Why were you crying, what was your nightmare about?" Tsurugi asked.

"It's nothing, don't worry" Tenma said with a smile.

"Ok, but lunch is ready, we should go downstairs now, " Aoi said.

"Hai, I will just get changed, " Tenma said.

"Alright, see you downstairs Tenma, " Aoi said with a smile.

"Hai!" Tenma said with a smile.

After Tenma's friends left, Tenma changed his clothes into his casual wear and then looked back at the dream. He sighed sadly.

"I'm sorry I couldn't tell you guys," Tenma said in his mind.

Soon he went downstairs and ate lunch with his friends.
