To me, I think that Running Out contradicts the idea that love can withstand anything. The lyrics talk about how too much love was given in the beginning and now, they're losing their sparks. The fading away of the man shows how he is slowly slipping away from the girl, and the waterfall in the back represents the tears shed in this relationship. I chose the cover to have a dark feel to show an ending that does not end up well. The reason that the girl is the only sharp and focused object, other than the font, represents clarity when the couple realizes that they were beginning to fall apart.
