After levy was relesed from the hospital she spent most of her time in between mine, erzas, juvias, and gajeels houses. I didn't really mind that she stayed at mine the most. Well . . . next to gajeel anyway. Every time she was at my house we would watch movies till we passed out and I would get my work over the computer that day. When she was there I didn't go to school, no matter how much erza and juvia begged. Its weird. Natsu is the most persistent when it comes to me not going to school, yet he only bugged me about it a few times. Oh well.

Levy had yet to wake up from out long night of movie watching so I decided to make breakfast. I managed to make eggs, bacon, and pancakes before levy woke up.

As she stumbled into the kitchen she sniffed the air and ran to the table like a five year old. "You made food!!" She yelled and took a piece of bacon. I nod and take the seat across form her. "Did u really think I was going to starve myself waiting for you to wake up?" She rolled her eyes and continues to stuff her face.

After about 20 minutes we both managed to eat everything I had made. As levy flopped down on the couch I went upstairs to do my school work for the day.

About halfway through I get an angery call from erza.

"COME. TO. SCHOOL." I sigh and roll my eyes.

"When levy is at my house I don't leave unless we are going somewhere. You know that." I hear her grumble something to someone else. All I can manage to hear is 'you try talking to her'.

"Hey Luce?" This time it wasn't erza who was talking but natsu.

"Hey natsu. What's up?" I knew exactly what was up but mabey he will drop it if I just act like I don't.

"You know what's up. Your not just staying when your with levy. We all switch takeing her in. Well minus me."

"Your point?"

"My point is your staying even your alone and your bidding behind levy as an excuse!" I was shocked honestly. I've never heard him snap before. But I can snap too.

" put erza on the phone." And he does.

"Yes?"

"What is your problem with my staying home?! You act like this is new!! I've done this before so why does it matter?!" She goes silent for a second and I immediately feel bad for snapping at her.

"Erza? I'm sorry for snapping. I know your worried but I'm fine so can you just . . . drop it?" I hear a sigh.

"I accept your apology but I'm not gonna stop worrying. I'll drop it for now but you know you can always talk to me right?" I nod and then realize she couldn't see it.

"Yeah. Sorry again if I offended you." She chuckled.

"Its fine really. Oh and natsu wants to talk to you." She handed the phone to natsu.

"Luce?" He sounded nervous.

"Yeah?"

"I-im sorry for snapping at you like that. I'm just worried I suppose." He was so sheepish and even through the phone I could tell he was blushing.

"Haha its fine really." I smile slightly.

"Okay. I'll come see you later. Bye." He hang up before I could say anything. I guess he thought I would say no. How cuuutteeee.

I go down stairs and levy is looking at me with a sad expression. "I'm sorry I'm causing so much trouble." I shook my head and smiled. "Your not causing trouble. You know I don't go most of the time anyway." She smiled and looked back at the TV patting the seat next to her. I sat down and we continued to watch season 3 of ghost whisperer. ( If you haven't seen ghost whisperer I recommend it. Its 5 seasons and on Netflix if you have it :p)

~time skip~

After school erza came by and picked up levy as it was her turn and levy said she wanted to. A little bit after that natsu came by.

"Hey Luce!" He said as I opened the door. I jestured for him to come in.  He sat down on the couch and I joined him. "I'm sorry again for snapping at you again." He looked down at his lap.

"Its fine really stop beating yourself about it."  He nodded and we just sat there talking for a little while. Before long it was around dinner time. "Can I take you out for dinner?" I nod and we get in his car.

He ends up taking us to a really fancy resturant even though I was fine with just takeout. We go inside and we get seated at a table and order our food. "So. . ." I glance from him to the table. "So. . ." we sat and stared at each other for a second.

"You know I was fine with takeout right?" He nodded and smiled. "I figured that since we were already out I would just come here." I nod and we make small talk as the food is being cooked.

As we are eating he asks me more questions. "Do you live alone? I didn't see a car or hear your parents." I nodded. "At this age? Can I know why?" My past isn't something I keep secret but I don't put it out there either, so I tell him. "My mom died when I was about seven and my father became abusive and ignored me and I moved out at 16 however he did pay for the house saying 'if it keeps you out of my hair then I'll pay for it all'." He just sat there. "I'm sorry for um asking Lucy." I shook my head. "I'm not keeping it a secret and it doesn't bother me anymore." He nods respectfully and we finish eating quietly.

After dinner he drives me home and I thank him. "Its no problem. Did you expect me to make you walk home?" I laugh slightly and it becomes quite. I go to open the door and I feel him kiss my cheek. I snap my eyes to his and he is grinning. "Payback." I giggle and get out, thanking him again. Yet as I walk inside I can't help but be disappointed that it was only payback.

I am really sorry that it took me so long to update I just kept forgetting but anyways here is chapter 8 hope you enjoyed!
