Split

Kisame was leading the three children to a small clearing behind the glistening and raging waterfall, the water was rushing down the jagged rocks at an insane water pressure, the crystalline water making a bright mist to cover its base.
The small group had walked a long distance away from Konohagakure as they weaved within the forest and crossed rivers and lakes to get where they were now. Kisame had bid a farewell to Itachi but knew that one of Itachi's crow's was following and watching every movement the group made. Kisame couldn't help but feel a small chill whenever he glanced at the small band of kids, why did they choose to leave the village? How did they sneak a Jinchuuriki out of one of the great shinobi nations? It sounded insane even to the former Kirigakure nin.
Kisame's thought's were broken by a lilting voice.

"Kisame-san. Where are you taking us?" Sakura asked quietly.

"I'm taking you to your own little secret hideout! You'll be living there for your training years." Kisame explained "and when you're ready to face our organization then each of our members will come and face you with determination. After all every human has it." Kisame chuckled.

Sakura tensed a bit as she bit back a snarl, suddenly she brightened and gave a huge smile that blew Kisame's doubts away.
"Of course! We'll be stronger than you Kisame!" She jumped and smacked his face, applying chakra to make it hurt more. All they could hear was a painful yelp as the blue shark man held his gilled cheek.

"Sneaky fucking brat!" he growled out making the young girl simply look at him and then stick her light pink tongue out at him. Sakura teetered on the balls of her tiny feet as Sasori watched their interaction, a smirk gracing the rugged look on his young face, his mindset was decades older than Sakura yet she was wise to the point she could most likely make her words her kunai.

"Oh yoj silly ol shark i'm messin with ya! I mean why would we have Ita-chii bring you out here?" Sakura gave a mighty laugh as she slapped the tall man on his back.

"Ita....nii?"

"Itachi-niisan you dumbass" Sakura stared at him with a deadpanned expression.

"young ladies shouldn't be swearing!" Kisame chided the young girl making her stick the middle finger up.

"Suck it fish" she laughed and Sasori merely looked away to go watch Naruto. The young boy had a serious face as he seemed to be contemplating what to do when they were all out in the open. standing up from the ragged rock the blonde was sitting on, Naruto simply walked over to a large tree and hand climbed up the rough wooden branches making Sasori arch his eyebrows.

Sighing the redhead placed his palm on his face as he internally strangled everybody in the vicinity.
Sakura giggled as her eyes gleamed with the determination of a war veteran.
"Get ready HOSHIGAKI!" She screamed in glee as she pushed herself off the tree and raced to the shark man, knives ready and the overwhelming intent to kill.
To taste the blood, to savour in the victory!

She giggled a bit maniacally as she slashed and kicked at the shark man, making him block each and every attack with his webbed hand. His eyebrow quirked as he disarmed her only to find three thin needles pierced in his arm.
Shit
His thoughts melted as he couldn't feel his arm anymore, his eyes widened as he looked over to her companions only to see the two boys in a quiet bundle or harsh whispers.
Naruto seemed immersed in the fight, big wide blue eyes focused on the flying pink haired girl as she bent back a bit cleaning the blood from her arms.
Sasori on the other hand merely stared as he chuckled lowly, his brown amberlike eyes showing no remorse for the Hoshigaki.

Kisame cursed the brats as he dodged another attack, his sword was yet to be unsheathed which seemed to piss the young girl even more.
Was he underestimating her?
Kisame narrowed his eyes at the young devil dressed in a mere childs form as her eyes seemed to darken almost to a stormy green.

"Sakura..." The young girl stopped cleaning the knives as she barely tilted her head back. "Enough."
It wasn't Sasori who said this but a young blonde.
His eyes seemed to have aged as he stared at her with an aura that radiated a cold authority.
Sakura felt her blood run cold as her eyes narrowed, her pale hands twitched as she sheathed her blades.

It couldn't be.

It's impossible.

It should only be

Her

And

Sasori.

Sakura stared at the blonde with uncertainty as she slowly inched to him only to have him give her a huge smile.
"Sakura-chan! You were sooo cool! Can you show me how to do that to? With the kunai and needles!" Naruto's cerulean eyes gleamed in happiness that Sakura swore she saw stars emanating from it.

"O-oh w-what sure! O-of course Naruto!" She cursed herself for stammering but it didn't seem as if Naruto minded, he just gave her a big hug.
Yet when he wrapped his long arms around her she could feel that spine chilling fear again.
Their bodies closed in as he whispered icily into her ear.
"Now, now.... don't disobey me in the near future Sakura-chan~ I am the only one you will never disobey for I am Absolute." His rough voice turned melodious and sly as Sakura felt sweat bullets drip down.

"Do you understand?"

"Y-yes....."

"Good girl... run along back to Sasori, oh and dear Sakura.... this never happened."

Naruto stepped back with his child like facade as he and Kisame walked ahead into the waterfall, talking about trivial things.
Yet Sakura could feel the young blonde's gaze on her as she slowly hugged Sasori with a blank face.
Who was that?
That wasn't the Naruto she knew.
Yet at the same time
It was.
