"I'm never drinking again," Hana mumbled, the smile on her face nuzzling into the brushed cotton duvet that had kept her warm throughout the night.

Well, that, and the man who had slept next to her.

"Pussy," he softly laughed, eyes closed, protecting himself from the morning sunlight. He was feeling the impact of one too many drinks, too.

As she welcomed in the sight of him, Hana smirked at the artwork she had crafted on his neck - an array of plum tones that coloured in his tattoos.

Her eyes trailed down the snake that wrapped around his neck and studied his mandala. She had traced the tattoos of many men before him, but there was something about his that she just couldn't take her eyes off. She counted the tiny needle strokes that formed intricate patterns. Curves and sharp edges, circles and straight lines, all coming together to create something more significant.

Something familiar.

"Holy shit," she jumped from her spot, taking the duvet with her, hugging it against her chest. The sudden movement and temperature change caused him to stir, bewildered for a second. His hair curled over his eyes hazily, desperately trying to keep his eyes protected from the morning light.

"Good morning to you too," he grumbled, eyes finally succumbing to the daylight seeping in through the window, as he sat up slightly, resting on his elbows. Reaching over to the pillow that Hana's head had been resting on, he used it to cover his modesty.

Hana couldn't help but mentally groan. He was gorgeous.

Rubbing his sleepy eyes with the bottoms of his palms, he sat up further, a bit perplexed. This definitely wasn't the reaction he usually got from the women who woke up next to him. If anything, it was quite the opposite of it.

And then he noticed it, too.

It was small, almost hidden, and he had to study her ankle for far longer than he would have liked. It was unmistakable: A crescent moon curving around the malleolus on the inside of her left leg, just above her foot. Hana watched his eyes as he tilted his head, coming to the same realisation that she had only moments earlier.

"Please tell me..." his eyes were still fixated on her tattoo, but his index finger was now pointed to emphasise his point. Hana thought he looked almost scared. "...That you just really fucking like the solar system 'n' shit."

Her eyes were wide, for she did feel scared. She focused solely on the rays that splayed around patterned circles at the base of his neck. His sun.

Her voice was barely a whisper as she spoke his words back to him. "Please tell me that you just really like the Sun..."

"Oh, fuck," Jungkook threw his head backwards and crashed into his pillows, his back slamming against the mattress. His palms crushed down against his eyes as he pushed his fingers into his hair. "Fuck, fuck, fuck." His body shot up again, still only protected by a pillow, as he began to look at Hana with pure rage. She must have seen his tattoo last night, there was no escaping it. She must have known what she was doing. "The fuck were you thinking?!"

"Me?!" Hana was quick to defend, as she began to scramble around the room, searching for her dress. "You're the one who bought me drinks!"

"And you didn't think to fucking knife me there and then?" He was genuinely shocked at how lax she had been. Dal Pa were supposed to be smart.

"That's more of a Hae Pa tactic, don't you think?" Hana retorted with a snort. How had she not noticed? And where the fuck was her dress?! "And for your information-" she punctuated her sentences with the sounds of rummaging through Jungkook's shit. "-I didn't notice until approximately three minutes ago!"

Jungkook scoffed. He knew her type. Dal Pa were more reptilian than the snake that was inked around his throat.

He didn't trust her as far as he could throw her.

And at that moment, he would have been quite happy to throw her straight out of his fucking window.

"Where the fuck is my dress?" Hana whined, still foraging desperately.

Jungkook groaned throatily, memories of the night before coming back to him. "By the front door."

Hana's mouth hung open slackly, her own memories flickering back. They had been so caught up with one another, that as soon as the front door closed, they wasted no time in getting down to business. How Jungkook could have expected Hana to notice his tattoo was laughable, considering her eyes had been shut for 90% of the time that they had spent together.

"Wait here," He commanded, reaching for last nights underwear, that thankfully had been left by the bed. There was a slight commotion as he exited the room, greetings from whichever Hae Pa thugs he lived with. He was only gone for a few minutes, but it felt like a lifetime to Hana. She knew she'd be in for a bollocking when she got home for disappearing without a trace, but it bizarrely felt preferable over being where she was.

She scanned her eyes around the room and considered the vantage point she had. Though unintentional, she had technically infiltrated a Hae Pa hideout - but there was nothing of any use in the room, and she knew it. It was a regular bedroom, just a few clothes and soft furnishings.

Her attention was pulled to the door as it clicked open and the stranger she knew so intimately returned, with the green satin of her dress balled tightly in his fist. He tossed it in Hana's direction and made sure that his door was fully shut before he dared to speak to her. She caught the bundle with ease and noticed a small card box wrapped in the middle of it.

"Plasters," he stated, eyes dark. He seemed worried. "To cover the shit on your ankle up. The only way out of here is the front door." He walked casually, still just in his boxers, to his wardrobe and pulled a large hoodie off a hanger. Hana was dressed by this point and perched on the side of his bed as she began to paste plasters over her uninjured skin. "Put this on and the hood up."

Hana felt the fabric brush against her back as he chucked it in her direction. Apparently handing anything to her directly was simply too much hard work.

"You're giving me your hoodie? Such a lucky girl," Hana said dryly, the irony of his actions almost humourous. Jungkook scoffed a little.

"You are so lucky I'm not giving you split lip, instead," he muttered through gritted teeth, observing as Hana pulled the dark hoodie over her slightly dishevelled hair. He felt uneasy about the time she had spent alone in his room. He was weakening their defences, and he hated it. He needed her out of there.

"I thought you knew that I liked it a little rough?" Hana teased. She couldn't help herself. Innuendo was like a second language, having lived with boys that she had for the last few years. Jungkook didn't smile.

"What happened last night was fucking stupid," he told her. "If anyone finds out, we'll both be done for."

"So get some clothes on, and get me out of here," Hana rolled her eyes at the man in front of her. There was an impatience to their retort, a sense of urgency, yet they had both taken longer than they needed to. It was strange. Jungkook did as she said though, giving her instructions on how to use the hood to hide her face. She was supposed to look embarrassed, ashamed of her walk of shame - not as if she needed her identity kept secret.

"Yeah, I got it," she snapped impatiently. She wasn't stupid, and it was borderline insulting having someone explain how to be discreet to her.

"Not a fucking word," Jungkook warned, facing her one last time before he ushered her out into the living room. The room was light and airy, the television spewing out an old sitcom re-run.

Jungkook avoided making eye contact with the boy who was draped horizontally over an armchair, his legs lazily hanging over the side.

"Morning, lovers," he grinned, having had the pleasure of sharing the room next to Jungkook's the previous night. "Got any friends you can introduce me to, doll?"

Hana wanted to laugh, to banter back, but she knew better.

"Knock it off, Tae," a tall, authoritative figure strolled in from the kitchen, tapping the back of the boys head lightly. "That's not how we talk to guests."

There was a slight inaudible grumble from Tae, not happy with being disciplined, but Jungkook interrupted before any more could be said. He knew that the knowledge of a name could be all that Hana needed to fuck things up for him. They had kept up the dumb pretence of using only their initials the entire night. She didn't need to know his name, and he didn't need to know hers. It was easier this way.

"I'm just heading out for a bit, won't be long," he assured them, knowing internally that he wanted to end this situation as soon as he could.

"Better not be, you've got work in an hour," the figure of authority warned, not even so much as looking in Jungkook's direction.

"I said I won't be," Jungkook stropped a little, his hand on Hana's back, ready to guide her to the front door.

"Knock it off, Kook," Tae began to imitate his superior like a child.

"Tae," Jungkook warned, knowing what was about to come next.

"That's not how we talk to Seokjin."

Another name. Fucking brilliant.

"Enough, the pair of you," Seokjin chuckled from his seat, eyes still engrossed in the morning's newspaper. "See you at the rendezvous point in an hour, Jungkook."

"Oh for fucks sake!" Jungkook's mouth moved before he could tell his brain to shut up. Another name; his name.

Hana, whose eyes were locked firmly on her own feet, stifled a laugh. She knew precisely why he was mad. He'd well and truly fucked up by bringing her back there.

For the first time, Seokjin lowered his newspaper and revealed his eyes, an eyebrow raised in Jungkook's direction. His expression spoke loud enough to not need words: Excuse me?

"I, uh, I just realised I forgot I had some errands to run that I won't have time to do now," Jungkook covered. "No biggie."

"Hmph," Seokjin seemed satisfied with his answer, or at least couldn't be bothered to have Jungkook bullshit straight to his face. He had known him long enough now to read through his white lies. He raised his newspaper again, and Jungkook beelined for the front door. They had almost reached it when Seokjin spoke again, nonchalantly. "Nice to meet you, Hana. Take care this evening, it's a full moon."

Hana froze, her hand resting on the door handle. Jungkook hadn't even learned her name, yet. Her false sense of confidence was slipping.

"You too, Seokjin," her lips were trembling, but her voice was firm. The wideness of her eyes hadn't gone unnoticed by Jungkook. They were both done for, he knew it for sure, and suddenly, for a reason he couldn't quite comprehend, he wanted to protect her from whatever disastrous outcome life had in store for them.

She was everything he hated; manipulative, dishonest and insincere. Dal Pa all were. It's what made them who they were.

But he had seen her at her most vulnerable.

The usual lousy mood that accompanied his hangovers had been M.I.A. that morning when he had woken up. In fact, it hadn't presented itself at all. He'd have gone as far to say that he felt at peace.

Until the whole tattoo realisation fiasco, that was. He hadn't been quite so content since.

Jungkook refocused himself.

He knew he had been dancing with a wolf, and there was only a certain amount of time until she shed her sheepskin.

"Go," he hissed in Hana's ear.

She didn't need telling twice.
