It's a little thing based on the When We Was Fab video. Here we got George as a four armed, 200 year old demon called an Oni. (More specifically the Ninjago oni) Basically he ages much more slowly and can shapeshift into a new form whenever he likes, which is how he was able to blend in with his bandmates for all these years.

Sometime during the US touring years Ringo caught George in his true form, worrying that he was some kind of monster. Thankfully George was able to convince him there's nothing to be afraid of, just as long as he keeps this encounter just between them.

Now for Georgie transforming into a fat Yoshi! I bet it was that cookie he ate which made him change, if he ate the whole thing it would have made him a full Yoshi.

Vampire Georgie strikes again! Now he's a chubby boy! He's became a Fatpire which rather than sucking blood, he sucks fat!
