So we had to go to this carnival that some boys at my church are doing

I totally forgot my glasses
I'm not blind but I'm near sighted so everything far away is blurry

Now imagine all the games spread out in a large room in neon letters
Yeah I couldn't read anything

I told my parents and they said I'll still have fun and that I can read them if I went up close

Now remember how I told you I have low self esteem and I'm really insecure

Yeah well being surrounded by all those kids and adults who know I have glasses and have them silently judging you is awful.

I kept asking my mom to take me home and get them but she didn't take me until I basically almost started crying

I hate being insecure
