I awoke from my sleep, sitting up and staring at the clock slightly confused as to why I was up so early. It was 4:50 AM. 

Might as well just stay awake now, no point in going back to sleep. 

I slowly crept out of the room, making sure not to wake anybody up. I heard the sound of light chatter as I made my way to the kitchen, maybe Puffy was up and talking to a friend? Anyways, I made myself a cup of coffee, at this point coffee is the only thing keeping me alive, sadly my father wouldn't let me have much, stating that 'It will ruin my brain'.

I sipped the coffee as I made my way to the living room, when I looked up, I was met with 3 pairs of eyes. I choked on the liquid in surprise, "Morning Wil!" A cheerful voice said. 

"Dream?! Sapnap!? Puffy?! What are you three doing up so early?!" I yell confusedly, "Well, these two here woke up at like 4 AM or so and started talking way too loudly for people talking at 4 AM, so I barged into the room and told them to go back to sleep. But obviously, they couldn't and so I just brought them here, sorry if they woke you up." Puffy explains, I just nodded and sat down on the couch. "No it's fine, it's kinda normal for me to wake up at this time."

I looked around the room, noticing that George wasn't there. "Where's George?" "Oh, he's asleep." Sapnap replied, "We tried to wake him up but he was like completely passed out, I swear sometimes he sleeps too much." He added. 

I chuckled at the statement and joined in on the conversation between Puffy and Dream. We talked about our favorite foods, to games, and then planets, and that turned to wars. It's incredible how much topics a conversation can cover in half an hour.

"Hey, it's already 5:30, we should get ready, someone wake George up!" I say walking to the guest room to get ready. 

~After Everyone Got Ready~

We were all ready for the long journey ahead of us, but of course we had to prepare our horses too. So here I was with the rest in their stables, getting our horses saddled up. "You sure you know the way there?" Dream asks for what feels like the millionth time, I groan. "Yes, Dream, I know the way there. I've been there plenty of times."

"Okay." Dream says, walking up to Puffy as she walks in. "Oh hey mom, we're about to leave."

"I see that, anyways, have a safe journey you four." She says, Puffy then pulls out a box and opens it. "This is a little gift I have for you." Inside the box was four duck hair clips. 

"You didn't have to Puffy." I said taking one from the box as the others excitedly take theirs. "Thanks Puffy!" Sapnap smiled, "Thanks." George mumbled with a small smile, Dream hugs his mom before clipping it onto his brown hair. 

"This hair clip is so you'll always have a part of me with you throughout your journey." Puffy says, her eyes starting to water. She hugs each one of us, once that was done, we climed onto our horses. "I'll miss you my little ducklings, I guess this is goodbye." Puffy shed a tear, "We'll miss you too mom." Dream said for all of us. 

Puffy smiled and waved us goodbye. We all wave her goodbye and finally started the beginning of our long journey.
