Ravens POV
We appeared in the Drug store. I still held Reks hand. Before I didn't like kids, but ever since Melvin and her brothers, I liked them so much more.

Starfire: So, what are your needs friend Rek?

Starfire asked close behind us. Rek didn't answer but instead lead us to the hair products. She picked out this hair oil. I read it out loud.

R: Coconut hair oil. Dry scalp?

Rek turned a bit red.

Rek: African hair is very dry.
Starfire: Oh that must be awful.
R: Anything else you need?
Rek: New clothes?

Me and Starfire laughed a bit. Rek was wearing old dirty clothes. Well they looked old...

Starfire: We will go buy you the clothes at the mall of shopping!

Starfire cheered.

R: First we have to pay though.

We made are way to the cashier. Under her counter was some Tic Tacs. I grabbed three boxes. One minty pack and two flavoured packs. I payed and handed the girls their candy. Rek smiled.

Rek: Thank You... Raven.

She looked up and smiled at me. I smiled back. Starfire on the other hand...

Starfire: Oh, yes! Thank you thank you friend Raven!

She popped a red coloured one in her mouth. Rek had a orange coloured one. I placed a minty flavoured Tic Tac on my tongue.

R: To the mall.

I said while opening a portal. Starfire picked Rek up and walked through. I than entered closing the portal. We appeared outside the malls front door.

Starfire: Oh joyous! Friend Rek, we shall get you as many clothes and the accessories that you desire!

I really hoped Rek didn't like a lot. Let's rephrase that, doesn't like the mall at all, period.

R: Okay. What store do you prefer for your clothes selection?

She looked confused.

Rek: I don't know... I've never been shopping...

She said with guilt in her voice.

R: That's okay. We should take you to the same store we go to get are uniforms.
Starfire: Yes we shall!

Star grabbed Reks hand and went off through the crowds. I followed as quickly as I could. We arrived at the store. Just recently this store opened because of the increase of Supers. We entered and Rek looked amazed. It made me smile.

Starfire: To the section of infants!

Starfire cheered. We got to a rack that said ten-thirteen.

R: How old are you?
Rek: eleven.
R: Okay... This?

I pulled out a romper that was black.

Rek: Uhh...
R: With these?

I said pulling out boots. She shock her head no.

R: Agreed.

We laughed. We kept looking. It was mostly Star picking out uniforms like her own. Rek hated those ones. Finally Rek found something she liked. She pulled out a body suit. It was pink on her left shoulder but pink on the right side of her body. On her right shoulder it was orange and the left side of her body was orange. Down the middle of her stomach was silver. The silver covered her legs on both sides. Her back was just the orange and pink though.

Starfire: Oh yes! Friend Rek, that is most beautiful!
R: Time for shoes.

We walked to the shoe section.

R: What's your shoe size Rek?
Rek: Um, I don't know.
Starfire: We shall measure your feet.

Starfire flew to the scale and turned around quickly causing her hair to fly in the air. Rek sat down and Starfire put the scale down at her feet. Rek put them in and I closed the scale.

R: Okay, your a five.

We found the shoes in the five section. All of the shoes looked off with her suit. We also needed good grip. These shoes came in many types for the many heroes. But now we needed shoes for are little hero. Rek looked at all the boxes.

Rek: What about these?

She held out black knee high boots. I felt them and saw they had great grip. Starfire was looking at them closely to.

R: Okay, just try on your outfit to see if they fit and stuff.

I said approvingly. Starfire got a worker to open up a room. Rek went in and with a matter of time she came out. Our mouths were open.

R: Rek-
Starfire: Eeeeee! Friend Rek you look the stunning!

Reks face was red. She looked nice and slim.

Rek: Thank You guys.

She smiled.

R: How do the boots feel?

She walked around.

Rek: Good.
R: Okay, you could take those off and we can pay.

She went inside the changing room.

R: What else do we need to get?
Starfire: Bedroom furniture and accessories for friend Rek. She will need the teddy bears and toys as well!
R: Rrr. Yeah, yeah.

Rek walked out holding her stuff.

Starfire: Let us pay!

We payed and made our way to the mattress store. We bought a double mattress and three of Reks favourite pillows. She chose a brown pillow, a pink pillow, and a purple pillow. Star and I choose the blanket we thought was the best. It was a comforter. It will keep her cool in the summer and hot in the winter. It was the colour magenta. Rek couldn't chose which colour she wanted, so Star wanted pink and I wanted purple. We than settled on magenta. After that we went to a clothes store that didn't really have a style of clothes they sold. Rek choose light blue sleeveless shirts and green turtlenecks. She chose jean shorts and sweatpants. She also bought two sweaters. We finally got to the toy stores. Rek didn't want much. In total it came to about 1000$ plus a bit extra.
We finally got back to the tower. I took a nice long stretch.

Robin: Girls, you're back!

Robin rushed to us. He slyly took Stars hand.

Starfire: Hello boyfriend Robin!
R: Yeah we're back.
Robin: What did you get Rek?
R: Let's just say LOTS of things.
Robin: Yeah no kidding. You were gone for hours!
Starfire: It was most amazing!
Robin: Okay, do you want to show Rek her room? It's okay if you want to relax now.
Starfire: No no! Raven and I will go!
R: Sure...

I said with monotone. Starfire grabbed Reks hand. We took to the girls wing. In the spare room, which was close to my room, it was all clean. Bee washed all the sheets, not that it mattered because we were putting all those away.

R: So, this is your new room Rek.
Starfire: We are the sorry, it looks the hideous right now. But we will decorate it with your belongings.
Rek: It's nicer than any room I've had.

Rek said quietly. Me and Star looked at her with a worried face.

R: I'll take the sheets out.

I said changing the topic. I took the sheets and walked out of the room. I bumped into something. That something was a someone.

Beast boy: Easy.
R: Oh I'm sorry-

I stopped when I realised it was Beast boy. I dropped the sheets and blanket. He flung his arms around me, slightly lifting me off the ground.

R: Beast boy.

I laughed. He put me down.

Beast boy: Hey Rae. I've missed you.
R: I missed you too. I got to get back to work though.

I felt like I haven't seen him for a long time. As much as I wanted to stay with him, I couldn't. I started to walk away. He grabbed my wrist though. I looked at him.

Beast boy: You could go, just not without a kiss from me.

He placed his lips on mine and kissed me. I kissed him back. I enjoyed everything about it, but I had to go. We split apart from each other. I started down the hall.

Beast boy: I love you Rae.

He said behind me. Before I turned the corner I looked behind my shoulder.

R: I know you do.

I smiled cheekily than left.
I got all the clothes up in the attic than made my way back to Rek and Starfire. I opened the door and grabbed the mattress. I took it to the attic. I then made my way back to the room. When I entered Rek and Starfire were smiling at me.

R: What?
Starfire: Friend Rek and I have heard friend Beast boy profess his love for you.

Stafire and Rek were smirking. I turned red.

R: Enough with that stupid love stuff. I'm sure that Rek would rather have her room instead of gross "romance."
Rek: No, I think it's cute. You guys are like the exact opposites which is even cuter. I never expected it!

I turned red again.

R: Let's just finish your room.
