So i might make it a cartoon oc (cuz it existed in the 30s) . Im thinking of basing it off of the vivsiepop style or the looney tunes

Im still trying to figure out how to draw it, its so weird especially its face and muzzle

Especially when it has it's freaking mouth open, like they can practically unhinge their freaking faces
