(Y/n): Last time, on Hyperdimension Neptunia...

With needing help on interrogating Grif and Simmons, IF intentionally pulls (Y/n) out of school in a fake arrest to have him change into Aura Knight. Some officers were shocked to have seen Aura Knight walking into their station with Linda getting a taste of what kind of fear (Y/n) can place into people with words and ideas alone. The others at school were trying to figure out why IF arrested (Y/n) and almost cause a scene out of it with their usual yelling alone. Unknown to the group, a mysterious person watched them from a window in the school as everyone left for the day. When finding a quiet and dark space to find some seclusion, the person pulls out a communicator and talks to Dionix of some plan to set in motion. When both are done talking, the person is revealed to be Discord and takes flight to begin their plans.

(Y/n) had been interrogating Grif and Simmons for hours on end, until IF tells him that there's trouble happening and gets informed straight away. Dionix had kidnapped a train car full of people and is on top of a building, threatening to drop the people from up high if (Y/n) doesn't show himself. With no choice but to head to where Dionix is, (Y/n) heads there alone while IF called to give (Y/n) some backup from if possible. When (Y/n) arrived to where Dionix is, they talked to each other in trying to stall for an effective plan to save the innocent people in the train car. But that changes when IF calls to tell (Y/n) that Neptune and the other CPUs are missing. Upon Discord's arrival, (Y/n) and whoever watching the news see a new person arrive at the scene, (Y/n) becomes horrified with seeing the CPUs beaten and bruised up from a fight with Discord. With both innocent people AND his friends caught into a hostage situation, all (Y/n) can do is watch and wait in whatever plans Dionix and Discord have.

Aura Knight (Y/n): (Thoughts) This fricken blows...! What am I supposed to do with two of my enemies holding my friends AND innocents hostage...!? What am I gonna do...?!

Location: Downtown.

Time: Evening.

In the city helicopters kept circling around and broadcasting what was happening. On the building, Dionix held the train to keep it from falling off the building and Discord held the CPUs in the air by the energy chains. (Y/n) stood on the energy platform he had created and was in his Aura Knight attire to hide who he really was from the people. A helicopter hovers nearby to record (Y/n) in showing he was there on the cameras. Feeling that there was beginning to be too many fliers in the air, Discord armed a rocket on their shoulder and aimed it at the helicopter recording (Y/n). When (Y/n) looks to see where Discord is aiming at, he rushes to his right as Discord fired a rocket towards the helicopter. One of the people on the helicopter finally notices the rocket heading towards them as (Y/n) jumps up and begins channeling energy to his right hand. Once (Y/n) gets between the helicopter and the rocket path, (Y/n) creates a large Energy Shield to protect the helicopter from being hit. After protecting the rocket, (Y/n) begins to fall, but channels energy to his legs to create a platform of energy to keep him in the air. He looks up and shouts to the helicopter.

Aura Knight (Y/n): Get the hell out of here! You're putting yourselves in danger of getting killed by these maniacs! There's enough trouble I have to deal with and I can't focus if more get in the way!

A woman who with blonde hair pops her head out of the side of the chopper as she wears a news reporters suit and was sporting a pink bow with a skull in her hair. The face, hair and accessory the woman wears becomes familiar to (Y/n) very quickly, while irritating him at the same time.

Reporter Abnes: I'm live on the scene as the infamous Aura Knight has just protected the helicopter I'm on with a weird shield. Just who is this "Aura Knight" and is he associated with the two assailants in kidnapping the train car AND those little girls? Let's keep watching.

When seeing Abnes and hearing her voice, all attention on the situation is forgotten instantly. (Y/n) begins to point and yell up at Abnes herself with remembering the last time he dealt with her in Hyper dimension.

Aura Knight (Y/n): OH, HELL NO!! GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE, YOU BITCH! Dealing with you the first time was a hassle!! But a SECOND time?! NO! Fly your news reporting ass out of here woman!! I am NOT dealing with your shit today!

Dionix and Discord become very confused at what's happening and tried to regain the attention.

Dionix: Um, excuse me...

Dionix was ignored as Abnes yelled back toward (Y/n).

Reporter Abnes: I can do whatever I want! I make a living on reporting this stuff! Besides, what are you gonna do, "little boy?"

From being ignored, Dionix gained a tick mark on his head.

Aura Knight (Y/n): AND HERE COMES THE INSULTS!! You need to go. You need to go RIGHT now, before I lose my mind at hearing your annoying voice!! I would do something about that damn camera of yours, but your dumb blonde head would get in the way!!

Dionix and Discord become more annoyed at how this was unfolding.

Discord: HEY. You idiots!

Dionix: We are STILL HERE!

Once again, both Dionix and Discord was being ignored as Abnes faces the camera and talks to her viewers once more on what she has to say.

Reporter Abnes: You heard it here, everyone! Our "mystery" vigilante has made a threat towards my camera crew and myself! He's NOTHING, but a menace!

Dionix and Discord become more mad as this folds with (Y/n) yelling out of frustration and points at the news chopper.

Aura Knight (Y/n): And my POINT made exactly!!! Screw your damn insults!! You are the most annoying bitch to ever meet, OF ALL TIME!! TWICE EVEN!!

Feeling that this has gone far enough Dionix became furious at how the whole and yelled at both of (Y/n) and Abnes.

Dionix: ENOUGH!!! I REFUSE to be ignored by a couple of dimwits like you two!! Have you forgotten that we have HOSTAGES here?!?!

(Y/n) made a frustrated sigh and thinks to himself.

Aura Knight (Y/n): (Thoughts) Even though I would want to deal with the BITCH, I have to deal with THIS problem first...!

(Y/n) turns back toward Dionix and Discord to get serious again with what's going on.

Aura Knight (Y/n): Leave those people in the train and the girls alone! What do you gain in harming them...!?

At finally regaining the attention, Dionix smiles.

Dionix: A test on your... "Determination."

(Y/n) was confused on what Dionix meant when Discord continued for Dionix.

Discord: What he means is, you "hero," have a choice to make.

Both Dionix and Discord shook their captives. Dionix scaring the people on the train, while Discord shook the CPUs back awake. When Noire's eyesight came back slowly until she looked around and saw the situation she was in. When all four CPUs finally wake up, all they could do was struggle slightly, but fail due to their current strength.

Dionix: You can either save the people of your world...

Discord: ...Or you can save those that you know and love from Hyper dimension.

This scared (Y/n) at hearing those choices as he looked between the two.

Aura Knight (Y/n): No! Don't do it! Put them down! Your fight is with me, damn it! Leave the people on the train alone and put the girls down right now!!

Dionix: You have no place to bargain boy.

Discord: A choice will be made. And how you choose to handle this... Someone WILL die.

This made (Y/n) more worried as his heart rate began to race with feeling the pressure coming down on him harder. (Y/n)'s breathing began to pick up as his calm composure was beginning to break. With hearing the situation and (Y/n)'s predicament, Noire shouts out to (Y/n) in hopes to calm him down.

Noire: Hey! You need to calm down! Hyperventilating at a time like this will lead to reckless actions! Focus you idiot!

Hearing Noire's words, (Y/n) looks over to her. His breathing dropping to a halt while feeling his heart pumping like crazy.

Noire: Listen... I know I can't tell you to be all the way calm with a situation like this... But you NEED to stay calm... You can't think if you worry about something that hasn't happened yet. Stay calm... Focus.

Discord: That's enough out of you...

Discord sends an electrical shock to the four CPUs and makes them yell in pain. (Y/n) growled in anger seeing Discord hurt his friends and loved ones more.

Aura Knight (Y/n): DISCORD! You bastard!

With seeing (Y/n) angered more, Dionix points to (Y/n) to gain his attention.

Dionix: A choice will be made now! Will you let the people on the train die?!

Discord: Or save those you cherish and love?!

Aura Knight (Y/n): No! STOP!!

Dionix and Discord: The CHOICE is yours!

Aura Knight (Y/n): NOOOOO!

With Dionix pushing the train car full of people off the building, and Discord dropping the CPUs, time began to move into slow motion for (Y/n). Everyone watching, including people (Y/n) knew, saw the horror of Dionix and Discord dropping their hostages. Both the people in the train and the CPUs began to yell when they started to fall as their voices rang in (Y/n)'s head. On instinct, (Y/n) began to run to his right and head towards where the CPUs are and jumps to grab a hold of them. The group began to fall through the air together with (Y/n) looking down from up high. Even if (Y/n) saves his friends, all the people that Dionix dropped would die from no one saving them. (Y/n) shuts his eyes and felt like screaming, until a familiar voice rang in his head.

Ivory: (In (Y/n)'s head) (Y/n)! You're meeting the requirements again! Activate the skill you used at the baseball stadium! Now!

Aura Knight (Y/n): What do you-!?

Ivory: (In (Y/n)'s head) You don't have time to question this! Focus on saving the CPUs first! Then save the train! JUST DO IT!

Looking down, the group was still up high and far from the ground. Remembering what Ivory was talking about, he decides to trust Ivory, and extends his right hand out. (Y/n) knew time was of the essence and couldn't waste it, not with what help he was gaining from Ivory. Channeling energy to his right hand, (Y/n) calls out the name of the skill he used back at the baseball stadium.

Aura Knight (Y/n): Dimensional Split!

(Y/n) snaps his fingers in hopes of creating a portal in front of him from using Dimensional Split. A portal forms as the five enter through it and then come out on ground level into a slide on the snow. The CPUs look around them to see that they have already reached safely to the ground as (Y/n) cuts them free quickly from the chains and heals the CPUs of their wounds quickly using Hyper Healing. Neptune was the first to sit up quickly.

Neptune: I LIIIIIIVE! Wait, huh?

Neptune looks up from where she was to see she was on the ground when moments before they were high up. Neptune then looks at (Y/n) on how he created another portal and sees him beginning to pant.

Neptune: (Y/n)...? How did-

Neptune doesn't get to ask her question as (Y/n) gets up quickly and begins to run to where the train is. (Y/n) began to focus on creating another portal using Dimensional Split, and uses it to transport from where he is to going down the road the train was falling down on. Noire quickly gets up and begins to try and catch up to where (Y/n) is. The other CPUs were behind Noire while remembering the last time (Y/n) used the portal skill. The last time (Y/n) used it was when he wen berserk at the baseball stadium when Abby and Sophie were almost killed. Up on the building, Dionix and Discord watch (Y/n) running to where the train is falling. They see him use the Dimensional Split to help take on two objectives at once.

Discord: That's the same skill he used when we fought for the first time...

Dionix: I see that... His skill is like my own, but with limitations it seems...

Discord: What are you talking about?

(Y/n) reaches to where he is under the train and gazes at it in a deep look. He channels more energy to his right hand and snaps his fingers to create a portal, but it's small when it appears. When focusing more energy to make it bigger, the portal reacts to his thoughts and becomes bigger, just in time as the train car falls right in it. (Y/n) creates another portal in front of him to where the train plows right out and focuses energy to his whole body. Digging his feet to the ground, (Y/n) uses himself slow the speed of the train car down. The pavement breaks away from (Y/n) trying to keep his feet planted to the ground while the metal of the train car creaks and bends from the force of (Y/n)'s strength. Focusing more energy into his body, (Y/n) lets out a loud yell as a burst of energy flows out of his body and lifts the train slightly. When the train slows down to a halt, (Y/n) pants and takes a few steps back to only then fall on his back to take in deep breaths. (Y/n)'s aura breaks with his body feeling exhausted. Dionix and Discord continue to watch from above as Dionix seems to be impressed with some discoveries.

Dionix: When in extreme situations, all thoughts are focused on one thing on trying to do something before going to the next... It would seem... that (Y/n) can only create portals through space, when his mind is focused onto ONE thought at a time...

Discord: Then what about-

Dionix: When his rage spiked out of control, all he could think about is on wanting to kill you at the time. Even when focusing onto one thought though, doesn't seem to be enough... It must take an extreme amount of emotion as well. But... With practice, he could control it more...

Discord: Then that would explain why you wanted to turn those people and the CPUs hostage and drop them like we did.

Dionix: Yes. This made (Y/n) worry on trying to focus on how to save not just the people on the train, but also protect his loved ones from a shared fate.

Discord: Then what do we do? If he figures out how to control it, he'll be back to trying to stop you in Hyper dimension.

Dionix: I know. Let us... "Congratulate" (Y/n) on his heroism.

Discord smiles under their mask as they and Dionix jump down from the building and fall towards where (Y/n) is. The CPUs were half way to where (Y/n) was when Dionix and Discord land nearby (Y/n) while he was weak. Dionix picks (Y/n) up by his throat and making (Y/n) struggle in his grip.

Dionix: Where did you learn that skill, brat? Answer me.

Aura Knight (Y/n): Kiss... My ass... Metal head...

Dionix throws (Y/n) across the road and yells out in pain when he crashed into a wall. Pain goes through (Y/n)'s body from the damage he took from not being prepared for it. Dionix and Discord begin walking to where (Y/n) is, until jumping back away from Blanc's Getter Ravine skill. The impact causes the ground and rubble to rise up and damage the two slightly, but not enough to make a clean hit. Blanc jumps down onto the side where Dionix and Discord is with her hammer out and ready to fight. Discord gets mad seeing Blanc while Dionix glares at her.

Dionix: Out of the way, CPU.

Blanc: Go ahead and try you assholes... I'm ready to go another round.

Discord: You already lost one battle today. Don't waste my time in fighting you again.

Vert: Then allow me to join in. Two on one battles are hardly a fair fight, given you two are boss level opponents.

Vert joins with Blanc in wanting to give her support in fighting Dionix and Discord.

Dionix: No matter... This should only serve as a warm up to what we will do to (Y/n).

Vert: "If" is the question here.

Discord: Agreed.

Dionix and Discord bring out their weapons as both sides charge in toward each other. While Blanc and Vert fight against Dionix and Discord while Neptune and Noire go to where (Y/n) is at and begin on getting (Y/n) freed. Weapons could be heard clashing with each other while innocent bystanders were watching everything unfold. Every phone, every camera, was recording the whole fight that unfolded. Some being unable to believe their eyes on what is happening at this moment. Neptune and Noire are able to get (Y/n) freed, but due to the damage (Y/n) took and the mental exhaustion of creating portals under stress, (Y/n)'s weight was being supported up by Neptune and Noire.

Noire: Damn... Looks like we're carrying him for a little bit Neptune...!

Neptune: Yup... Now, let's pretend it's Sunday and make like a banana and split!

Before the two of them could move, an explosion was heard as particles of rock and rubble flew their way. Blanc and Vert slide backwards after getting attacked by the enemy to join up with Neptune and Noire. Vert looks at the two who hold onto (Y/n) and point to their left.

Vert: Get going!

Blanc: We're not fighting them just for enjoyment!

Neptune and Noire: Right!

(Y/n) groans slightly in pain while his hood resumes to cover who he is from the public. Neptune and Noire don't get far as Discord flies around the rubble to cut off Neptune and Noire's path, forcing them to stop.

Discord: And what do you think you two are doing?

Neptune: What're we doing?

Discord: What're you doing?

Noire: Nothing much...

Discord: Thwarting our plans?

Neptune: Thwarting your plans?

Discord: Are you?

Noire and Neptune were silent for a few seconds looking at each other while Neptune gestures for Noire to do something. Noire looks back at Discord dead in the eyes.

Noire: ...Yes.

Discord faces a palm towards Neptune, Noire and (Y/n) and begins to charge up energy to their right hand and chuckles.

Discord: Time to die.

As Discord fired a shot, Blanc jumps in between her friends and the blast. Using her hammer, Blanc swings at the ball of energy to send it back at Discord and causes damage to them with their own attack. Discord yells from the damage they took as they fall to the ground from the hit.

Blanc: Never think you have the upper hand. When dealing with us, we make sure to protect those close to us.

Neptune: Thanks, Blanc.

Blanc looks at the two and nods her head. They then hear Vert struggling to keep Dionix a bay from getting to Neptune, Noire and (Y/n). Dionix was slowly pushing against Vert backwards with Vert using her spear to keep Dionix's blade from coming down on her.

Dionix: Get out of my way... or you die!

Vert: Now, if I did that... I'd be letting my allies down... Besides, you and your friend are gonna kill us anyway. So instead, I'll choose to keep fighting.

Vert pushes up to throw Dionix off balance slightly as Blanc jumps in and swings her hammer into Dionix's stomach. The attack sends Dionix flying backwards away as the two grouped up with Neptune and Noire. Once all four were together, they began to move out in trying to get some distance away from their enemies while carrying (Y/n). Discord gets up slowly after recovering from their dazed state and looks around to see that the CPUs and (Y/n) were beginning to run away. Reactivating their flight systems, Discord takes flight and begins to chase the five down. Noire looks back at feeling a presence start to chase them down and see Discord.

Noire: In coming! Six o'clock!

Blanc: Got it!

Vert: Keep going!

Blanc and Vert stop to turn around and use each of their ranged skills to fire at Discord while Neptune and Noire kept running with (Y/n). Discord gets hit a couple times to force them to land on the ground and deal with Blanc and Vert.

Discord: You damn, bitches!

Vert: This is as far as you go.

Blanc: You're not getting anywhere near (Y/n).

Discord growls in anger and stands up on their feet.

Discord: Every time with you four CPUs... What is with that BRAT that everyone likes?! He chooses to hide his own power and just for WHAT?? A normal life?! There is nothing normal about him anymore to save face for him! Not with those stupid scars on that face of his! You think he can just live a normal life he has now?! He's practically a God like all of us with what we can do!!

Blanc grits her teeth and glares at Discord.

Blanc: At least he doesn't flaunt his powers around like how you're doing it right now, asshole!!

This shuts Discord up with what Blanc says as Vert continues in Blanc's place.

Vert: Yes, Discord... You're not wrong with what you say. But you know no compassion for those around you in front of so many innocents... Our friend chooses to hold back not just for his own sake... But for us since we are stuck in this world...

On the televisions that was playing out the events on every news channel with what Blanc and Vert say. For those that actually know (Y/n) in what he does, they get a more in depth understanding with what he does. While Blanc continues to speak, Neptune and Noire kept running to gain distance away from the fight. They duck down into an alley and Neptune pulls out a Healing Grass to heal up some of (Y/n)'s wounds. With what happened in being dragged to Earth, each of the CPUs had taken some recovery items from (Y/n)'s bag to help with supportive roles in case of emergency healing was absolutely needed.

Blanc: He's sacrificing everything he has to protect people he doesn't know while helping us out in what he can do under pressure... He lives his life in having a job, going to school and doing everything he can to help us like we did for him... No one knows who he TRULY is, because he CHOOSES to remain a secret.

(Y/n) begins to open his eyes and look around as Neptune and Noire talk to (Y/n) on what's happened as (Y/n) was glad his power was able to keep the people safe. Though, Noire smacks (Y/n) upside the head at his semi-reckless actions, but hugs (Y/n) afterward to thank him while Neptune does the same.

Vert: Because in the end, no matter the struggles he faces, his friends and family will be there to help him... Even when he sometimes chooses to fight by himself. THAT is why you will never be better than him.

Discord looked at them dead in the eyes and then chuckles. This makes Blanc and Vert confused to raise an eyebrow on why Discord is laughing.

Discord: Even if he has friends... What good are they if you sometimes keep forgetting on some of our simplest abilities?

Both of them were confused until remembering that Dionix was also here in this world with them. With Neptune, Noire and (Y/n) they get up and was about to head out of the alley when (Y/n) felt a presence behind them and raises a shield quickly. Due to being caught off guard the three of them are launched from the alley they were in and heard Dionix chuckling at them. Blanc and Vert heard the explosion from a distance and wanted to join their friends, but had to keep dealing with Discord first. (Y/n), Neptune and Noire lie on the ground in pain from the recent attack as Dionix walked out of the alley chuckling at getting the drop on them.

Neptune: You know... Just because you can teleport... doesn't mean you should abuse it every time to get your way... Why do villains get to use cheat codes like this...?

Dionix: When one wishes to see their plans come into fruition, people like me must take DRASTIC measures. Now... Hand over the boy.

Dionix continued to walk toward (Y/n) as Neptune got up to summon her sword out and charges in toward Dionix. When Neptune jumps, she is then grabbed by the face and slammed into the ground.

Dionix: Stay out of my way. Just because you're a goddess... You won't defeat me without that brats power to help you transform.

(Y/n) got up slowly with Noire reaching to her feet first in taking the next attack. But like Neptune, Dionix smacks Noire with the back of his hand and knocks her over to the side, sliding away slightly on her back.

Aura Knight (Y/n): N-Neptune...! N-Noire...!

Just before (Y/n) could charge in toward Dionix, a blast hits him in a chest to send him propelling towards a wall hard with Dionix close behind to pin him there.

Dionix: One last time... WHERE did you learn to use the Dimensional Split?!

Aura Knight (Y/n): Y-You really want to know...?

Dionix: YES! Now tell me!

Aura Knight (Y/n): Then... Come closer...

Dionix leans in to hear what (Y/n) has to say.

Aura Knight (Y/n): It's... Up your ass, to the left...

Becoming infuriated by (Y/n)'s sarcasm, Dionix throws (Y/n) down the road they were on and begins to charge in towards him. (Y/n) summons his actual weapons; his katana and the Sapphire Spirit to block the next strike Discord sends his way. The two get into a struggle as both of them push out their energies, making the ground crack from their pressure.

Dionix: You are nothing but an inferior copy, brat! Your existence is a LIE!

Aura Knight (Y/n): I am NOT a copy! I am ME! No one else!

The two separate and begin running down the road as each sent a slash of energy toward each other. Those smart enough to get out of harms way, they did so, but for those stupid enough... Chose to stay and watch. (Y/n) wouldn't be able to fire an attack with some people nearby while having to only defend to help protect those nearby. The fight stayed in one area as to not spread the fight more around the city. (Y/n) dodges another strike from Dionix to then proceed to run along the side of a building. Dionix focuses his energy to then send multiple shots of energy toward (Y/n)'s way as each one was blocked or deflected back towards Dionix. During the fight with Discord, Blanc and Vert are sent backwards from an attack made to them, but landed on their feet still. Discord doesn't let up the attack as they charged in firing several rockets at them. Blanc and Vert dodge out of the way and become separate with Discord chasing after Blanc. Blanc uses Gefahrichtern to send several ice shots at Discord, but pushes through and slams into Blanc with a shoulder charge. Blanc falls down to the ground from the attack with Vert charging in to help get her back up when Discord comes in from Vert's left side to send her flying down the road. Blanc and Vert try to get up, but couldn't from the damage they've taken.

Discord: Tch... Why am I left with the trash... Oh well... Time to find the brat...

Discord takes flight, going to search where Dionix and (Y/n) are to keep entertaining themself after dealing with Blanc and Vert. Over where Neptune and Noire are, a figure using camouflage begins to reveal themselves to show that it was Mirasashiro.

Mirasashiro: This isn't good... Might as well begin on helping on healing who I can right now. Just hold on kid... Help will be on the way soon enough...

Mira begins to bring out his drones and heal the CPUs up slowly while separating from them to go after where Discord went. Back with Dionix and (Y/n), the fight takes to the rooftops as each uses the environment to elevate the battle from high to low, until jumping up high to begin sending slash after slash towards each other.

Dionix: Give it up! You are wasting everyone's time by resisting like this!!

Aura Knight (Y/n): In your dreams!

Looking to his right (Y/n) sees someone flying at him to be Discord in the distance. Dodging another slash from Dionix, (Y/n) focuses his energy to push Dionix away from him to then begin focusing on battling Discord. Discord slams into (Y/n) and flies at a wall of a building to begin plowing (Y/n) through it. Once on the other side of the building, (Y/n) begins to fall from the sky and focuses hard to channel energy to his hands. Upon getting closer to the ground, (Y/n) pushes his energy out of his hand to cushion his fall and land on one knee. (Y/n) breathes hard from the strain he was feeling as Discord flies down towards him quickly. (Y/n) jumps out of the way, but feels chains wrap around his leg to be pulled back and pulled back down to the road. With Dionix catching back up, (Y/n) was in a two on one fight.

Dionix: You've handled each of us before separately-

Discord: -but let's see if you can handle BOTH of us at the same time!!

(Y/n) began having to focus on both Dionix and Discord with both beginning to send a flurry of strikes at him. Some attacks would be blocked and some would make it past him to deal damage to his clothing. The more (Y/n) got damaged, the more (Y/n) struggled to keep up. Dionix delivers an uppercut to send (Y/n) flying into the air while Discord chased after (Y/n) to spike him back down. (Y/n) yelled in pain from the damage he was taking from the two working together.

Dionix: Is this all you can do?! Pathetic!!

When approaching ground level, Dionix was charging in towards where (Y/n) was and delivers a powerful punch at (Y/n)'s chest. The attack makes (Y/n) cough blood up and hurls him down the road they were on. (Y/n) bounced across the road from how far he was going, but Discord unleashed a barrage of missiles, each exploding on impact with (Y/n)'s body. Coming out of the smoke of the explosions, (Y/n)'s trench coat is singed with burn marks from the attack he had received. (Y/n) had let go of his blades, making them disappear and go back to his inventory. The leather gloves (Y/n) had for his Aura Knight look had been burned clean off to reveal his fingerless gloves for his actual battle attire. After the assault from Dionix and Discord were done, (Y/n) slid to a halt on his back in pain. (Y/n) wanted to get back up, but his body is unresponsive in moving to his command. This is due to the strain he has received in battle from taking too much damage at once. Peeking slightly over his body, (Y/n) could see Dionix and Discord charging in at him from a distance, but couldn't do a thing to be able to get up or run away and recuperate.

Aura Knight (Y/n): (Thoughts) Damn... Is this ALL I can do...?! D-Damn it...!

Feeling the inevitable fate coming, he lies down and closes his eyes to wait for it. When waiting too long for the strike to happen, (Y/n) opens his eyes to see a few drones circling him and administrating a healing field around him. He was slowly recovering his strength as he looks over his body again to see the back of a new person has arrived. That being the robot, Mirasashiro himself. Whatever drones he had that weren't being used for healing support, they were attacking Dionix and Discord to keep them at bay as long as they can.

Aura Knight (Y/n): M-Mira...

Mirasashiro: Having a little TOO much fun, friend?

(Y/n) looks at Mira and chuckles slightly, but groans in pain from how his body felt.

Aura Knight (Y/n): You... could say that... sure...

Mirasashiro: Be glad I'm helping you and your friends out.

Aura Knight (Y/n): How are-

Mirasashiro: They will be fine soon enough. Leave this fight to ME for now.

With not being able to do anything, (Y/n) complies with Mira and lies down to let the drones heal him up. Dionix and Discord each deflected a shot made towards them as Dionix shot a blast of energy at one of the drones. The attack destroys it the drone as Dionix focuses his sights on Mira.

Dionix: MIRA!! YOU TRAITOR!! HOW DARE YOU GO AGAINST ME LIKE THIS!?

Mira crossed his arm and looked at Dionix with a glare.

Mirasashiro: I left because I've lost my will to harm any more innocents... I can't go through with this anymore...

Dionix: We had the SAME goals! You didn't have a problem with killing others until NOW! What is the meaning of this!?

Mira points to (Y/n) in wanting to show what he means.

Mirasashiro: This kid has reminded me about the past we USED to have... The past before everything changed for us all... You went down the path of vengeance and suicide, but he has given me new reasons... Reasons why I need to let go of what happened so long ago... I've moved on from what happened to Ivory that day... You need to also...

Hearing Ivory's name, Dionix went berserk.

Dionix: How DARE you speak her name...!! If you are against my goals, then you are my ENEMY!!

Dionix unleashes a burst of energy to charge in towards Mira as the robot himself generates an energy shield on his left arm to block the strike. Mira brings out a blade and makes a thrust with his sword to make Dioinx move away from where he and (Y/n) is at. Discord was left to fight the drones while Dionix fought Mira. Going to where Noire and Neptune are, Noire begins to wake up and sit up at feeling her strength has returned to her. To her surprise, she sees Mira's drones had healed her wounds like before, but she looks around to see that (Y/n) wasn't anywhere to be seen.

Noire: You're Mira's drones... Right?

Drone 1: Beep.

Noire: Is Mira with (Y/n) right now?

Drone 2: Beep.

Noire: Are they in need of assistance?

Drones: Beep beep!

Noire looks at the drones and face palms at her own actions on what she was doing.

Noire: Why am I even talking- Just show me where (Y/n) is already, you stupid drones!

Doing as Noire asked, the drones begin to guide her to where (Y/n) and Mira are. Back at the fight, Mira slides backwards after blocking another attack made from Dionix while (Y/n) was still healing from the damage he has taken. Mira and Dionix exchange blows with each other in blocking and attacking. Discord finishes up on defeating the last drone attacking them to join up with Dionix into attacking Mira. Seeing Discord charging in toward him, Mira pulls his sword back in and uppercuts Dionix to send him flying into the sky. Mira then back flips away from an attack from Discord. Mira gets into a stance and swings his right arm out to have a blade extend from the top of his right wrist again to then block a sword strike from Discord.

Discord: I'm going to make you pay for last time... You F***ing robot!!

Mirasashiro: Those who let anger cloud their judgment... Will lose before the real fight can begin...

Discord: Don't give me that bull crap. You won with those stupid drones you used in our first fight. So where are they now, huh?

???: They're busy doing something else!

Discord: WHAT?!

A few drones fly in and extend a claw each to get Discord away from Mira with a yell. The drones fly quick and then toss Discord to a wall and begin to fire down at their target, making Discord guard against their blasts. Mira looks behind him to see that Noire has joined up with him and (Y/n) while Noire checks on (Y/n) on his injuries.

Noire: Hey! You okay?

Aura Knight (Y/n): My body's stiff in pain slightly... But the drones are doing their healing magic... I'll be okay... Consider them the "White Mages" of our team...

(Y/n) chuckles lightly while Noire sighed and pulls out a Nep Bull from her inventory to give it to (Y/n). The healing properties it contained helped recover (Y/n)'s health to where he could move his body a little more normally now. (Y/n) sits up and holds his head while looking at Noire.

Aura Knight (Y/n): Thank you, Noire.

Noire: *sighs* What am I gonna do with you doing this all the time, idiot.

Aura Knight (Y/n): Hmm... You could always give me a kiss, princess~

Noire rolled her eyes and flicked her finger against (Y/n)'s forehead.

Aura Knight (Y/n): Ow...

Noire: If you can make jokes, you're definitely fine.

Aura Knight (Y/n): Wouldn't be me if I didn't!

Noire: Isn't that the truth... But it's good to still know you're okay.

Their fun was short lived when Mira slides toward the two with his back to them. Mira looks over his shoulder to look at the two.

Mirasashiro: I'm sorry to intrude on your "cute" moment, but I could use some help fighting at least one of them. I may be equipped to hold my own in a fight, but when Dionix gets back down here, I'll need help fighting both of them. I can only do so much on my own if faced with two powerful enemies at once. I must request assistance in fighting.

Noire looks at Mira and nods her head. Noire summons her weapon and walks to be right next to Mira to help him in battle. With (Y/n) being behind them, they were that of acting like a barrier to keep (Y/n) safe from any enemy attacks. When (Y/n) tried to get up, he still felt his muscles tense up and grunt slightly in pain. Noire looked back at him with a look that said "Don't do it." to (Y/n).

Noire: You need to rest up. Stop pushing yourself when you're still in pain. I hate to be the one to tell you this... But you need to let go of your worries...

(Y/n) was confused with what Noire meant by her words as she turns to face back towards hers and Mira's enemies. Dionix comes back down after recovering from the uppercut dealt to him as Discord destroys the drones that led Noire to where they were. Mira was lined up with Dionix and Noire was lined up with Discord.

Discord: Funny how this match up is... When I'm through with you, I'll be sure to torture you in front of your "boyfriend."

Noire: Hmph. Get real. I was only caught off guard when you appeared out of nowhere like you did. But I'm more than ready to take you on now. As for torturing me in front of him... That will be your biggest mistake if you do that.

Dionix: Making the brat mad, will be the least of our worries for what we have planned.

Noire raised an eyebrow at this, feeling confused as to hearing Dionix say that.

Noire: What's that supposed to mean? Are you saying you WANT (Y/n) to get mad?

Discord: That seems to be the plan my partner here wants to achieve. He can deal with the shit storm that erupts when it happens.

Noire: Why do you want to do that?!

Dionix chuckles and looks at Noire.

Dionix: Ultimate power. THAT is what I plan to achieve from all of this.

Noire looks from Dionix to (Y/n) in trying to figure out what her enemy means by that, but shakes her head to get focused on her opponents in front of her.

Noire: Whatever it is you're talking about... It WON'T happen.

Mirasashiro: You will take no step closer from where you are.

Discord and Dionix looked at each other and chuckled at both Noire and Mira's words.

Discord: Fine by us.

Dionix: We like some good... "Entertainment" before the main event.

Both sides look at each other before charging in to begin fighting once again. (Y/n) slowly gets onto one knee and watches Mira and Dionix lock blades while Noire backflips out of Discord's attack against her. Noire jumped up and channeled energy to her blade to use Fall Slash to send a slash of energy at Discord. Seeing the attack head their way, Discord crosses their arms and guards from the attack. (Y/n) clutched his hand into a fist and punches the ground slightly at being useless right now. A person appears to his left as it was Ivory.

Ivory: Having fun getting beaten up?

(Y/n) looks to his left and up at Ivory.

Aura Knight (Y/n): Ivory? Why-

Ivory: Don't even ask my "Why am I here." You NEED to stop this.

Aura Knight (Y/n): Stop? Stop wh-

Ivory looks at (Y/n) with a look to make him shut up.

Ivory: You KNOW what I mean. You KNOW what Noire means. You got to stop this "Aura Knight" thing you are doing!

Aura Knight (Y/n): No! There's got-

Ivory: Will you open your eyes to what's happening here!?

(Y/n) stops talking due to Ivory yelling at him, Ivory grips (Y/n)'s shoulders in being serious right now.

Ivory: There's no way you can HIDE all of this! Look around you! The damage! The destruction! When will you OPEN your eyes and wake up from your dream of living a "NORMAL" life?!

Ivory looks deep into (Y/n)'s eyes when she tells him this as (Y/n) then looks around at all that's happened. The damage to buildings, some civilians getting hurt in the crossfire, and more. Because of the battle currently going on, the area was getting more damaged with the longer it kept going on. An explosion goes off, gaining Ivory and (Y/n)'s attention to see that Mira was sent into a wall of a building with some damage done to his armor. Dionix charged towards Mira in an attempt to stab through Mira's midsection, but Mira dodges out of the attack in time. Noire is currently sending strike after strike at Discord to put them on the defensive, not giving Discord a chance to fight back.

Discord: Give it up! You're only delaying the inevitable!

Noire: Not on your life!!

Finding the time to counter attack, Discord swings their blade to throw Noire off balance. Noire had a surprised look as Discord smirks under their helmet.

Discord: My turn, Devastation Crush!

Discord jumps towards Noire and punches Noire in the gut, causing her to cough up some spit as Discord then kicks her up high into the air. (Y/n) looks up to see Noire going higher and higher into the air.

Aura Knight (Y/n): NOIRE!!

Discord gives chase and begins to slash at Noire each time they go passed her, dealing more damage to Noire each time it happens. Flying up from below Noire, Discord punches under Noire's chin and flips to axe kick her into a downward spiral to the ground. Before Noire hits the ground though, some drones come flying in fast and stop her descent and glide her safely away to (Y/n). Discord is surprised by this and sees the CPUs running to help assist their friends where they are. Through Discord's eyes, the setting changes to read Share Energy as it views Neptune for Purple, Blanc for White, Vert for Green, Noire for Black, and (Y/n) for a (A/c) around his body.

Discord: AUGH!! ENOUGH! No more reinforcments!! I am getting tired of this!!

Discord presses a button and shoots up an object into the sky. The object lights up and begins to generate particles that begin to form together what looked like to be a barrier. The barrier forms just before Neptune, Blanc and Vert could get through, but Neptune accidentally runs into it and falls down backwards. Neptune jumps back up and stomps her foot.

Neptune: A barrier?! How come all the enemies can decide who can fight and who stays out of it?! Soejammy! You're not being fair to us right now in giving more ways for the enemy to cheat!

Blanc: We can worry about that stuff later, Neptune!

Vert: All we can do now is just try and give support to our friends...

The drones that had joined the battle, separate as some stay with Noire to heal her wounds while the rest went to go fight Discord. Discord flies towards the drones and begins to fight each one that comes their way. With (Y/n)'s wounds being near to fully healed, the drones on him focus on healing Noire with him using Healing to help heal Noire's wounds. The more drones Discord destroys, the more the drones healing Noire leave her and go deal with the threat at hand. The last drone then leaves (Y/n) and Noire, leaving (Y/n) to heal Noire by himself. Noire opens her eyes and looks at (Y/n).

Noire: Guess the fight is still happening...?

Aura Knight (Y/n): Y-Yes... It is...

Noire gripped her sword and used it to help support herself up. Taking deep breaths, Noire gets back onto her feet and takes a couple steps forward. (Y/n) gets up and takes a few steps to walk up to her and places a hand on Noire's shoulder.

Aura Knight (Y/n): Noire... You can't...!

Noire: Get off of me... I need to do this... You're heart isn't in this fight... Not while you're Aura Knight...

Noire shook (Y/n)'s hand off her shoulder and stands in front of him, ready to give her life if need be. After Discord is done with destroying the drones attacking them, Discord refocuses on Noire and looks behind her to see that (Y/n) was there.

Discord: Protect him all you want!! I'm going to break that defense of yours and then go after him!!

Discord channels energy to their palms and begins to fire a barrage of energy blasts that either hit Noire, fly passed her or deflected away. Each hit that does actually connect to Noire, she becomes weaker and weaker. When the barrage is done, Noire falls to one knee with the support of her sword to keep her from falling over. Noire looks behind her to look at (Y/n) with what she wants to say.

Noire: You are holding yourself back by doing this... You need... to let go...

Discord looks at both of them from a distance and readies their blade. Noire looks back to see her opponent getting into a ready stance and sighs at her current condition. (Y/n) watches as his heart was aching with pain from having Noire protect him. Everything that was said to him today keeps echoing though his head and couldn't stop thinking about them at all. Discord's sword begin to glow, having a lock on their targets.

Discord: Time to die!

Discord begins to rush toward the two as (Y/n) watched this happened. Everyone nearby or at home watching the t.v., could only hold their breaths at what would happen next. For those that (Y/n) knew, they each had the most worries for both of them.

(Y/n) and Noire's friends and family: (Y/N)! NOIRE!

When Discord reaches where (Y/n) and Noire were at, dust gets kicked up with the sound of two blades in a struggle could be heard. With Discord's vision limited, they had to switch from their normal view to scanning Share Energy. To Discord's surprise, they were seeing Black and Purple energy silhouettes next to each other. The Purple energy holding Noire's sword in one hand while their other arm was around the person with Black energy. Discord growled at seeing this and got mad on how Neptune could have entered the barrier.

Discord: I don't know how you got passed my barrier, CPU of Planeptune! But you won't be able to hold me back for long!

???: I'm sorry to correct you... But I'm NOT Neptune...

Discord becomes shocked hearing that is was indeed NOT Neptune, as the person standing up was taller than Neptune would be. Discord becomes very confused by this and becomes distracted, with the person who protected Noire pushes Discord's blade away and sends a hard punch to Discord's face. The punch send Discord flying out of the smoke, going passed Mira and Dionix. The two then look to the dust cloud that was there that was then beginning to fade. The person that sent Discord out of the dust cloud holds Noire to then administer a light that was helping Noire heal from her injuries.

???: Noire... Are you okay...?

Noire: H-Huh...? What's-

???: It's okay... You're safe now... I'm done holding back.

When the dust clears it shows (Y/n) with his Aura Knight attire still while holding Noire to heal her wounds. What was surprising though, Neptune was still on the other side of the barrier with Blanc and Vert. Everyone was looking at (Y/n) as he was giving off a new aura to himself. Noire was closest, and she could see that the aura (Y/n) had, was purple.

Aura Knight (Y/n): How are you feeling, Noire?

Noire: I-I'm feeling better, b-but what about you...?

Aura Knight (Y/n): I'm doing fine. But... I need to wake up... Wake up from this, "fruitless" dream I envisioned...

(Y/n) stands up and helps support Noire to make sure she can stand up on her own. Giving his back to her (Y/n) takes a couple steps forward and looks at Dionix and Discord. He could sense that both of them was in shock at what they were seeing, but (Y/n) didn't know why. When he looked at himself, he saw the purple aura he was producing.

Aura Knight (Y/n): (Thoughts) Hmm... This has never happened before... What's with my aura...?

Thinking about it, this was no time to ask questions on why his aura was like this right now. (Y/n) looks back at Noire, who was still in shock of what she was seeing, as calmness begins to fill around (Y/n).

Aura Knight (Y/n): Hey, Noire...? I think... it's time that Aura Knight... is laid to rest...

Noire becomes shocked by this as(Y/n) grabs his trench coat and rips it off to toss it to the side while pulling the goggles he had off, showing that the lens of the left eye was damaged and crushed it in his right hand. The glow in (Y/n)'s eyes was purple now from his aura changing as they too was gone now with his Crystal of Hope having a purple glow to itself. The cameras were on him as some news reporters were also in the barrier, able to capture what (Y/n) says.

Aura Knight (Y/n): Everyone... I'm done... I'm done, trying to hide who I am.

This sent a shock through a lot of people with (Y/n) saying that as it was the least thing they would hear. This had shocked (Y/n)'s friends more with him actually saying it.

Aura Knight (Y/n): It's taken me so, SO, long... In needing to realize, that no one's life is actually normal. I didn't want to show myself like this due to how many know me in either my school, my job, at home, or around town even... But with the threat Dionix and Discord is presenting... I can't let this happen... Not any more.

(Y/n) looks behind him to see Noire and the CPUs looking at him with what he is planning on doing.

Aura Knight (Y/n): Not while my friends... AND my family are in danger...

(Y/n) brings both hands to his hood and grips it softly. Some regret  remained, but soon vanished to keep his conviction strong. In one fluid  motion, (Y/n) puts his hood down. Revealing his face, the scars on his  right cheek, and what he looks like. Through Abnes's camera, they are  able to see (Y/n)'s face and who he is.

Reporter Abnes: I-I don't believe it...! The so called "Aura Knight" has just revealed who he is! H-He looks... Like a high school student!

At (F/n)'s house, (F/n) had a slight worried look on his face at (Y/n) revealing himself like this with Emma being next to (F/n).

(F/n): (Y/n)...

Those watching t.v. were either  teachers, other students, people (Y/n) would know and others had shocked  expressions on their faces at seeing (Y/n) showing who he was.

(Y/n): My name... Is (Y/n) (L/n)... A human raised in this world, but a born fighter in another world. I have seen... Many things you all wouldn't comprehend. A beautiful world, the adventure, friends far and wide you can meet and more. On the news, I was pronounced missing for three months, before I had returned home. During that time, I was in the world I was talking about. But the dangers I feared that would happen with me being here for too long... is happening now. And I cannot let what is happening go on any longer.

Ivory was looking at (Y/n), knowing that his wishes to keep his secret safe and not let the world know was being destroyed by his own hand, but knew it had to be done for the safety of other innocents.

(Y/n): You all can choose to accept me for who I am and how you remember me... But that was my fear... Being accepted for WHO I am. I hid myself out of fear of what I can do here from you all and took on the persona of "Aura Knight" just to continue being who I am... But if hiding myself and letting the enemy destroy everything I hold and love is worth sacrificing all I know and love... I couldn't let that happen...

(Y/n) looks to his right and finally notices the camera and looks directly into it.

(Y/n): But I'm done... I'm DONE with hiding who I am, just to "live" a normal life... My "normal life..." Ended when I discovered Hyper dimension and all the friends I've made there. If keeping my secret means letting the home I grew up in get destroyed... It's a no-brainer of what needs to be done. I'm not afraid of who or anyone thinks of me anymore...

The purple aura begins to spin around (Y/n) as the snow clears from around him to reveal the pavement. (Y/n) brings out the hat IF gave him and puts it on. (Y/n) then glares at his enemies at showing how serious he's being.

(Y/n): I will NOT let my home OR my friends be destroyed!

Discord gets up and lets out a roar of anger, launching off from where they are to charge in towards (Y/n). Discord jumps up and focuses energy to their right hand, soon diving downward toward (Y/n).

Discord: Let see you try and take THIS on then! You little shit!

(Y/n) doesn't flinch when Discord does this and has the same determination he's giving off. He looks up and glares at Discord.

(Y/n): Make my day.

Discord yelled before closing in on (Y/n) and creates another dust cloud upon impact. This worried the CPUs due to not being able to stop it, but become surprise when the cloud dissipates. In the dust cloud, only Discord could be seen trying to look all around them. (Y/n) was nowhere to be seen at all. Dionix yelled toward Discord with some worry in his voice.

Dionix: Discord! Where did that brat go!?

Discord: I don't know! (L/n) was right here and now-

Discord doesn't get another word in as a shadow appears in front of him. It was a shape of a human in the air in a certain position. Discord turns around and sees (Y/n) was in the air with a serious look on his face. (Y/n) initiates a quadruple spin kick to his enemy's head to stun Discord slightly. After (Y/n) lands on his feet Discord tries to retaliate against (Y/n) in a flurry of strikes, but wasn't able to connect a solid blow to him. Discord kept getting more angry the more they saw the calm expression (Y/n) had on his face. (Y/n) then generates the purple aura energy to his left fist to launch it into Discord's stomach. The punch knocks the wind out of Discord's lungs and causes irregular breathing for them.

Discord: This doesn't... make any sense...! *pants* When did you get so fast... LIKE THIS!?!?

(Y/n): *chuckles* Here's your answer... You're too slow.

(Y/n) lifts and extends his right leg out quickly to launch Discord away from him a few yards away. (Y/n) turns around and walks up to Noire to then hold his hand out to her and the handle to her sword.

(Y/n): You gonna just keep sitting there, princess? We have a job to do.

Noire looks at (Y/n) with a blush on her cheeks. She smiles small and takes (Y/n)'s hand with her own. After Noire grabbed (Y/n)'s hand and sword, energy was pushed into her and causes Noire to transform into Black Heart. Black Heart becomes confused why (Y/n) is doing all of this as he had a smile on his face.

(Y/n): No more hiding. Let's give everything we've got, Noire.

Black Heart looked at (Y/n) and nodded her head with a smile, beginning to hover from the ground slightly.

Black Heart (Noire): About time, (Y/n).

(Y/n) smiled as he turned around to then give off a prideful stride. In Black Heart's eyes, she looked at (Y/n)'s back, but began to see another person appear as the image was moving in sync with (Y/n). The other person that she was seeing, was Purple Heart. Black Heart rubs her eyes at wondering if she was seeing things and looks back and forth between (Y/n) and Neptune. Wondering what she was seeing until the image of Purple Heart goes away with what (Y/n) says next while turning around.

(Y/n): Let's go, Noire.

Black Heart blinks and almost pictures Neptune saying that from how (Y/n) is acting, but nods her head for now to go join up with (Y/n).

Black Heart (Noire): (Thoughts) Wh-What am I seeing...? I see (Y/n)... But I see Neptune's, Purple Heart form also... What's going on...?

(Y/n) looked back to his enemies and called out to Mira who was still nearby.

(Y/n): Hey, Mira. Might want to sit out on this fight. It's about to heat up, and I don't want you to get burned tough guy.

Mirasashiro: Oh, uh... Sure...

After Mira moves away to get out of the fight, while Dionix focuses his sights on (Y/n). Black Heart hovers on up next to (Y/n) while Discord hovers down until they stand next to Dionix. Black Heart looks at (Y/n) with a curious look on her face.

Black Heart (Noire): You feeling okay, (Y/n)? You're... different somehow...

(Y/n): Don't know. All I know is that I feel... Really calm. Not afraid of the unknown more to speak. Like... I have nothing to fear right now.

(Y/n) finished what he says and looks at Black Heart with his eyes closed with a smile and a soft chuckle. Black Heart blushed from how (Y/n) looked at her and then shook her head to refocus on the enemies that were present. (Y/n) looked at his enemies and smiled as he gripped his crystal as a purple glow came from (Y/n). The light that shined was purple from the original times (Y/n) would transform. When the light begin to fade, (Y/n) had transformed into Guardian, but his armor color was changed slightly. Instead of the original white, Guardian's armor and hair had gained a purple hue to it instead. Through Black Heart's vision, she could see more activity happen to Guardian as if objects were trying to form over Guardian's original armor, but wasn't enough as the objects disappear from Guardian's body and return it to normal. Black Heart was once again wondering about what she was seeing, thinking to herself to figure out what was going on.

Black Heart (Noire): (Thoughts) First seeing Purple Heart and now (Y/n)'s transformation...? (Y/n)... What is going on here with you??

Guardian generates energy to his hands to create small energy disks in each hand. Taking a couple steps forward, Guardian begins to throw disk after disk toward Dionix and Discord. Each disk that was thrown stopped to enlarge themselves around Dionix and Discord.

Dionix: Get ready! He's using a trick I've seen him use before!

Discord: Don't tell me what to do damn it!

After surrounding Dionix and Discord with energy disks, Guardian began to charge in toward his enemies. Dionix and Discord get ready when they see their opponent charge at them, but Guardian uses Dimensional Split to then vanish from sight. With the two now distracted with needing to locate where Guardian went, Black Heart took her chance in charging in at the enemy. The shift in the tide of battle was turning around, as Neptune, Blanc and Vert talk to themselves on what is happening.

Blanc: (Y/n) has gone through another change it seems. But not like what happened last time at the stadium...

Vert: I must agree. The way he talks, his form, fighting... Something has happened indeed. The question is, "what" though.

Neptune: It almost seems very familiar somehow...

Blanc and Vert looked at Neptune, causing said lilac haired girl to look at both CPUs.

Neptune: What? What?!

When Dionix and Discord notice Black Heart was charging at them, their focus was turned to her. Behind them, a portal opens up behind them. Guardian jumps out of it and punches Dionix in the head and grabs Discord's arm to toss them into a created energy disk around them. When Black Heart gets closer to where Guardian is, he issues a command to her.

Guardian (Y/n): Noire! High speed assault!

Black Heart (Noire): Loud and clear!

Jumping toward Discord, Guardian knocks them back down to where Dionix is to keep them in where they can't escape. From energy disk to energy disk, Black Heart and Guardian begin to move quickly around the closed area. Each launching from the platform from time to time to rush passed Dionix and Discord to deal damage to them. Discord was getting pissed over time the longer this played out. For Dionix, he was getting pissed for another reason.

Dionix: (Thoughts) Where is he getting all this speed and power from!? If this brat is gaining it, I should be feeling the same! Instead, he's outclassing me... ME! WHY?! WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!? WHY AM I NOT GETTING STRONGER?!

Guardian and Black Heart finish up on moving at high speed, the energy disks disappear with both sliding opposite ways apart. Black Heart comes up with another idea on how to continue their attack.

Black Heart (Noire): (Y/n)! Remember the facility when we faced that Fenrir?

Guardian (Y/n): Yeah, I read you. One Midnight Shuffle special, coming right up!

Guardian crossed his arms to then bring them out with a yell. The purple aura surges around him in its glow while the ground cracks under the pressure he gives off. The windows on some of the buildings give way and shatter from the force Guardian was releasing. The aura keeps surging as Guardian gets into a stance to draw his sword. Black Heart readies her blade also before rushing toward her enemy while Guardian did the same. The two begin to rush passed Discord and Dionix, slashing each time they go passed each of them to damage them over time. Guardian stabs his sword into the ground to swing back to get down low, bringing both fists charged with energy, to punch Discord and Dionix into the air, breaking the barrier from the force of the impact. With how fast they were ascending, Black Heart wouldn't be able to intercept them in time.

Black Heart (Noire): You punched them too hard! By the time they recover-

Guardian (Y/n): Already covered! Hang on!

Guardian takes Black Heart's hand and uses his other to used Dimensional Split. Going through the portal, they come out to where they were up high in the air and free falling downward. Activating his visor, Guardian scans for the area down below them and can see two target icons with a distance tracker to see that Dionix and Discord hadn't recovered from the punch yet. Guardian holds Black Heart's hand more as he began to straighten out and go into a dive.

Black Heart (Noire): What are you doing?!

Guardian (Y/n): Call this version two for this plan! Midnight Shuffle, Ver. 2! Now, throw me as hard as you can downward!!

Black Heart (Noire): ARE YOU NUTS?!

Guardian looked at Black Heart and splits his visor apart again. He looks at Black Heart right in the eyes as she saw his pupils flicker slightly to which surprised her. What Black Heart saw, was blue eyes with power symbols in them.

Guardian (Y/n): Just do it! Use your speed to dive down to try and catch up after you throw me! I believe you'll catch me in time!

Looking at Guardian, Black Heart could see the half of Guardian's side appear as Purple Heart with the same seriousness Guardian was giving off at this moment.

Guardian (Y/n)/Purple Heart: Trust me!

After those words were said, the image of Purple Heart vanished again once more and Guardian's visor closes up again. Trying to decide on her better judgment, Black Heart decides to listen to Guardian and begins to swinging him around and around. Once getting enough speed built up, Black Heart lets go of Guardian to send him diving downward. The speed Guardian was picking up, began to generate heat with him diving straight down. With Dionix and Discord still rising up, they were becoming furious with how the battle is turning out.

Dionix: This is ridiculous...! W-We're losing...?!

Discord: This HAS to be a joke!!

Being within earshot of them, Guardian yells to them with what he says.

Guardian (Y/n): Yeah! This IS a joke! So here comes, the PUNCH LINE!!

Both Dionix and Discord look up to see Guardian was diving down at them very fast. Guardian channels energy to his fists and extends them to connect to both Dionix and Discord, forcing them to head back down to Earth at a fast pace.

Guardian (Y/n): ORAORAORAORAOROAORAOROAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORA!!

Guardian begins sending a flurry of blows to both of his enemies, leaving them defenseless on being able to retaliate. Breaking off from them, Guardian knew that with how fast they were going, an impact to the ground would be devastating if hitting the ground with too much force. Guardian dives down passed them and then reposition under them with his arms outward and channeling energy to his arms once more. Bringing his arms together, he opens his palms and begins to send a barrage of Energy Shots with each hit would push Dionix and Discord into slowing down from the speed they were in. Black Heart was seeing this and flies down passed her enemies to focus on catching up to Guardian. With seeing Black Heart closing in on his location, Guardian feels like he slowed Dionix and Discord down enough to then reach out for Black Heart's hand. When Black Heart grabs hold of his hand, she begins to slow their descent to then glide close to the ground. When letting Guardian go, he slides across the snow to a halt. Dionix and Discord fall down and hit the pavement of the road, for which everyone had cleared away from the impact area. A minute goes by as in the rubble, Discord could be seen standing back up with heavy damage to their armor. Discord groaned from the pain they were feeling and tries to shake off the dizziness they were feeling.

Guardian (Y/n): Ready to admit defeat? You're armor is cracked and dented buddy.

Discord: *growls* No...! Not like this...! I will not stand for this!! I will not lose again!! You are nothing but a pathetic brat who relies on his friends and family!! You would be nothing if you didn't meet or have them!!!

When Discord tried to focus energy, the helmet that Discord wore began to crack down the middle. It had received too much damage that it couldn't support the energy trying to surge into it. When it breaks, Guardian and Black Heart have shocked eyes on who's the identity of Discord was. What was very noticeable, was the black hair with a blond streak in the person's head with a tiny scar located under their left eye. The person's identity... was Johnathan, the bully of Ohashi High. When Johnathan realized his helmet broke, he looked down at the pieces stricken in fear.

Black Heart (Noire): It was YOU?!

Guardian (Y/n): J-Johnathan...?! Y-You're... Discord...?!

The shock that Guardian was feeling stopped any calmness he had felt, causing him to revert from his transformation to his normal self. (Y/n) was shocked by this and looked at his body.

(Y/n): No...! Not now. What happened?!

Feeling opportunity show itself, Johnathan summons his blade and begins to rush in toward (Y/n). The rage (Y/n) could see in Johnathan's eyes, wasn't like how he was at school, freezing his body in shock. Black Heart jumps in to ready her blade and guard Johnathan's strike, but Mira comes from Johnathan's left side and grabs his leg to then throw him to a wall. Mira readies his weaponry while Neptune, Blanc and Vert arrive to be near (Y/n) and Black Heart. (Y/n) had a million thoughts going through his head when he saw Johnathan getting back up, but some were that from seeing Johnathan on rare accounts. At the mall, at school, and then all the other times when after seeing Johnathan as Discord in his fights. Johnathan charged in toward the group, but with how damaged his suit was, Johnathan was only moving slightly fast. Mira didn't have a problem attacking Johnathan, due to his enemy still being Discord in that armor. Mira got in the way and punched Johnathan in the face to send him flying backwards into a slide on his back.

(Y/n): Johnathan... was Discord... All this time...? How...? When...?

The more (Y/n) kept thinking about it, the more all the times he and his friends could have died from not knowing that his enemy could have attacked the school today. He even thought of all the people Johnathan has tried to hurt while BEING Discord himself. (Y/n) got up slowly and summoned his swords to his hands, letting the effects of the Sapphire Spirit take hold to increase his power. Launching from where he was, (Y/n) then charges in toward where Johnathan was. Johnathan tried to get up but was punched down to the ground hard by (Y/n). With Johnathan stunned from the attack, (Y/n) lowered his blades and crossed them to be ready and decapitate Johnathan's head. (Y/n) had a look of rage on his face from the anger he was feeling.

(Y/n): You monster! MURDERER!!! You killed all those innocent people at the mall!! Just to harm me!! You're even FROM this world you grew up in! You're no warrior or human! You're nothing!! Nothing but a COWARD!!

(Y/n) could feel his rage boiling up from all that Johnathan has done to harm others, until Black Heart swoops in to punch (Y/n) in the stomach. (Y/n) coughs up some spit as he is then launched away from where Johnathan is. (Y/n) rolls across the ground until sliding to a halt on his stomach and looks up to see Black Heart land next to him with a serious look on her face. They were both located near the impact zone where Dionix and Johnathan had landed.

(Y/n): *coughs* N-Noire... W-Why...?

Black Heart (Noire): To stop you from making a stupid mistake. I care about you, but even you would need us to keep you under control. Remember what happens when you let your rage go out of control...

(Y/n) knows what Black Heart is talking about from what happens when he loses all sense of control. (Y/n) looks down to the ground in almost letting it happen while Black Heart rest a hand on (Y/n)'s shoulder.

Black Heart (Noire): Don't let this get to you. I understand your frustration about finding out who Discord is, but think about what would happen to those nearby and those watching. If you lose control, many people would get hurt. And I know you wouldn't want that to happen.

Knowing Black Heart was right, (Y/n) nods his head and gets up onto on knee.

(Y/n): Yeah... Thank you, Noire...

Dionix raises from the rubble with his armor heavily damaged too. He takes deep breaths with Johnathan getting up and moving to him.

Johnathan: What's the plan?

Dionix looks at (Y/n) as both of them were glaring at each other. Dionix growled at what he was thinking and looked at Johnathan.

Dionix: Open a portal... We're leaving...

Johnathan: WHAT?! We're just gonna...?!

Dionix: We have LOST this battle... But our war will continue on... This battle only serves as useful information now... And what to learn from this day...

Johnathan grits his teeth and opens a portal up behind him and Dionix. Johnathan glares at (Y/n) with an angry look in his eyes.

Johnathan: Just you wait, (L/n). That promise of me killing someone you know and love, will happen. Don't you forget!

(Y/n): Johnathan... You go through that portal with Dionix right now... You throw your life away to where you get no mercy anymore... Everyone has seen your face, and know what kind of person you are... I revealed myself to let go and take a chance with what I've been doing... For you... You killed innocents just to help Dionix... Do you even know who he looks like!?

Johnathan: I do. But if it means achieving ultimate power, those must make sacrifices to reach the dreams they want. Even to kill YOU.

(Y/n) went wide eyed from what Johnathan said as he saw both of his biggest threats go through the portal before it closed up behind them. With Johnathan having chosen the side he fights for, (Y/n) and the CPUs know Discord's identity now with everyone else that has seen from how the fight ended just now. With the coast being clear, every news reporter and cameramen went towards where (Y/n) and Black Heart was and even to Neptune, Blanc and Vert. Most was surrounding (Y/n) and bombarding him with questions with Black Heart trying to keep them away from (Y/n).

News reporter 1: Sir! Do you have anything to say for what happened today?!

News reporter 2: Sir! You seem to know who those men in armor are. Care to tell us on what you know?

News reporter 3: Excuse me, Miss! Mind telling us who or what you are?

Black Heart (Noire): No questions! Back off! Stop trying to bombard us with questions!

(Y/n): Please... Stop...

Neptune, Blanc and Vert were also trying to get out of the group of news reporters until a gun shot rang out into the sky. The attention goes to a new arrival as IF was the one who fired the shot and stood next to a squad car with a door open.

Captain IF: No more questions! Neptune, Blanc, Vert! Get in the car! Shut the door and don't open it until I get back!

Neptune: What are you-??

Captain IF: Just do it! (Y/n) will join you soon!

Following IF's order, Neptune, Blanc and Vert get into the squad car, close the door and locked it for extra measure. IF pushed through the crowd until she reached (Y/n) and took his hand. (Y/n) looked up slightly afraid from what's happening until he realizes it was IF.

(Y/n): I-Iffy...?

Captain IF: C'mon, kid! I'm getting you out of here, now! Noire! Take to the sky and meet up later at "you know where!"

Black Heart (Noire): Gotcha! I'll meet you and the others there after I shake some of these reporters off me!

Crouching down, Black Heart launches upward to the sky and kicks up the snow around where she took off from. IF used the cover of the snow to quickly maneuver her and (Y/n)'s way through the crowd of reporters. (Y/n) looked around to try and find Mira, but the robot had up and vanished again to be in stealth mode. Some realizing (Y/n) was trying to get away from them and tried to chase after IF and (Y/n). When getting to the squad car, IF raised her gun into the air again and fired another shot to signal she wasn't playing around.

Captain IF: Enough!! Back away from the car, or else! I'm not playing here today people! I will have you all arrested if you don't listen!

Doing as they were told, IF began to take (Y/n) around and put him in the front seat passenger seat and clips the seat belt on him quickly. IF locks the door on (Y/n)'s side and begins heading to go to the driver's side. Once in, IF closes the door and starts the vehicle up and revs the engine.

Captain IF: Hang on!!

IF switches the gear stick to drive, and begins to push through the crowd of reporters slightly while honking her horn to get them to move out of her path. Black Heart takes to the sky and begins to fly in another direction with the helicopters going after her. Reporters were still trying to ask (Y/n) questions through the window. Once getting out of the crowd of reporters, IF begins to speed away from the area in order to lose them. (Y/n) turns to Neptune, Blanc and Vert with what he wanted to say.

(Y/n): Now you see... THIS was what I was afraid of...

Blanc reached out and placed a hand on (Y/n)'s shoulder to look at him.

Blanc: I don't know how you must feel right now, but if you didn't do what you did today... Everything would have ended up worse...

Vert: Also... What happened to you? You began using a new aura and got a power boost from it, even kept up with Johnathan. No, correction: You WERE faster than Johnathan. What was that?

(Y/n) looked at his hands and focused to generate energy, but the purple aura didn't come out. Instead it was his original aura color from before.

(Y/n): I... I don't know... I don't know at all...

Neptune was next to get (Y/n)'s attention, making him look at her. Neptune had a light smile to her, making (Y/n) confused on why Neptune was smiling.

Neptune: When times are tough, one must have a bright smile in times of need. Those who smile even at the hardest times, become stronger as a person in general. Why don't you try smiling?

(Y/n): Neptune...

Neptune: For me?

Feeling on humoring Neptune, (Y/n) tries to give a slight smile.

Neptune: Bigger...

(Y/n): Neptune...

Neptune: Do it.

(Y/n) tries to smile more for Neptune.

Neptune: Come on, just a little more...

(Y/n) continues to raise his smile until he couldn't raise it anymore. Neptune gives the same smile with (Y/n) to show some support.

Neptune: Now... Tell me how you feel?

(Y/n) thinks and to his surprise, he feels less stressed from how he was feeling just minutes ago. (Y/n) looks at Neptune with a very curious look on his face.

(Y/n): C-Calmer...? N-Neptune... How-?

Neptune: Being able to stay calm is what I do best. Smiling while stressed can help someone keep calm even at the worst of times. So, don't lose that smile of yours... Okay?

(Y/n) looked at Neptune as she gave him a bright smile, making him smile back with a light nod.

(Y/n): Okay, Neptune.

Location: (L/n) Residence.

After arriving at the (L/n) residence, Iris was there waiting after seeing IF take (Y/n), Neptune, Blanc and Vert from the scene. When (Y/n) came around from the vehicle, Iris had went up to her son to check up on him.

Iris: (Y/n), are you okay?

(Y/n) looked at his mother and looked to those that were with him in the car. Neptune was pointing to her lips that were formed into a smile and trying to tell (Y/n) to keep his spirits up. (Y/n) looked back at his mother and gave his best smile as he could.

(Y/n): I-I'm fine mom... Just... a little shaken from today is all...

Iris: A-Are you sure...?

(Y/n) nodded his head. He kept his smile up as Neptune's advice seemed to be helping more.

(Y/n): Yeah, I'm sure. It's... just gonna take some time to... you know...

Hearing a pair of feet land on the ground and heading toward them, Black Heart glows in a light before reverting back to being Noire.

Noire: Get inside! Quick!

Vert: Noire? What's wrong?

To answer Vert's question, some vans that belonged to news reporters stopped to a halt with the people inside getting out to rush toward where the group was. Following Noire's advice from before, the group gets inside the house and closes any opening there was to block any way of looking into the house.

Captain IF: Damn it! They must've followed the tracks in the snow...! With hardly any vehicles running in the city from what happened... Of course the tracks I made would be the only ones shown!

(Y/n) placed a hand on IF's shoulder, gaining her attention.

(Y/n): It can't be helped Iffy... It's not your fault. I was the one who revealed us... If I had left it a secret, Noire wouldn't...

(Y/n) became quiet as to not finish what he wanted to say of what could have happened. Noire walked up to (Y/n) to get his attention.

Noire: Even so, I knew you would make the right choice when it came down to it. With the situation as it was, it had to happen.

(Y/n): I know. Even I knew that too.

(Y/n) looks to where he can hear the news reporters were still out there on trying to ask him and anyone else questions.

(Y/n): All I know is... There is no REAL normal life... Not here at least... Not any more.

With having their secret being out, how will the people view (Y/n) and the others now?
