Down they were in Enkanomiya thanks to Tsuyuko. When they fell in they landed in water in The Serpent's Bowels. Joining the party were the servants, the cast of "HyperDimension Neptunia" in their Compa Style, and the 4 Shinobi from "Senran Kagura" already transformed. The only one not with them was Captain as they had him impounded back in the Serenetea Pot in his room. Meaning that they had him under a spell and knocked out in a dream spell. Patrick and the Valkyries did not want him staring at any of the busty girls and it was for his own good. Carole wasn't with them either. She was somewhere else doing commissions for the Adventurers' Guild. Bronya was in her Shrine Maiden attire and Fu Hua was in her Phoenix battlesuit. Drago had revealed his ELF form to everyone and was joining them. Leading the party were Himeko and Theresa.

Everyone got out of the water then the Pyro users filled the room with fire to create a heatwave for the clothes to dry off.

Paimon: Sk this is Enkanomiya? It just seems like your run-of-the-mill cave. No trace of civilization at all... How can that be?

Sakura: Paimon, Enkanomiya itself is further down outside of the cave. If we go further we'll be able to find Enkanomiya itself.

Paimon: Um, let's keep moving forward and keep our eyes peeled, huh?

Sakura: We better.

Sakura moved first then everyone else followed behind.

Tamamo: Mikon~ let's keep moving.

Higokumaru: There's bound to be more puzzles for us to solve.

Neptune: And treasures to find!

Bronya: And monsters to fight.

As they went through The Serpent's Bowels they encounter the new monsters, Primordial Bathysmal Vishaps, Bolteater Bathysmal Vishaps, and Rimebiter Bathysmal Vishap. They even encountered the new Electro Specters and the new Pyro Specters. They arrived at some kind of gate ruins.

Paimon: Phew, it sure took a while before we saw anything resembling civilization. Let's get closer and have a look.

So they went to the building gate. They had to find 5 symbols around the area to activate the gate.

Paimon: The five symbols on this big door must be the Key Sigils. Let's have a look around. From what we've experienced in the past, we'll probably need to do something else first.

Mei: Alright then. 5 of us should go find them.

So 5 split up to go find the symbol ruins. Bronya, Blanc, Yumi, Mei, and Raikou go find them then they activate them. When they return back, Aether and Paimon activate the gate mechanism. The hidden path opens.

Paimon: Seems like there's something else visible through this door. Is it a path? Or is it a trap that'll make us bump into a wall?

Sakura: I don't think any traps will go off based on the architecture over there.

Neptune: Traps can sometimes be disguised from what I've experienced.

Paimon: Huh, so there really was a path here. Enkanomiya is such a mysterious place.

Theresa: Anyway, let's move on.

Himeko: And we better stay on guard.

So they move on. They go straight through to the end of the path where there was a closed door.

Paimon: Looks like this is where we need to use the Key of the Moon-Bathed Deep.

Sakura takes the Key of the Moon-bathed Deep out then she places it on a console then activates it then blue lines appeared on the door and opened where they step through and enter into Enkanomiya itself. It was wide. Very wide.

Paimon: Wow! Paimon never thought there'd be such a huge place underneath Watatsumi Island!

Patrick: (While watching that livestream I mistaken it for Khaenr'iah. Because of how they say it was underground.)

Seele: Look! Over there!

Seele pointed to a flying creature that looked like a blue manta ray flying.

Bronya: Looks like some kind of flying manta ray.

Paimon points up to a building with a bright light.

Paimon: Looks like our goal is that place in the middle.

Sakura: I think so too.

Neptune: Most end points are special buildings with beacons on them.

Patrick: Feels like Atlantis.

Paimon: Alrighty then, everyone. Let's head in. Steadily now... Those ruins seem to be closer to us. Let's start there! Buildings means people... once upon a time, anyway. And where there's people, there'll be writing! And where there's writing and paper, there'll be those... hints that we can't even read.

Rozaliya looks down.

Rozaliya: Just how far does that go down?

Liliya: Why don't we find out.

Lilaya materializes a huge Geo bolder and drops it down. The twins listened but heard no impact or crash or splash.

Altera: It must be very deep down.

Theresa: There's more to see. Let's go.

Those that could fly carried those that can't fly all the way to the Narrows. There were monsters as Neptune and Kiana couldn't wait to fight against them. As they were passing by they fought against the monsters and opened up chests.

Then they went into one of the ruins where they met a man named Enjou who explained the details of Enkanomiya. He told them to investigate the rear of a library and solve a puzzle to find something called the Golden Bridle. So Aether, Paimon, Bronya, Blanc, Seele, Yumi, Rom, and Ram go then return back with the item. Enjou gave them more details then told them to explore up ahead while following his instructions. They go to the next island, Dainichi Mikoshi where the tower with light was. They went inside the tower then interacted with some kind of mechanism that turned off the light. Then a spirit appeared which scared them. His name was Aru. He spoke details of the ruins then what to do. They had to search for 3 fragments. So they decided to split up into 3 groups.

One group went to The Serpent's Heart, another group went to Evernight Temple, and the third group went to The Narrows. They had to find secret rooms where the fragments were and solve puzzles. They returned back to the tower with the fragments.

Aru: Have you found all the fragments?

They presented the 3 fragments.

Kiana: yes we have.

Miyabi: Wasn't that hard.

Vert: Barley broke a sweat.

So they submit the three Reins of Revival Fragments and the Golden Bridle to Aru.

Aru: It seems that you've retrieved all the fragments. I'm not sure if you've realized this during the course of your adventures... But it is no longer important. Now, please do not be startled by what I'm about to tell you—

Patrick: Ok. We're listening.

Neptune: Tell us what you need to tell us.

Aru: The Bloodbranch Coral needs to be retrieved from the body of special Bathysmal Vishaps, which are right under the Dainichi Mikoshi...

Aether: What is it with dragons and being buried underground...

Drago: Quite the surprise...

Aru: The Vishaps locked beneath it have been adjusted specifically such that they can accept fragments of Watatsumi Omikami's Bloodbranch Coral without experiencing any rejection. But these adjustments have also made them exceptionally large, and they're most likely not that easy to kill. Nonetheless, every good trial must end with the hero defeating the wicked dragon.

Paimon: Looks like we'll have to fight after all, huh?

Drago: Yes. It looks like it.

Theresa: Against something powerful.

Aru: That is the case. But you need not worry. The Vishap swarm is not your match.

Paimon: Paimon's pretty confident in everyone's skills too. But can you prove what you just said?

Aru: Hahaha, not at all. This is simply the default encouragement.

Paimon: That seems mighty irresponsible of you. Aren't you just giving your heroes blind confidence like that?

Aru: Huh. You know, you don't look like much, but you're actually brighter than our Watatsumi heroes. Interesting.

Kiana: You better believe we are. We freed a dragon from a curse, defeated a giant water monster, killed a Fatui Harbinger, and put an end to the Vision Hunt Decree.

Neptune: I even regained my memories, got my powers back, saved a little girl from mind control, defeated a Goddess of an ancient nation, and defeated a fake copy of one of my friends.

Nepgear: And I saved my sister from an evil deity of sin, freed my sister from mind control, and helped her defeat a lot of villains.

Patrick: I beat an evil portal master, stood up to bullies bullying a girl, and saved Kiana from an evil Overseer.

Paimon: Nah, you guys just have too little brain juice to go around! Uh, wait, no. Paimon was just saying that this isn't right!

Aru: I know. This is the "sin of deception." But the coral's retrieval is something that concerns the survival of Watatsumi. The heroes are only here because they're determined to see this through. All I can do at this point is push them forward. I have faith in the people of Watatsumi, and I believe in those that shall come after us. In name, at least, I am a sinless "Shade of Tokoyo" born for ritual purpose. But on this level, I suppose I am not myself free of transgression.

Aether: (Sorry to disappoint you... But we're actually here for the treasure...)

Aru: In that case, allow me to help you put the Reins of Revival together.

The piece gets placed in.

Aru: Though I suppose the name "Reins of Revival" is not entirely accurate. It was originally written as the "Reins of Recovery" — namely, the "recovery of control over things that return from beyond the grave." The chariot of the sun brings light in the day, and by night comes the spirits of the past. The one who bears the Reins may master both the light and the gloom.

Paimon: Huh. Speaking of which, where did Enjou go?

Theresa: He was with us here but when we came back, he's not here.

Aru: That person looked up and down the Dainichi Mikoshi for a while before displaying some displeasure and leaving. It seems that he had not found what he was searching for.

Kallen: And what was he searching for?

Aru: I am quite certain that he is not of any Watatsumi bloodline. He also has some kind of special art on his person that may be able to disrupt the ritual or cause me to dissipate. I am one who guides the heroes, and cannot act rashly. If I were to disappear, these trials would also cease. I cannot allow such an outcome. Thus, while he is not near, I must caution you to be wary of him.

Paimon: But we wouldn't have been able to find the Golden Bridle without his help. We might not even have reached the Dainichi Mikoshi at all!

Blood Embrace: Yeah! We would never have done the things without his help!

Aru: Is that so? Perhaps I am overthinking things. After all, only the trusted retainers of the Sangonomiya would know the ancient language of Watatsumi. Of course, there is another possibility...

Asuka: What kind of possibility?

Aru: But it is likely no large problem. Long years have passed since, and time grinds all civilizations into dust. ...But let us return to the trial. I shall open the path to the final trial. "Watatsumi is pronounced guilty of the following sins: four counts of the sin of profanity, and a further eight counts for the sin of deceiving living souls. With this stone I seal the everlasting, that transgressions past shall not be pursued."

Paimon: What are you talking about, Aru?

Aru: This is my final task, which is to read this blessing. Its meaning is that Watatsumi Omikami is about to carry all our transgressions and go to its death. There is one last thing I must ask of you. When you have left Enkanomiya, tell no one of anything regarding the trial.

Kiana: Why can't we tell anyone?

Aru: This is how all previous trials have been conducted — and I hope you can keep it this way.

Aether: We understand.

Aru: Next, you must prove your valor against the Bathysmal Vishaps underneath the Mikoshi— *sigh* You know what? This isn't the way I want to put this. You are there for the Bloodbranch Corals that were grafted onto their bodies, and they will not simply roll over and let you do it. They will unleash upon you the grudge that they have nursed over many long years against humanity. This will, without a doubt, be a mortal struggle. Sangonomiya's survival is in your hands. Good luck.

They activated a mechanism then the platform began to go down to the base of the Dainichi Mikoshi. This was the final trial. There was movement from the water. What emerged from the water were large numbers of Bathysmal Vishaps.

They formed into a circle as the large Bathsymal Vishaps surrounded them.

Kiana: Ok. This is. A lot of them. What's the plan?

Himeko: What we always do. Fight.

Neptune: Exactly that.

The CPUs and CPU Candidates glowed and transformed into their HDD forms. Then the Herrschers transformed into their Herrscher forms. Kiana transformed into Flamescion instead of Void. Kallen transformed into Rouge Extraordinare. Everyone summoned their weapons.

Purple Heart: Let's do this.

Everyone glowed with energy radiating out of them.

Everyone: HAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!

Everyone spread out as the Bathsymal Vishaps charged.

Kiana grips her sword and slashes at the Bathsymal Vishaps cutting them down with fire slashes. She switches to firing fire bullets from her Domain of Incandescence guns. Then she got behind Kallen's back as they shot their fire and ice bullets from their guns.

Selune's Elgy: Witness me!

Selene's Elgy froze a Bathsymal Vishap then Bloof Embrace came in with her axe and decapitated the Bathsymal Vishap reducing it to pieces.

Blood Embrace: Nothing beats me!

Ishtar was floating up high giving cover fire. Raikou was slashing through the Bathsymal Vishaps with her sword. Then she went a distance off the ring and switched to long distance fighting shooting arrows covered in energy from her bow.

Cu Chulainn goes a distance then charges up his Noble Phantasm.

Cu Chulainn: Noble Phantasm! Gae Bolg!

He throws Gae Bolg with full force and when it hit a Bathysmal Vishap, it caused an explosion killing a whole bunch of other Bathysmal Vishaps. He then goes to retrieve his spear and gets it back.

Kiana: Siegfried! Get serious!

Siegfried: Yes, Kiana.

Siegfried now charges up his Noble Phantasm.

Siegfried: Noble Phantasm! Balmung!

Siegfried shoots a beam from his sword killing a lot of Bathysmal Vishaps.

Kiana: All right, Siegfried!

Tamamo: Mikon~

Tamamo used her ice magic and froze Bathysmal Vishaps that were in the water for Sakura to use her Electro Attacks on and kill them.

Tamamo: Hehehe.

Tamamo giggled then someone rushed past her.

Ibaraki: LET ME AT EM!

Ibaraki goes crazy decapitating the Bathysmal Vishaps with her sword and her claws from her hands and feet. She even incinerated them with her flames.

Ibaraki: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!! Nobody messes with me!

She slashes another Bathysmal Vishap in half.

Tamamo: She's not a berserker for nothing.

Okita: Always going crazy.

Raikou: She hates me because of what I did to her but someone like me always has to keep her in order.

Raikou shoots another arrow at a Bathysmal Vishap's head killing it then Tamamo incinerated it with her flames.

Tamamo: Mikon~

Then Tamamo shoots a love blast.

Homura holding her 6 swords is decapitating Bathysmal Vishaps that came her way and used her fire techniques. Miyabi cut a few Bathysmal Vishaps down with her sword while also using her dark flames. Himeko and Purple Heart did a combo slash together with Electro.

A Rimebiter Bathysmal Vishap and a Bolteater Bathysmal Vishap get together and do a combination attack. A dark portal opened between their connected tails then ice and lightning shots began to fire out.

Bronya: Two can play this combination game. Seele.

Seele: Hai! Onee-Chan!

Seele rushes in with her scythe covered in water.

Seele: Water breathing!

Seele jumps in and slashes the two Bathysmal Vishaps then Bronya materialized Keys of Reason and blast them freezing them. Seele then covers her scythe in Geo energy then she slashes at the two Bathysmal Vishaps decapitating them.

Patrick: If they can do a combination. So can I. Kiana! Come here!

Kiana: Hai!

Kiana flies to Patrick.

Patrick: Transform into Frigid Empress. I have a crazy idea. We're gonna mimic a move from Kyurem.

Kiana: Ok, Patrick.

Kiana transforms into Frigid Empress then ice and purple lightning circle around the duo then they get covered in an orb of ice and purple electricity and float up with the orb.

Patrick and Kiana: Freeze Shock!

They launch the orb at a group of Bathysmal Vishaps freezing them in ice. Patrick then charges up a fire attack then Kiana changes back in Flamescion and charges up her own fire attack. Bth unleash their fire attacks and blow up the frozen Bathysmal Vishaps killing them.

Raikou: Now it's time to use my Noble Phantasm.

Raikou charges up lightning that goes into her sword then into her hand.

Raikou: Noble Phantasm! Vengeful Lightning of the ox-king!

Raikou shoots the lightning from her hands and kills a large number of Bathysmal Vishaps.

More Bathysmal Vishaps kept coming in.

Theresa: Everyone! Let's use our finishing moves! Put an end to this!

Everyone: Right! HAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone used their finishing moves and finished off the last of the Bathysmal Vishaps. Everything flashed.

When it stopped, the camera revealed a tall pile of dead Bathysmal Vishaps. Everyone was breathing. They finally stopped coming.

Theresa: That's the last of them...

Purple Heart: They were tough but not tough enough against all of us.

Kiana: There was no end to them but finally it's over. They've stopped coming.

Yumi: I froze a lot.

Tamamo: Here. Let me heal all of you. I'll use my Noble Phantasm.

Tamamo uses her Noble Phantasm and everyone glows green getting healed.

Seele: Much better.

Purple Sister: Thanks so much Tamamo.

Tamamo: I'm a Caster class servant. I specialize in support and NP.

Sakura: A fellow fox.

Higokumaru: Yeah. A fellow fox.

Theresa: Now let's search these bodies for the Bloodbranch Coral and take it to Tsuyuko.

All of a sudden Enjou appeared out of nowhere.

Enjou: Check you all out! You actually defeated these Bathysmal Vishaps all by yourselves! Impressive, most impressive indeed! Can I touch them?

Paimon: Enjou? What are you doing here?

Yumi: How did you get here?

Enjou: Hah. Actually, I'm gonna touch 'em no matter what you say. These are the mortal foes of humanity, after all. This chance may never come again!

Black Heart: And why do you want to touch them?

Enjou: Ah, oh yes, you must be wondering how I got here. Well, bear with me a moment. I need to think about where to start explaining. Simply put, Enkanomiya is the netherworld of sinners, yes? I am one such sinner — one who has committed the sins of deception and betrayal.

Purple Sister: What do you mean?

Seele: What are you talking about?

Paimon: Wait, wait, Paimon still doesn't get it... What are you trying to do, Enjou?

Enjou: I came here to search for a certain book.

Bronya: A book? What kind of book?

Enjou: That book contains records of things that happened in Byakuyakoku before the Dainichi Mikoshi was constructed.

White Heart: What kind of records?

Enjou: These chronicles are known to the people here as the times "before Sun and Moon." Back then, no gods walked the earth, and the whole land belonged to a single civilization.

Green Heart: A single civilization?

Patrick: (Was that single civilization Khaenri'ah? Or was it a different civilization?)

Paimon: Was there ever really such a time? The bards claim that the times "when gods walked the earth" is the furthest back we go!

Enjou: Yes, that's precisely it. That's why I wanted to find this book. That way, we, the Abyss Order, would have proof.

When Enjou said Abyss Order, that made everyone shocked with angered faces. All except Aether and Paimon.

Enjou: Proof that the gods and Celestia came from beyond this world.

Patrick: Wait wait wait wait. Did you just say that you're from the... ABYSS ORDER?!

Enjou: I am... That's right... I am from the Abyss Order... The only thing I do know at the moment is that the Great Serpent was sentenced to death by Celestia for accidentally reading this book.

Mei: That's why Ei killed Orobashi.

Higokumaru: Can we kill him?

Sakura: No. This is important. We need to hear as much information as possible.

Enjou: An entire nation was relocated, the door to the depths was sealed, and that nation was stirred up in an eastern expedition to cover this truth.

Sakura: That was...

Enjou: Yes, that was the grand ritual of sacrifice required for the people of Watatsumi to once again live like humans. But as for this book... I searched for it in the library and the Dainichi Mikoshi, but I could not find it.

Aether: So you tricked us, then?

Kiana: You lied to us.

Enjou: Wait, I said this much, and that's all you have to say? Not going to grit your teeth in anger, or just dispense with that and smack me in the face?

Paimon: ...Do you seriously want to get beaten up that badly?

Enjou: But actually, I don't think I did anything THAT bad. I didn't technically lie to you — I am a clerical staff member sent to help you... I just never said that I was sent by Sangonomiya. I was indeed translating literature here, but you know, it had nothing to do with the trial. I am a bookish character, and hey — did I or did I not transform into a fire-flinging monster!?

And then it happened...

Enjou transformed into an Abyss Lector. It was the Fathomless Flames version.

Enjou: ...I believe that you refer to our exegetes as "Lectors," yes?

Everyone held their weapons.

Theresa: So you are an enemy. That's right we refer to you as Abyss Lectors.

Kiana: You should just give up. There are lots of us and only one of you.

Enjou: I have lots of friends. ABYSS MAGES!

Abyss Mages appeared then Abyss Heralds: Wicked Torrents and Abyss Lectors: Violet Lightning.

Theresa and Himeko give the order.

Theresa and Himeko: Everyone spread out!

Everyone: Right!

Everyone spread out as the Abyss Mages, Heralds, and Lectors went after them. Then the second battle began. The party engaged the Abyss Order.

To break the Abyss Mages' shields, they had to use elemental attacks.

Seele: Asuka!

Asuka: You got it, Seele!

Seele and Asuka go first with water and earth slashes. Their weapons get covered in water and rock then they attack Enjou. He fights back with fire attacks.

The Thing Calling Itself "Enjou": Not bad. But you'l have to do better than that!

Enjou floats back fast then conjures a large fireball.

The Thing Calling Itself "Enjou": Solar Orb!

Enjou throws the orb at the two girls. Seele materializes more water on her scythe while her Hydro Vision glows brighter.

Seele: HAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!

Seele swings her scythe and slashes the Solar Orb in half as it explodes behind her and Asuka.

Seele: Now it's your turn!

Water's Edge sneaks behind Enjou and slashes him with water dealing Hydro damage.

Bronya used her energy drills and broke through a bunch of Hydro Abyss Mages' shields then let White Heart kill them. Yumi froze more Hydro Abyss Mages and once their shields were down, she finished them off.

Tamamo was dodging attacks from an Abyss Herald: Wicked Torrent. It sent a water attack at Tamamo but she froze the attack with ice then froze the Abyss Herald.

Tamamo: HAA!

Tamamo flies in then kicks the Abyss Herald sending it flying into a wall before it turned into particles.

Tamamo: Mikon~ Hehehehe~

Yumi: Nice freezing, kitsune.

Tamamo: And I finished it off with a kick.

An Abyss Lector: Violet Lightning sneaked up on them and tried to strike them but Tamamo and Yumi quickly jumped away to dodge then sent their ice attacks causing the superconduct elemental reaction. Then Ymu used an air attack while Tamamo used a fire attack both attacks blew the Abyss Lector back then it turned into particles.

Mei did lightning slashes to destroy Pyro Abyss Mages' shields then finished them off. Then she activated the Musou No Hitotachi burst and killed a lot of Hydro Abyss Mages. Kiana does the same thing and uses her fire attacks to bring down Cryo Abyss Mages' shields then killing them with her sword covered in fire.

Seele and Asuka: Swap out!

Seele and Asuka swap out then Purple Heart and Green Heart take their place and slash away Enjou then kicked him away. Then they use their ultimates and deal a massive amount of damage on Enjou. He gets up and summons lots small flares above himself before shooting them at everyone and keeps creating more then shooting them.

The party had to deflect and dodge while the Hydro and Cryo users extinguished them. The Abyss Lector: Fathomless Flames charges in very fast but gets hit by Black Heart and White Heart then gets sent flying towards Fu Hua then she punches Enjou sending him flying to Seele and Asuka. They water slash him then he gets sent flying then crashes into a Geo wall created by Patrick and Aether.

The Thing Calling Itself "Enjou": Not bad. You all actually can withstand me. But now I'm going to get serious. Hellfire Haven!

The Abyss Lector: Fathomless Flames imbues itself with a powerful Pyro shield. Then it does an attack of AoE Pyro DMG in a large area around itself and to cause a heavy knockback. However, none of the party members were in range.

Seele: Ok, maybe now we should use a powerful Hydro move to finish it off.

Asuka: A combination of Hydro.

Bronya: All of you do it.

Water's Edge: I'll help too.

Seele: Alright.

Asuka: Let's do it.

Seele, Asuka, and Water's Edge take hands with Water's Edge in the middle then Seele and Asuka put their hands out then water began to circle around them and Seele's Hydro Vision glowed really bright then the symbols start spinning really fast. The water began to form into two giant beings. A toad and a butterfly made entirely out of water. Both girls open their eyes.

Seele: This is like how Childe does it when he summons a giant whale made entirely out of water.

Asuka: Let's finish this.

Seele and Asuka: HAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!

They pointed their hands at Enjou then both giant water beings crash down on Enjou in a water explosion. When the steam cleared, it revealed Enjou down on his knees then collapsing down.

They had Enjou down.

Theresa: Now to make sure that you don't get away.

Theresa uses her Oath of Judah and chains the Abyss Lector sitting him up then Yumi freezes his arms and legs, and then Geo crystals materialize on him from Patrick.

The Thing Calling Itself "Enjou": Phew... Wow. I didn't underestimate you all, goodness no, but... I suppose a clerk is ultimately no match for a hero. I wanted to get rid of you all and then find some disguise with which I could claim that your mission was a failure. I mean, there's got to be some stories in which the hero doesn't slay the dragon. But oh well...

Rozaliya: Well there are a few stories where the hero does not slay the dragon like this one story about an ogre and a donkey who go to a castle to bring a princess back to a lord and instead of slaying the dragon they chain the dragon instead. There is also this story of a boy who becomes friends with a black dragon and helped the dragon fly again.

Liliya: Enough Rozaliya.

Rozaliya: Fine...

Paimon: Why did you attack us?

The Thing Calling Itself "Enjou": You mean, why wouldn't I, right? I'm a creature writhing in the Abyss, and you're all mortals walking in the sun. Then they were followed by the party members who could fly. They were flying to Liyue. Then the scene fades into black.
