A couple days had passed since we took control and defeated the king and his kin. We sat in a room, Kahoda, Cailu, Gaelira, Elonshe and I. The Queen was nervous, that was apparent and Elonshe was not leaving my side. There was a major uproar in the capital but it was quickly silenced by my soldiers. Sadly, some civilians did have to die, the riots were forced into closing by force. I was looking at a list of all the things the Kingdom of Divell had to offer in terms of resources and territory and frankly, it was quite a lot. On the continent it was one of the largest ones. 

Draven: Gaelira. 

She jumps up in her seat. 

Gaelira: Yes?

Draven: As you know, your kingdom will now be under our rule. But you will have autonomy to elect leaders and organize an army if you wish. You will be the elected leader with Cailu acting as your right hand. 

Gaelira: I understand perfectly King Draven. 

Draven: Cailu will explain everything to you, how we function. We do expect that you start functioning under our morals and laws. But that is for him to explain. What I wish to discuss with you is the resources that we want to be shipped to our land. 

Gaelira: Please don't be too harsh, I don't want my people to starve. 

Draven: Ah, no, no, we do not need crop and wheat. What I am interested in however are ores, stones, jewels and people. 

Gaelira: By people, do you mean slaves? 

Draven: No, slavery is illegal under our law. All slaves that step foot on our land are to be considered a free man. What I mean by that is smart scholars and engineers. 

Gaelira: I see. Well, there is a problem you see. We are a little short handed on that front. 

Draven: I perfectly understand. When you do manage to recoup all that you lost we do expect people to be sent to us. In terms of ore we are looking for silver, gold and iron and lead. As for the stone we do ask of marble and other luxury stones that exist. 

Gaelira: Why stone? 

Draven: To decorate and build our homes, buildings of course. Sculptures are made of marble so that is in high demand. 

Gaelira: I understand. 

Draven: I will circle everything that we request so that you are able to easily deliver it to us. 

I start circling out the things we want as Prussia, crossing out the things on the list that we have no need or use of. 

Kahoda: I need to add. Since you are a part of Prussia, if people do wish to study at our lands they have a discount on a price that foreigners would have to pay full price. You are entitled to request military assistance if necessary. 

Draven: Of course, we won't give you a single weapon of ours that you do not already use. We don't need someone to reverse engineer it and use it against us. 

Once I am done with the list I stand up, nodding to Kahoda. Elonshe clings onto me, not letting go even in the slightest. I turn to face Cailu. 

Draven: Friend, I expect you to do your job well and assist the Queen in everything that she needs. You can feel free to communicate with us using that magic I was shown at the magic academy a while back. 

Cailu: Don't worry, I will work diligently. I am obliged to do well, I owe you for everything that you had done. 

Draven: Good. It is time for us to go, my army will head back home and you will be left on your own. I do expect shipment soon, don't disappoint. 

Gaelira: W-We won't. I promise you that we will send things as soon as possible. 

I nod and with that, leave the room. The three of us head out as today we plan on returning back home. It hadn't been for too long as how it long it could have taken. But it was long enough. We had ordered that a long flat runway be made for me as I don't plan on going with a ship but a bomber back home. As we are driven by carriage to the place I inspect it. It is good enough and they prepared rations for us, mostly for Elonshe as me and Kahoda don't really have to eat all that much. As we step out into the carriage the workers clear the long stretch of flat soil. I conjure a large bomber. A British Lancaster bomber.

Everyone watched in shock as the thing manifested from nothing by a dark matter that molded itself into a shape. Kahoda stepped inside and I helped Elonshe get inside before I followed suite. But before we closed the doors one of the workers brought me a coat, not for me or Kahoda, but Elonshe. Up there, in the skies, high above, it does tend to get cold. She seemed scared first, this was her first time seeing something like this and as I stepped into the pilots seat and turned on the engines she screamed. Curled up in a ball in the corner, holding onto her ears. Putting it to full throttle I released the breaks and we started to move, slow at first but as we caught speed I pulled up slightly until we finally achieved flight. Retracting the gears and flaps we slowly began to gain altitude. At some point we encounter turbulence which freaked out Elonshe even more but soon, one passed that threshold and at cruising altitude we stabilized. It took her some time to get used to this but she began not only to admire the beast in which she was, but the scenery. Never before could people see such views, only maybe the dragon and wyvern riders. but those are rare. We flew above the clouds, in night and day. The flying was smooth and soon saw the continent end and sea began. Meaning we are about halfway there, halfway home. During the nights, she slept like a puppy, the gentle humming of the engines calmed her down and helped her to sleep. It acted as white noise to her. had the same effect as does rain and distant grumbling of thunder, or how some people sleep with TVs on static. And after a long long time, we finally reach our mainland, seen in the distance. Making a slow descent I circle a couple times. 

Once low enough I begin my approach on the we have had built. The day was soon to end but had enough visibility to see the runway. Extending the landing gear and adjusting the flaps for landing I decreased the throttle. Once we manage to touchdown it is all brakes, the runway isn't the greatest so we do jump and rattle a little but nothing too serious. Once we are fully stopped one by one we exit. The plane dissolves and I see a carriage approaching. Two familiar ladies come out, Atsuko and Estrella who is now rocking a completely new but fitting look. A nice Victorian era gothic dress that does look quite nice on her. Atsuko runs up to me and jumps into a hug, I can see jealousy in Elonshe's face. 

Atsuko: Draven! You are back. I missed you. 

Draven: I missed you two cutie. 

Estrella: Did we win?

Draven: Oh we won alright. More resources are to come our way. 

Atsuko: Yay. And who is this? 

Draven: This Elonshe. 

Atsuko: Elonshe. Nice to meet you. Let's head to the castle. 

Draven: Yes, let us do that. 

All of us enter the carriage and ride towards the palace. 

Kahoda: Anything new happened while we were away? 

Atsuko: Some of our enemy clans attacked us, but they were smaller in size so it wasn't bad. 

Kahoda: We will have to teach them a lesson once our full army arrives. 

Estrella: There is no need. We took them out. Swords are cool and all but it seems that their honor and capabilities can't compare to our guns and magic.

Draven: Hahaha, that is good news. I love you all. But don't worry, once the word is out at what we did, I think we are going to get a lot more 'visitors' from other nations. 

We all laugh in a rather psychotic way. But from there on the word spreads that we have come back. We had to do a couple interviews by our state press which then printed out papers and stories of our victory. Celebrations followed throughout. Joy was at an all time high. It took months and our army and fleet finally came back home. The people were livid. Lovers, mother and fathers, they all rushed to the docks to welcome back their sons and fathers back. All soldiers that participated were paid a bonus for doing such a good job. They were all sent home to rest before they could continue their work normally. Some would be sent to the newly occupied territories of old clans to make sure there isn't trouble. Art and music was flourishing, there was a lot of literature, the schools were doing well. And with the new prosperity of new resources that have come and will come in the future we began building more and more. Larger theaters, renovating old buildings. Building new schools administrative centers, banks and so forth. Production of everything rose up, there was no fear of shortages and so we experimented with all sorts of things. Mostly for the populace, to make things cheaper and more affordable for the wider demographic. To make everyday life easier, things were going better than I originally thought. As word came to our continent of our victory the other clans tried to please us with sweet deals and so forth. But I had no intention of diplomacy with them and soon, our army marched again. Cutting down bandits and waring clans, claiming more territory and expanding our border and land. Pretty soon we were only left with two clans who joined to fight against us. They were good soldiers, but it was futile, as the war only lasted for a shorter time. We deployed blitzkrieg tactics, not letting their soldiers regroup, not letting them rest. When a group of our soldiers were getting tired they would report and were replaced with another, always keeping up a fresh batch of soldiers ready to replace and continue the relentless attacks. Our losses were high for my standards, about ten thousand soldiers we lost, not all of them were dead of course, most were wounded or put out of commission and retired. But soon, we claimed victory, with the last of the clans leaders being taken out we employed our people to control it. And soon, this small continent was completely under our control. Prussia was now stronger than ever. 

With our presence announced to other parts of the world we didn't know what to expect. Elonshe had fully recovered from her scars and traumas. Of course, some still linger, but she is more so functional and even works as a caregiver to a nearby orphanage. The people seem content with Kahoda and me as we are quite well liked. With the continent freed we can finally rest. Of course, we were building walls to protect our shores where they were the most vulnerable. Us two kind of halted the future advancements of guns as we felt that things we going too quickly and focused on medicine and exploring. We had discovered many springs and spa's, new species and so forth. For now, we will take a rest from conflict and focus on life and beauty of it. And I, on keeping my harem happy, spending time with each of them. Even Kahoda found himself a rather challenging lady, a nymphomaniac but he seems happy so I won't say anything. But I did give them some boundaries as one day I caught them in the deed on the palace grounds. Thankfully I was the only one that saw them. Oh yeah, there had been a rise of erotica literature, popular amongst mostly female populations. But I did take some time to read a book or two and let me tell you, those ladies are freaky as hell.
