Staying inside your house just causes you to feel the whole day to be tedious. So to lessen that feeling, you decided to head to the park. But going alone can't help. You turned your phone on and unlocked the screen. You went to your phone contacts and scan for your best friend's or should I say crush's number. As soon as you saw his number, you quickly dialed it.

Dialing Hiro Hamada....

After waiting a second or two, the other line finally answered.

"Hello (y/n)!" Hiro said.

"Hi Hiro!" you replied.

"Why'd you called? Huh? Ooooooh.. Did you missed me already?" he said playfully. And with his words, you blushed. But, of course, he can't see you blushing.

"Silly! Ah.. I'm just bored and I want to.. You know.. Hang out anywhere. Are you busy?"

"Uhmm.. No. I'm not busy."

"Can you come with me to the park? Pleaaaase.."

"I'm kinda lazy right now.. Why not ask Honey Lemon? Gogo?" you felt sad. But you don't blame him.

"Oh. Alright." you said. Sadness on your voice was evident. Hiro seemed to notice it.

"Wait.. (y/n).. I'll just-"

"I'll just call them. Thanks for your time Hiro. Bye!" you said energetically(that you always do) just to conceal the disappointment you felt. Then you ended it before he could say a word.

Hiro's POV

Oh boy! Why did she ended it?! I just want to tell her that I'll just fix myself and wait for me. Oh no! I really made her dissapointed! I'm such a bad best friend! Argh! I hate that word! BEST FRIEND?? It really insults me! Yes, I'm her best friend. But I don't want to stay as her BEST friend. I want to level it up. I want to be her BOYfriend. Haha. Sounds ambitious right. Well, as far as I've known, dreaming is free. So why not do it. All I'm trying to say is that.. I really like (y/n). No-scratch that- I love her. I love her more than friends. I don't know why, but that's what my heart was tellin' me. And you know, your heart's always the 'boss'. She doesn't know yet. I'm afraid to let her know my feelings towards her. What if she'll reject me? That's possible right? I'm a nerd, dork, geek, or whatever you want to call me.(Dew: You're cute Hiro! xD) While she, was perfect. I know nobody's perfect. But for me, she is. She's beautiful, kind, loving, caring, and a very thoughtful person. A girl like her will never lay her eyes on a guy like me... I guess. If I only do have the courage to confess my feelings for her, I guess I've done it before. But there's none. Even a small piece of courage. Even a small piece. Well I guess she really isn't for me. Ugh! Hiro! Stop concluding things you didn't even tried yet!

Your POV

You scanned Honey Lemon's number and dialed it as what Hiro told you awhile ago.

Dialing Honey Lemon....

The other line answered it.

"Hello (y/n)! What can I do for you?"

"Hi Honey! I'm just bored and I want to hangout somewhere. Are you busy today?" you asked.

"Uhh.. Actually (y/n), yes. I need to finish my projects that's due tomorrow. Then I have to babysit my little sister after. I'm sorry (y/n).." she said apologetically.

"Oh. It's okay. I understand."

"Thanks (y/n)."

"You're welcome! Thanks for your time Honey. Bye!"

"Bye!"

Then you click the end button and sighed.

You scanned Gogo's number. You were about to click the dial button when a thought struck your mind: Gogo's not fond of hanging out on the park. She found it boring. She more likely preferred racing motor bikes than walking around the park chatting with one another.(that's what Gogo's for me! Don't judge! Kay? xD) So you have no choice but to go alone to the park. By the way, you already changed into your (f/c) sweatshirt, black jeans, and a pair of vans shoes. You bid goodbye to your parents and headed to the said place. As soon as you got there, you found a bench near the fountain. You went near it and sat there facing the fountain. Sitting on a bench, you let out a heavy sigh. You turned on your phone to watch if there were any new messages but found nothing. You turned it off and placed it back in the pocket of your sweatshirt. Afterwards, you felt a hand tapped your shoulders. You litteraly jumped because of too much shock. You looked over your shoulder to determine the person who nearly gave you a heart attack. And unexpectedly, you saw none other than, Hiro.

"Hiro? I thought you can't come?"

"No. I just want to say you'll wait for me but suddenly you cutted the line." he said and pouted. Aw, that makes him cute. :)

"Oh. I'm sorry.. I just..-"

"Got disappointed when I hesitated to go with you to the park. Right?" he said. You just nodded shyly accepting the fact that all he said was true.

"I'm sorry if I made you feel like that. I really didn't meant it. I'm sorry.."

"No.. It's fine. Don't be sorry. You did nothing wrong kay?" you said reassuringly. Then a smile formed into his lips. Then he went closer to you and sat beside you.

Hiro's POV

"(y/n).. Can I tell you something?" I asked her bashfully.

"Of course. What's it?" she asked. Oh boy! I think it's time. If I don't do this now, I'm gonna let go another opportunity to confess my feelings for her. Okay. Whatever happens, just stick with the plan. It's now or never!

"Hiro? What is it?" she asked again. I didn't noticed I have zoned out this whole time!

"Uh- Oh- yeah! Sorry.. Hehe." I smiled shyly. She raised her eyebrows telling me to continue.

"Don't be mad at me after I told you this.." she nodded.

"Whatever happens, promise me nothing will change."

"Hiro, you're taking me to circles. Just go straight to the point." she said calmly. Okay. This is it. No backing out.

"I like you."

Your POV

"Did I heard it right? My crush said he likes me too. Maybe as friends? Maybe... Not?" you thought. So to confirm it, you asked him to repeat it again.

"Huh? What did you said?"

"I said I like you. More than friends." You heard it right! He likes you. You felt your cheeks heated up. You don't know what to say at the moment. But later on, you thought of a plan. A plan to make Hiro a bit nervous and at the same time, a bit disappointed. Just a bit.

"I'm sorry Hiro.." you said with a sad face and a sad tone of voice in addition.

Hiro's POV

Oh no! She said 'I'm sorry'. Is this the rejection? No please! ╥﹏╥

"I don't like you." she continued. That's it. It hurts. Why would I think theres a possibility that she'll like me back? Tsk tsk! I'm just really destined to be her BEST FRIEND.

"I LOVE YOU." I heard her say. Weh? Am I zoning out again? I tried to slap my face and it hurts. HURTS! Man! It's real. From the floor, I lifted my gaze to face (y/n).

"(y/n)! Did you really meant it?" Eyes wide, I asked her. She nodded with a shy smile.

"How come?" I asked without thinking.

"Do I really need to have a reason just to prove I love you?" she said.

"No. I'm just shocked that you.. Love me.." I said. As a matter of factly.

"Actually, Hiro, I feel the same way as you do right now. I'm also shocked. I never expected that you like me. I thought that if I'll confess my feelings for you, it will just end up you rejecting me. But look at us.." she said and giggled. I pulled her and hugged her tightly. First, she was surprised but then relaxed in my arms and returned the hug. Afterwards we parted and faced each other.

"I forgot to ask." I said. She gave me a confused look.

"Huh? Forgot to ask what?" she asked clueless.

"(y/n), will you be my girlfriend?" I asked her a bit nervous. I saw her eyes filled with joy. A smile forming on her lips.

"I would love to be yours!" she said happily. Jumping into me once again and gave me a quick but sweet kiss. I blushed for a moment but then turned back into my original color.

"I love you (y/n).." I said looking into her eyes with sincerity.

"I love you too Hiro.." she said hugging me once more.
