Wednesday 7th August 1957

"Gimme that!" John Lennon shouted as he snatched my diary out of my hands. "A secret diary eh? It would be a shame if something happened to it" John said as he ripped all the pages out. "Oi get away from my sister!" My twin brother Davy yelled. "Aww Davy's so cute when he's angry" John teased. It really angered me when John teased my brother. I herd a familiar voice say "Seriously John you need to stop this." It was Stuart Sutcliffe. He was my best friend but he was also friends with John. "Oi She knows I'm just playing with her. Don't ya?" he said as he rubbed my head. Messing up my hair.
"Come on guys. We need to get on stage" said Paul McCartney. John pushed me as he grabbed his guitar and walked on stage. "Are you alright Lucy?" Davy asked. "Yeah I'm fine" I sighed.

"Ladies and Gentlemen... The Quarrymen" a man said into the microphone.

John started singing. He was so cute. Even though he bullies me all the time, I still had a crush on him. Davy noticed me staring at John. "You have a crush on him don't you?" He asked. "Yep" I answered still staring at John.

After the gig was over Davy and I went home. We sat at the table for dinner. "David and Lucile, I've got some good news. We're moving to California" Dad announced. I dropped my knife and fork on the table. "What?!" Davy said with his mouth wide open. "You can continue training to be a jockey there Davy. And Lucy, I'm setting up singing lessons for you" Dad said. "Cool! When do we move?" I asked. "We move in a couple weeks" Dad said.

Friday 23rd August 1957

Today was our last day at school. We move to California tomorrow! I couldn't wait!

"Students, today is the last day for Lucille and David Jones as there moving to America tomorrow. We want to wish them a safe trip to America" the principal said over the school speakers. The bell rang and Davy and I ran out of class.

We started walking home when Stuart and John walked up to us. Stuart gave me the biggest hug. "I'm gonna miss you Lucy" Stuart said while hugging me. "I'm gonna miss you too" I said back. John looked at me and said "Have a safe trip." I looked at John weird. This is the first time he didn't tease me. "Well, good luck with your music. I bet one day you'll be chased by screaming teenage girls" I said to him. John chuckled and said "I hope so." I actually made John Lennon chuckle. "Come on Lucy. We got some packing to do" Davy said. I gave one last hug to Paul and then I did the unthinkable. I kissed John on the cheek. He may have bullied but I still thought he was cute. I blushed and ran towards Davy.

John's POV

She kissed me. Even though I've been so nasty to her, she still cares about me. Why did I bully her. I should've said sorry. Now it's to late. I'll never see her again. When I become rich and famous, I'm gonna fly to America and apologise to her. If I'm good enough that is.
