The moment I opened my eyes, I knew it was gonna be a great day. When I pulled back the curtains, I saw a beautiful sunrise. I shook Ally's shoulder "Ally, wake up and watch the sunrise before you miss it. Come on, it looks amazing" at hearing that, she got up and walked towards the window. When we went downstairs, Mum was already awake and was in the kitchen making pancakes, she looked up and saw us "Good morning girls!" she said with a big smile on her face. My older brother Jace was already at the dining table eating what looked like his third plate of pancakes "hey! You better save some for us!" I told him, my hands on my hips. I turned to look at Ally, she was blushing furiously. I rolled my eyes and sighed as Jace smiled (he found it cute that my best friend had a crush on him. Ugh brothers!). Ally and I went upstairs to get changed, I put on a pair of skinny jeans, my new t-shirt, and my new white sneakers. While Ally changed into her skinny jeans, her new green tank top, and her new pink sneakers.

   After breakfast, Ally and I grabbed our things and waited at the bus stop. My mum trusts me, so she was in the house while we waited for the bus to come. When the bus arrived, we hopped on and quickly found some seats. I had no idea that I was just about to meet the person who wrecked my whole summer and caused me to lose my best friend.
