Chapter9- Reception!!

Ragini wiped her tears as she turns her head and found sanskar standing behind a pillar already looking at her, she lowered her gaze taking a deep breath as she walks away. She goes back to her room still thinking while sanskar comes after her, "what happened? Why were you crying?", He asked while ragini turned and looks at him. She helplessly sighs keeping the glass on side table and sits," I thought everything will be fine after their marriage but....", She trails off shutting her eyes as tears makes their way down from her eyes.

"Did they fight?", He asked while she nodded still closing her eyes. He bites his cheeks as he looks at her. "I am going to ask him where he went', sanskar utters as he turns while ragini hurriedly stands, "No... Noo", ragini shouts while sanskar turns and looked at her. "Shona doesn't know about him being missing.... Please don't make things worse", ragini utters with glistened eyes while he clenched his fist walking towards her," Do you really think I want to mess up my brother relationship?", He asked. "I want to make it alright as much as you do because", he was cut off by her, "because you don't want them to end up like us, right?", She asked with pain evident in her tone and eyes while he shut his eyes looking away. He did not utter a word as he walks towards his cupboard and take out his clothes and went inside washroom to change while ragini sits on bed with tears streaming down her eyes.

#SwaLak Side

Swara comes out washroom changing into pink tee and white trouser, hair tied into a side ponytail. Her eyes were swollen and tears marks were clearly visible. She looks around and found laksh gone, she inhaled a deep breath as she walks towards her suitcase and kept her lehenga inside. She goes to dresser and keeps her jewellery there. She looks at her reflection on the mirror and touched her forehead, her eyes become misty. This is what she wanted from the time she recognized her love but, everything gets shattered. Her heart says to give their relationship a chance, to give laksh a chance, to give their a chance but, the fear of being cheated had captured her heart and mind so badly that she isn't be able to get over it even after so much trial. Maybe, laksh can help her to get over this fear but, for that she needs to give him a chance. Will she able to give him a chance? She thought when she heard a door clicking sound. She hurriedly kept her stuff of dressing and moves towards bed. Laksh who just entered in room looked at her. He walks towards cupboard still glancing at her, her heart beat paced sensing his gaze on her but, she didn't turn. He takes out his clothes and looked at her, "I know you don't trust me but, there will be a day when you'll know my love was true and I'll wait for day", laksh utters as tear leaked his eyes betraying him. He inhaled a deep breath and walks inside washroom shutting the door. She jerked at door closing voice as she stood rooted at her place. Tears flows from her eyes as she wipes it and lay down on bed covering herself with quilt facing balcony. Laksh comes out of washroom and looked at her. He gulps as he walks towards bed with heavy steps, he looked at her back for a minute before taking a pillow and walks towards couch turning off the light. He lay down on couch facing ceiling and closed his eyes.

Ragini inhaled a deep breath, "everything's will be alright. Yes. Don't worry", she consoled herself standing infront of mirror. Sanskar who just come insides room saw her blabbering to herself. He shakes his head as his eyes fall on her hand, she was holding the pinch of Vermillion in her two fingers which was dropping down. He sighs as he walks towards her, he makes her turn holding her shoulder making her startled. She looked at him wide-eyed while he took the Vermillion and applied on her hair making her bewildered, "you can give yourself self-motivation later too", he says while ragini blinks at him. She registered everything and looked around to find someone. "Even though I need motivation to bare you", he muttered under his breath which she heard. She snapped her head at him and glared him, "Excuse Me?", She asked while he looked at her folding his arms across his chest, "Excused You!", He utters and was about to move when she holds his shoulder and dragged him back.

"What's your problem?", She asked glaring him. "You know my problem very well, MRS.MAHESHWARI", he pressed the word 'Mrs.Maheshwari'. "Yes, I know it's you. You are the problem yourself and being a problem you can't get any problem because you are problem. So, the problem is that you are the problem but, you don't understand and that's the real problem. If you understand the problem that is you then you'll know the real problem. So, instead of creating problems for others, why don't you try to solve your own problems??", She utters in one breath folding her arms while he stood numb.

"Do you understand?", She asked while he unknowingly nodded. Ragini smiled as she patted his shoulder, "Good Boy, now go and find a solution for your problem", she says as she glanced at herself for the last time and left the room while he stood still when reality strikes him, "Did she just called me a problem?", He utters to himself and clenched his teeths, "You are gone".

Scene shift

Ragini deccends downstairs and greets everyone. "It's good you came. I was about to call you", annupurna utters. "Ji, Badi Maa", ragini says coming towards her. "Go and wake swara and Laksh up, it's time for Pooja", she said while ragini nodded plastering a fake smile as her heart sank remembering last night. She goes towards their room with heavy heart. She inhaled a deep breath before knocking on the door.

Swara who was sleeping peacefully gets disturbed by the knock. She keeps the pillow on her ears turning to side when the voice grows louder. She felt her name being called, she lazily opened her eyes and jerked seeing the unfamiliar room. She was about to shout when her eyes land on laksh sleeping on couch. She become numb remembering her marriage. "Shona. Laksh.", she heard ragini's voice and panicked run through her body. She hurriedly removed the quilt and rushed towards laksh shaking him, "Laksh... Laksh.... Laksh... Get up.... Ragini's here.....", She shakes him when he holds her hand tightly, "Sone do na Maa", He utters in sleep while she rolls her eyes, "Am I his mother?", She utters and shakes him. "Laakssshhhhhh", she shouts in his ear making him jerked and fall down from couch. "Ouchhh!!!", He winced and was shocked seeing swara who hurriedly throws his pillow towards bed. "Swara?", He utters in shock rubbing his eyes. "Shona? Laksh? You both are okay?", Ragini utters worriedly from outside hearing the shout.

"Did swara hit him in anger?", She thought knocking.

Swara hurriedly holds laksh and makes him sits on bed while she hurriedly looks at herself and then she walks towards the door plastering a fake smile, "Sho....", Swara opened the door and looked at ragini. "Shona?", Ragini utters while swara smiled, "Good Morning", she utters and ragini entered inside," Good Morning", Laksh utters as he now lay on bed covering himself with quilt. "Why did you shout?", Ragini asked looking at laksh and then at swara.

"Vo....laado he....", Laksh interrupted her," She kicked me, that's why", laksh says making swara eyes go wide while ragini looks at the duo. "Really, Shona?", Ragini asked looking at her sister who nervously smiled nodding. Ragini smiled slightly seeing them, "Do you consider my jeeja as your scooter?", Ragini utters with a hint of tease. Laksh smiled hearing her while swara looks at her with fake glare, "Laadooo". Ragini giggles lightly while both Swara and Laksh smiled seeing her happy. "Come downstairs devrani jii. It's Pooja time", Ragini winked at swara who hugged her sister, " you know I missed you", swara says genuinely while ragini smiled patting her head, "Mee tooo... But, don't think you'll butter me on your first day at your sasural and I'll melt. You need to work hard to please your jethani ji, okay?", Ragini asked breaking the hug while swara laughs and nodded, "Okay, Jethani Ji".

"Well, I can't see this much drama at early morning. I'll just go and have a bath", says laksh saluting them and goes while ragini shakes her head and swara looks at him.

"Come soon, okay?", Ragini says and swara nodded. Ragini goes and swara closed the door and looked at laksh who was taking out his clothes, she walked towards her suitcase and keeps it on bed. " I'll emptied some space for you in cupboard. You can shift your things here", he utters and swara nodded slightly, "Thank You", she utters lowly as she takes out her stuff.

"Ragini", sujata rushed towards ragini who was just descending the stairs , "jii maa", ragini utters when sujata handed her the packet, " give this to swara and asked her to wear this. Jiji forget to give you this", she utters and ragini nodded smiling as she takes the bag and goes towards their room.

"Laksh?", She stopped him as he was about to enter inside the washroom. He turns and looked at her while she inhaled a deep breath before meeting her gaze to him, " I don't want anyone to know about our real relationship. Not even ragini nor sanskar or any other members of family. I'll tell ragini that I forgive you and give your another chance", she utters as she felt a lump in her throat while his eyes lits up, "but, it'll be a drama", she utters lowering her gaze while his chest felt heavy and he tightly clucthed the door knob. "Please, act with me so, that my sister don't stay worried for me all the time. I want her to focus on her and sanskar relationship not yours and mine", she uttered as she looks up at him, "Hope you understand", she utters while he nodded as he felt his eyes moistening. He turned his back on her while she looks away unable to see him," Thanks", she utters with heavy heart as he entered inside and closed the door behind while she tightly clutches the clothes in her hand as she felt weak.

She clenched the packet  in her hand as tears keep flowing from her eyes, "I won't be happy seeing you pretending Shona. I can never be", she utters as she turns and starts walking, she stopped as she bumped into something. She stumbled moving back and found sanskar standing infront of crossing his arms over his chest, " are you spying?", He asked looking at her while she sniffs her nose as she wipes her tears and holds his hand giving him the packet, "give her this", she utters in low voice as she left without answering while he looks at her retreating figure with confused Expression.

He inhaled a deep breath as he walks towards their room and knocked on the door. He smiled as swara opened the door, "Good Morning", he utters while swara smiled and replied. He forwarded the packet, " Ragini gives you this to wear", He utters and swara nodded taking the packet. "Tell laksh to meet me at terrace after breakfast, okay?", He asked and swara replied,"Okay". He left.

Ragini looked at swara and Laksh who deccends the stairs together smiling, she smiled at her sister who was looking pretty in royal blue silver embroidered saree with matching ornaments. Swara hugged ragini and took blessings from others along with laksh. "Let's do Pooja. Princesses ,You both will do Pooja today", Durga Prasad utters while swara and ragini looked at each other and smiled nodding. They pull pallu over their heads as all of Maheshwari members walks towards the Temple Room.

"Record it properly, okay? I want to make shehku jealous", Dp utters to ram who shakes his head, "you want to fight with him at this age?", Ram whispers in his ears while so nodded. "Fight? He don't have guts to fight with me. Do what I told you", Do utters. "He forgets the punches he received by shehkar for teasing him, I guess. God knows now", rp utters as he stands and records while swaragini joined their hands and closed their eyes singing bhajan in a soulful voice which mesmerized everyone present there.

They finished their aarthi and moves thaali around giving everyone's Prasad. Dp blessed them and hugged them, "I am so lucky to have you as my daughter-in-laws. For the first time, I am feeling proud to have three sons to get such good daughters in form of daughter-in-law", Dp said while swaragini smiled genuinely, he signalled parineeta who also joined the hug. Uttara fake coughs bringing attention on her , everyone smiled seeing her when dp signals and she also goes and hugged him. Dp turned his head to rp who was recording it and winked while rp shakes his head in disbelief.

"Maa", adarsh, sanskar and Laksh looked at sujata and annupurna who looks at them. "What it is choroon?", Sujata asked when trio spreads their hands in srk style, "we want love too", trio utters while annupurna and sujata shakes their head and spread their arms, trio smiled and hugged them happily. "Jelaous people's", uttara stuck her tongue at his brothers who makes faces in return. Everyone had a good laugh while rp sulked in, "I am here too", he utters .

"But, we can't see you", sujata utters. "You capture our moments, it's only good for your health", do utters while rp frowns. Everyone smiled genuinely. The idol witnessed the beautiful family moment and wished to stay same unknown what's stored for their lives.

Somewhere at abandoned place, a person whose back is shown standing infront of a big projector in which swalak marriage was recorded. The person stopped seeing sanskar pictures and moves forward and stopped at ragini. The person walks forwarded and marked red on her face and throws the marker.

"So, how was your night? , devrani ji", parineeta teased swara who looked on dazed hearing her. "Wh..hat?", She utters while parineeta winks, "Bs Bs devrani jii... Don't act now", parineeta teased while swara feels uncomfortable and thought to how to escaped the situation. "Shona", ragini walks towards her. She thanked God and smiled at her. "Choose one", ragini forwarded her two fingers. Swara and parineeta looked at confused, "Why?", Swara questioned. "Fast Shona", ragini utters while parineeta scratch her head, " even I want to know", she said and ragini smiled. "Then, ask her to choose", ragini said and swara took the right one when parineeta nudges her. Ragini smiled, "So, it's your pagh phera today", she hugged swara. "Pagh phera?", Parineeta and swara utters confused. "Actually, everyone was confused whether to send you for pagh phera first or do your rasoi rasam as they are planning to throw reception party today night because of our wedding and also adarsh Bhai won tender", ragini says, "so, they are thinking to do one today and since you choose this that's means you are going home", ragini screech happily while both swara and parineeta smiled ," you are going too na?", Parineeta asked while ragini shakes her head.

"NO! I'll go some other time. I have to help others", ragini replied. "For that I am devrani ji. You can go", parineeta says keeping her hand on her shoulder while ragini smiled shaking her head, "No, my dear di plus bhabhi. You have doctor appointment today and you have visit him with bhaiyaa without any Excuse", ragini utters. "I'll do rasoi rasam today and will go to home tomorrow", swara utters. "No! You want Bhai and Di miss your rasam? No na. Then, go and don't worry everything will happen besides, laksh will pick you up early", ragini says while swara nods unwillingly. "I am feeling hungry", parineeta utters. "We just had breakfast di", swara utters and ragini nodded while parineeta pouts shrugged her shoulder, "I think it get digested", she utters as both the sisters share a glance. "But, it takes maximum 3 or more hours to digest", ragini reasons. "I have good digestion. I am going to eat again" says parineeta and left while swara and ragini giggled shaking their head, "Di bhi na", they utters. "Chalo Devrani ji, you got saved by my tantrum's today but, I'll not leave you tomorrow and besides go fast baba is angry on bade papa, he teased him over us that now he have his princesses and he is alone sulking their like a child", ragini and swara giggled, "He was telling to come and take his daughters away when I calm him down saying you are coming and he can make you stay there as long as he wants", ragini winked at swara who playfully smacked her shoulder. "Call your patidev now, he needs to drop you", ragini says and swara nodded smiling.

"Where did you went??", Sanskar asked in serious tone folding his arms as both the brothers stand in balcony facing each other. Laksh looks away keeping his hands inside his pockets, "Nowhere", he replied monotone which irked sanskar. "Lucky", he called his name sternly. "Your were missing for whole damn day and you are saying you were nowhere? Do you have any slightest idea about me and ragini?? Do you know how much we tried to locate you and what not place I have gone to find you ?", Sanskar utters clenching his teeths while laksh sighs ," I just needed time", Laksh utters still not gazing towards him. "Is it?", Sanskar asked raising his eyebrow as he glared at him, "For that you have gone to Delhi?", He asked and Laksh head snapped at him. "What? How do you know?", He shouts while sanskar sighs, "I saw your ticket in garbage today when I went to kitchen to throw some old papers", sanskar utters and sternly looked at him, "Now I demand an answer, shall I?", He asked while laksh sighs as he looks at him, " I went there to find about someone", Laksh utters as he clenched his fist while sanskar looks on confused,"Who?", He asked while laksh shut his eyes tightly," Tarun", he utters while his hand dropped and his heartbeat stopped for a moment. The confused Expression was replaced by hatred as same as reflecting in his brother's eye. "I think whatever is happening he is involve in it", laksh utters as he opens his eyes and met sanskar gaze. Sanskar looks on as he remembers Ragini's word. "Where is he?", He asked clenching his teeth. "I don't know. It was waste going there", he utters looking at sanskar, "or maybe not!", He thinks in his head looking at him while sanskar inhaled a deep breath, "look lucky, don't get involve in these all alone. Don't forget you have me, okay? If you are planning to do all these things again then do tell me because if you go again without telling then I'll be the one hanging you down", sanskar told him seriously while he nodded. "Is everything alright between you and swara?", Sanskar asked keeping his hand on his shoulder while laksh smiled blinking his eyes," Yes, don't worry. We have sorted it out", He utters while sanskar nodded patting his shoulder. Laksh smiled at him and he too smiled slightly as soon as he left his smile disappear, "sorry for lying to you bhai but, it was necessary to know the truth. I don't know whether you know about sanjana and Tarun but, one thing is for sure whatever it is I'll find it soon and will tell you too and for that first I have to find out is Tarun really dead?", He utters as he holds the railings looking up in the sky.

"Bhaii?", He turned and found uttara standing," Swara bhabhi asked you to drop her to Gadodia Mansion for Pagh Pehra rasam, she is waiting for you downstairs", she told and Laksh nodded. "I'll come , you go", he said and uttara nodded leaving.

"Ragini, I need to tell you about something", swara says as she holds ragini hand standing in the hall. "Tell me", ragini utters as she could clearly see the pain behind her sisters eyes, " I decided to laksh a chance", swara said while ragini smiled painfully with moisty eyes," really?", Ragini asked gulping the lump in her throat while swara nodded with tears filled eyes. "I am", she gulped as she hugged her sister tightly wiping her tears, "Soo happy for you Shona", she breaks the hug as she cups swara face, "I hope this is the chance which you both now in the moment", ragini utters as swara nodded while wiping her tears ," Did you tell laksh?" , Ragini asked while swara shakes her head, "I'll tell him through our way", swara utters while ragini nodded as her eyes fell on laksh who was descending the stairs. "All the best Shona", ragini utters controlling her emotions plastering a fake smile while swara did the same.  "I'll leave", she says while ragini nodded. Swara and Laksh goes and takes blessings from everyone while ragini looked at them from far with glistening eyes.

Swaragini Sad Bg plays

"Why did you lie Shona? Why are you hurting yourself?", Ragini utters as she wipes her tears as she stands beside a pillar so that no one can see her. "I don't want you and Laksh become another ragini and sanskar. I can never bear that", she whispers as she sniffed. "I'll help you", her head turned towards the source of voice . She wipes her tears as she met her gaze with him, "I'll help you in uniting SwaLak but", he paused and looked at her, "don't you ever think everything between us will be fine",says sanskar as he looks at her. Ragini looked at him as she walks towards him, "Promise, you'll help me ?", She asked as she forwarded her hand. Sanskar looks at her and then at her hand before shaking it. "I Promise. I'll do whatever I had to do for my brother's sake", he utters and ragini smiled with teary eyes, "I'll prove that I am not a worthless brother", he utters with pain evident in his voice. Ragini looked at him and realized that he was talking about her words yesterday. Both met each other's gaze while still holding hand. "We are leaving", they both moves back hearing swalak voice and wipes their faces. Both plaster a fake smiled as they walks forward and waved at them. "It's for my brother and for my friend only, remember that. Nothing can be fine between us", he utters in his ears while ragini looked at him with sarcastic smile, "there is nothing left between us to get fine, sanskar", she utters giving a pinged in his heart as she walks away blinking back her tears while he looked at her retreating figure.

"Where are you Shona?", Ragini asked swara over phone as she looked at the dress in front of her. "I'll be there in 5 minutes laado", swara utters from other side as she glanced at laksh on her side. "Okay, come fast. We need to get ready on time", ragini told and swara nodded cutting the call.

Ragini huffed as she sits on bed looking at the two dresses placed infront of her, "Do they really want us to wear dresses?", She utters as she looked at it. She shakes her head as she walks out of the room.

"Bhabhi?", She peeps her head inside and looked at parineeta who was laying on bed while reading some book, "Ragu? Come", parineeta smiled sitting. Ragini smiled walking in," How are you?, When will you get the reports?", Ragini asked. "I am fine and tommorow I'll get the reports. I don't know why I need to rest. Maa and chachi ji na I tell you", parineeta utters making faces as ragini sits on bed," Wo bhabhi uttara comes and gives me two dresses saying we have to wear for today's reception", ragini utters worriedly while parineeta raised her eyebrow," So?", She asked raising her eyebrows. "Bhabhii, she gives me dresses. Will bade papa allow??", Ragini says worriedly while parineeta laughed hearing her, "You think papa ji as some old times father-in-law, who'll oppose?", Parineeta utters while ragini looks on," But, Dadu and Dadi will also come and they'll surely not like it besides you also wore half saree at your reception, right? Then.", Ragini utters while parineeta shook her head, "that's because adarsh gifted me that. I had two options so I choose saree over dress. And, also Dadu and Dadi is not coming me and adarsh visited them on our way here. Dadu needs to attend his some friend birthday party along with Dadi so, you can wear whatever you what without any tension, okay?", Parineeta utters cupping her right cheek while ragini sighs in relief. "Thank you di", she utters hugging parineeta who patted her back. "Now, go and get ready and also show me all the pictures okay? Since I am quarantined in this room", she pouted and ragini laughed," of course, I'll send you everything and also me and Shona will enjoy from your side as well", she winked at parineeta who fake glared at her. She smiled as she goes waving while parineeta also smiled and continued reading.

Ragini goes back to her room as she looked at the dresses, one was tea pink color sleeveless full length gown and other was royal blue color half shoulder gown. She makes a face as she picks up the tea pink gown and walks towards mirror keeping it on her and checking, "beautiful", swara utters. Ragini turned and smiled at her, "Really?", Ragini asked and Swara nodded. "That one is for you, then" , ragini utters as swara walks towards the bed picking up the blue one. "It's beautiful", she says and ragini nodded. "Where is sanskar?", Swara asked looking around the room while ragini shrugs her shoulder," who knows", she utters while swara shakes her head. "Let's change and then I'll make you get ready", ragini utters and swara nodded," and, I'll make you", swara says and ragini blinks. Both the sister's get changed and makes each other ready.

Both looks beautiful as they looked at each other, "beautiful", both utters at the same time and laughed hugging each other. "I'll go and check on laksh", swara says and ragini nodded smiling. As soon as she left ragini smiled vanished as she walks towards the dressing and picks up her mobile dialing sanskar number. He disconnected her phone call and she frowns, she kept redialing while he kept cutting. "What the hell", ragini muttered gritting her teeth as she sits on bed with thud making faces. "What it is?", Sanskar barged in room but, froze on his steps seeing her. Ragini who heard him looks up and was about to snapped at him but, stopped looking at him all handsome in black suit paired with white shirt.

He didn't blinked while she gulps at her raced heartbeat. He took a step forward and opens his mouth to say something when nothing comes out. "You.....You", he uttered while she looks on confused," Me?", She repeated while he looks on as he lands in reality. He shook his head," Why were you continuously calling?", He asked gulping and changing the topic. Ragini gives him blank stare and then nodded her head as reality strikes her," Why did you cut my call?", She asked as she kept her tone angry. "Because, I want too. Simple", he utters fake smiling while she rolls her eyes," Look Pati Danav jii, I am not interested in talking with you it's just that I was thinking to do something in a party", She says while he looks on confused," What? Are you thinking to ruin the party? If yes, then you are gone", he utters without letting her complete while she frowns walking towards him. "Will you ever listen to me fully?", She asked glaring him while he shook his head, "No! NEVER!",he said while she rolls her eyes, "Fine! I'll do alone whatever I want to", she said and was about to walk past him when he holds her hand and brings her closer locking his gaze with her, "You'll not do anything alone. I'm with you", he utters still locking her gaze. Both kept staring at each other when reality strikes them, ragini nodded while he removes his hold and moves back. She was about to go when he stopped her calling her name," Ragini", she turned and looked at him.

"Are you going like this?", He asked making her confused. She walks towards mirror and looked at herself, "What is anything wrong?", She asked as he walks and stands behind her looking at her through mirror. "You know it's our reception party as well?", He asked while he nodded. He gulps as he holds her bare shoulder making her turn giving chills run down her spine. "There is something missing", he told as they looked into each other eyes. "What?", She asked controlling her thumping heart while she felt weak on her knees.

He took a pinch of Vermillion and filled her hairline making her heart skip a beat. She looked at him with mixed expression while he removed his hand from her bare shoulders and moves back looking down," you should look like a married woman", he told as he looks here and there while ragini kept staring at him, "maa will not like if you haven't fill your hairline", he told while ragini nodded looking down, she was about to hold her mangalsutra when he stopped her, "No, don't wear that", he told while ragini looked at him with questioning eyes. "I mean.... It'll not look good with it", he utters stammering while ragini looks on," I mean..... To say maa will not like if you wear mangalsutra with this gown", he said as he finally glanced at her. Ragini nodded her head slightly still having different feeling. "Shall we go?", She asked while he nodded. "Let lucky and swara also come", he told and ragini nodded.

His heart skipped a beat as he entered inside his room, she was standing there trying to release the earing which got stucked in her hairs. He couldn't remove his eyes from her and his heartbeat beats loudly in his chest, he felt his legs moving towards her automatically. He stopped right behind her while swara who felt his presence looked up and found him staring at her through the mirror. Her heart skipped a beat seeing him while she blinks.

She Removed her hands and winced which brings them in reality. He jerked and looked at her concerned, "swara", he utters while she looks at him still trying to detach the earring. "Let me help you", he said while she nodded no,"it's okay", she says and was about to go when he blocked her way, "atleast, let me do this", he utters while she looks at him. He glanced at her as his hand touched her and she removed her hand while he leans closer detaching the earing from her hair while she kept staring at him with pain in her eyes. "It's done", he utters as he looked at her while she looks down breaking their gaze. "You....look
beautiful", he utters glancing at her while she looks up at him and nodded, "thank you", she said as she looks away. He smiled painfully," shall we go?", He asked and she nodded. He forwarded his hand, she looked at him quizzical while he points towards his hand, "we are pretending to be happy, right?", He told and she nodded holding his hand. He smiled as both walks out.

"Sanskar.... Ragini", swalak stopped infront of their door hand in hand. Ragini and sanskar looked at them and then at each other, "shall we go?", Laksh asked smiling while RagSan nodded. "Shall we biwi?", Asked sanskar forwarding his hand. Ragini smiled, "Yes, pati Dan...." ,she bited her tongue while he gives her a look and smiled ,"jii pati dev jii", she says encircling her hand around his shoulder and walks towards swalak. Four of them smiled at each other as they walks towards the stairs.

The spotlight falls on the couple standing in between the stairs, everyone's clapped along with Gadodia's and Maheshwari's as they stepped down hand in hand royally looking perfect with each other. They took everyone's blessings and greeted them. Swaragini hugged their parents and so as sanlak.

"Where is maa and mom?", Sanskar asked glancing around still holding ragini, "with parineeta", ram replied with a smile ," and, I am happy for that", he told. "I think I should tell mom about it" ,sanskar says smirking," shut up useless", ragini giggled and his head snapped at her. She makes a serious face, "let's greet everyone", she told changing the topic while he nodded. "What's your plan?", He asked leaning on her ears making her heartbeat faster at their closeness. She turned her face ," ummm.... Wo... I was thinking to add something in laksh drink", she said with unsurity in her tone while he looked on dazed as he brings her in the corner, "Are you Mad?", He asked glaring her while ragini shook her head as she glanced at swalak from far, "No! It's the only way", she utters making him frown.

"Oh! Really? And, how come?", He asked sarcastically while she looks at him, "because to make their relationship work they need to express which they aren't. I am sure laksh tried many times to express himself but, Shona didn't listened fearing that she might loose her heart over her mind but, If we make him drunk and he express what's inside his heart I am sure Shona will listen and she will know that he isn't lying because a drunken person can never lie. Maybe she thinks over it again and give him a chance to prove his love", she explained while he stood blinking at her. "You....you", he lack of words while ragini smirks, "I know I am awesome, aren't I?", She asked raising her eyebrows while he frowns, "Not even dream's", he told while she rolls her eyes. "It's not as easy as it seems, Mrs. Maheshwari", he told while she looks on confused, "because, bade papa didn't kept any alcohol in today's party and also if laksh gets drunken and he did something unexpected in the party than I don't know about swara but, one thing will be sure that he'll be out of the house tomorrow and after that you can plan bringing them closer in streets", he utters making her frown, "but....", she was cuts off by him. "After sometime elders will left the party after that you can continue on your plan but, before there is no chance", he told while ragini looks on, "And , how do you know that they'll left?", She asked raising her eyebrows. "Because, I know", he told coldly . "If you know then I know too', she told. "And, what's that?", He asked confused. "That you are a jerk", she told showing her all teeth and left him flaring his nose angrily.

"Congratulations", they smiled uttering ,"thanks". Both glanced at each other as another couple comes greeting and congratulating. Same happened with the other couple. "Please put your hand together for the newly Weds Sanskar. Ragini and Laksh. Swara", uttara says holding mic cladding in purple full length gown. Everyone's clapped as the spotlight falls on the couple's. "Come bhaiyaa and Bhabhi it's time for couple dance" uttara says and the couple looked on dazed. Swara and Laksh glanced at each other and so as RagSan. "No", both the brother utters while everyone looked at them. They plastered a fake smile glancing at them, "I mean Bhabhi is not here and so as our mother's, Soo", laksh trails off while adarsh comes and kept their hands on their shoulders," Who told she isn't here? It was she who told to make you both dance as me and she also danced on our reception", he told and sanlak looks on.

"Now, come on brother's and rock the stage. Keep my prestige", he winked while sanlak forcefully smiled nodding. Adarsh claps joined by other's. Both turned to their respective partner forwarding their hands, they looked at their husbands locking their gaze with each other and slides their hands interwining. They went on centre as the lights goes dim and falls on the both couple's, disco lights flashes as the music starts playing.

(Laksh encircled his hands around her waist while she closed her eyes feeling his touch, she closed her eyes leaning back on her chest while he touch his cheeks with her twirling her around)

( Both keeps their respective down and faced them. Swara and Ragini moves around them keeping their hand on their shoulders and then resting their head on their backs)

(They turns and holds their hands bringing them closer sharing an eyelock, their heartbeats faster as they looked at each other intensly. The boys twirls the girls around make them lean down holding their hand from one and waist from other)

Everyone's clapped wholeheartedly bringing the couple on earth. They moves apart avoiding looking at each other and controlling their thumping heart. They Excused themselves and went in other way. Soon, the elders left and only youngsters were left.

Ragini walked towards her room while their danced flashed in her mind making her cheeks heated up. She inhaled a deep breath entering inside her room and walks towards cupboard. She brings out a small bottle which she brought early.

"Let's concentrate on Shona and Laksh , ragu", she told herself sighing. She clucthed the bottle in her hand as she locked the cupboard and walks out of the room closing the door behind. She walks towards stairs when she felt someone gaze on her, she turned and found no one. She shakes her head as she walks away. A hand with black gloves is shown on pillar.

She walks towards the counter and ordered juice, she stealthily added the alcohol and sighs while she feel nervous. She looks around finding sanskar who was standing in a corner. She took a deep breath before walking towards him. Sanskar gulps the water in one go while sweat beads falls tracing his face. He took out his handkerchief and wipes it, his eyes fall on ragini through the glass bottle who was coming towards him. He turns and ragini abruptly stopped seeing him. She gulps as she release a breath and walks towards him, "umm...this", she forwarded her hand while he looks on confused, "make laksh drink this", she whispers while he looks at her. "You did that?", He asked narrowing his eyes while she nodded still avoiding looking at him. He took the glass from her slightly brushing his hands with her. Both moves back feeling the touch, "do it fast", she told as she moves to other side. He nodded as he glanced around and his eyes fall on laksh.

Swara was taking long breaths calming herself down, she kept her hand on her chest as she rested her head back on the wall, "it was just a Dance swara. A dance", she told herself as she sigh closing her eyes. "It's..... ", She bites her lips as she shook her head, "Calm down. Calm down", she utters. "Shona?", She jerked hearing ragini voice and plastered a fake smile across her face. "Laado", she smiled while ragini walks towards her. "You okay?", Ragini asked concerned while swara nodded. "Why are you not with laksh?", Ragini asked as she thought sanskar might have given him the drink. "I... I just went to fresh n up", swara lied while ragini nodded, "I am just going to him", she told . "Yes! Even i am going to sanskar", ragini told plastering a fake smile and swara did the same nodded. "I'll go then, he must be searching me", swara told and ragini smiled nodding. Swara goes from there while ragini smiled," I hope our plan works", she utters as she goes towards other side and talks with guest.

A person in black hoodie is shown forwarding a bundle of money to a waiter, the waiter took the money and nodded, "your work will be done" , he utters and the person in hoddie nodded and the waiter walks away.

Swara gulps as her eyes went on laksh standing in a corner holding a drink, she looks around and then take small steps towards him. Laksh who felt his heartbeat rising turns and found swara walking towards him hesitating. Swara who found him looking at her already walks towards him faster and stumbled but, holds herself. "You okay?", Laksh asked concerned while swara nodded looking down, "Ragini was asking about you and me that's why I am here" , she told while he nodded. She clears her throat as she started coughing , "Shona", laksh holds her and makes her drink the drink he was holding. Sanskar who was standing in a counter looking at them widen his eyes and he hits his fist on the counter nearby. "Damn", he hissed as his eyes move around to search ragini.

"Excuse me", she utters as she moves away from there and sighs shaking her head. "Mam", she get startled looking at the waiter and calms herself," This is for you", the waiter forwarded the drink bowing a little while ragini looks on confused, "sorry?", She utters. "Sir asked me to give you this", waiter says as his eyes falls on sanskar. Ragini looked at his direction and found sanskar looking around. She looks on confused,"Mam", the waiter interrupted her thoughts as she turns her head at him. He forwarded the glass and she took it hesitated. The waiter bowed infront of her and left while she looks at the glass in her hand and then she turns to look at sanskar. Sanskar who was searching her found her already looking at her, he shakes his head as he sighs her while she raised her hand showing the glass, he rolls her eyes at her as he waved. Ragini twitched her brows in confusion, "this person is surely unpredictable", she utters gulping the drink as she was Thirsty too. "This girl", he muttered under his breath frowning as he turned his head, "let her pay for her flop plan", he muttered getting up and walking away. She keeps the glass on counter and turns to find sanskar but, found him gone.

"If he really hates me then what's with all this?", She muttered as she thought to find him. She was walking towards him when her eyes fell on something on the glass reflection, which the person infront of him holding. Her heartbeat stopped as she looks on dazed. She turned her head and found a person all covered in black going out. She felt uneasiness on her chest as she decided to follow.

"Stop", she shouts stopping the person. "Who are you? And, what are you doing here?", She asked as she took a step forward. "Turn and show me your face", she said again as she took steps forward and stands at his back. She forwarded her hand and keeps it on his shoulder, "Turn", she utters while the hooded person is shown clenching his fist.

Hushhh.... Finally a long chapter after a long time...... It was supposed to be updated yesterday but, what to do nowadays don't know why this electricity becomes a problem and that too in this hot weather 🤧🤧🤧🤧 anyways, sooo how's the chapter???
