There are many episodes, or a handful of episodes from the TV show, entitled, "Private Practice", but in those episode they have cross overs from "Private Practice" and they have chapters from "Grey's Anatomy".

The following episode were:

1.) "Season 2, Episode 16: Ex-life"

2.) "Season 5, Episode 15: You Break My Heart"

In, "Season 2, Episode 16: Ex-life" while Addison, Naomi, and Sam are in Seattle to ask Derek to do surgery on Archer. Derek asks for Addison's help with his pregnant patient. Also, Bailey and Naomi try to figure out what happened to make Sam pass out.

Meanwhile in LA, Cooper, Pete and Violet are all trying to treat and help a woman with postpartum depression, and sleep deprivation.

Then, "Season 5, Episode 15: You Break My Heart". Cooper, Charlotte, Mason all Erica to Seattle to have Amelia and Derek operate on Erica, along with Lexie.

Meanwhile, back in LA, Violet's boyfriend Scott wants to take their relationship to next level, but she is hesitant about it. 

Meanwhile, Addison finds herself caught in the middle of Jake and Sam disagreeing about Jake's pregnant patient, that is conscious. Sam is trying to manipulate Jake's patient's grieving husband to be willing for his wife's heart to go to Sam's patient that needs it. Sam, being manipulating still even tried to persuade Jake, to allow his heart patient to have Jake's patient's heart, by bringing all of his patient's kids in the hospital room with her to get him fell bad and tried to get him to agree into allowing his patient to get Jake's pregnant patient's heart (Sam already thought that he was amazing and awesome already after writing a book and having women fawning over him but him becoming an heart surgeon just made his ego even bigger and made him arrogant, in my opinion. It really bugged me). But, anyway, sorry about my little rant. 

Anyway, my question is. Should I writing chapters for this episodes solely for "Private Practice" one-shots. Or, for the scenes that are in Seattle with Derek and everyone else, should I put in "Grey's Anatomy" one-shots and the scenes in LA, in "Private Practice" one-shots.
