She stood in front of a 20 storey tall building with grey tiles shining brightly reflecting the sunshine and windows with dark blue shades. On the top of the building words were engraved Watson' s Corporation.

It is the company of Mr. John Watson who deals with some kind of chemicals. He is a firm and self disciplined man who had alone established the great tycoon . He has a great interest in science and is a very curious person with an extra ordinary imagination. His interest in science had led him to fund the new scientists and projects which others consider as a mere madness stroke.

Also, he has a son who is considered as smart , cool and so so but his excellence remains in his great curiosity which had been descended from his father. Watson is a self established family who doesn't like to come under arc light. Hence no one knows more about them which makes them a kind of mysterious.

Lia smiled excitedly thinking about what will happen next ? Her sole concern was that secret  project.

Her eyes rolled to the two security guards at the entrance. It seems that they are really doing their work quiet well. She entered the building through the entrance and was amazed by the beauty. It is much beautiful from inside.

White marbles with a tint of blue were reflecting the light to make a blue illusive light inside. The front wall, which has the reception against it, has quotes engraved on it. The stairs are beside the globe which remains as the centre of attraction. It is placed in the middle of the floor and is not like the ordinary globe but it's the Earth one can say from its shape or structure but it's totally dark blue with a darker shade of blue which margins the boundary of the continents.

Everyone present there is dressed in white lab coat and has an Id card hung from their coat's pockets. They seemed busy - and they must be . After all , they are scientists.

Lia slowly went to the reception while processing the words in her mind she has to say to the receptionist. She felt a kind of awkward while asking about the meeting or the appointment. What if Dr.  Kilby had just said it without any intention of doing so ! Or if he had forgot to inform his PA or this receptionist !

My God ! Lia was continuously thinking this when at last she gathered all the guts and whispered Science demands Sacrifice. She knows that it's not a kind of sacrifice but she really needs this.

"Hey ! " She greeted with all the guts she had.

"Hello ma'am . How may I help you  ?" Receptionist greeted her with her persuasive smile.

"May I. ...If you.... I am here to meet Dr.  Kilby . He had told me to come here and meet him at 10. "

"Oh yes. He had informed me that a young lass will come . Please wait here while I call his PA to attend you who will lead you to him ."

Her eyes were wide and a cute smile spread over her face. She was not ready to believe that it's reality. She was pinching her left arm every now and then to make sure that it's not a dream .

"I had informed her. She will be there on the top of the stairs to attend you. " she said after placing the receiver of the telephone on its normal position and pointed towards the stairs beside the globe.

Lia thanked her and rushed towards the stairs. She was in such a hurry like someone has placed chocolate house in front of a four year old child.

When she reached the top of the stairs , she found no one standing there. May be she's late! Lia leaned against the railing while she was wandering her eyes to see something interesting , it was then her eyes rolled to a blue door. She was getting bored there so she decided to have a look of the room. Hope that no one will mind !

She tip toed to the door, held the knob,  opened it and silently turned the knob to close it. She turned back to notice what's inside the room. Everywhere machines , computers were open and most weird - no one is there. Computers screen are showing some sort of data, mostly complexed.  Weird , no one is here and still computers are open. Careless! She thought .

She was about to leave the room when her attention was drawn by a computer showing some sort of photographs.

She went there and searched some of the photographs. Her hand freezed when she clicked on one of the photographs. Her eyes widened with tears filled which blurred her vision . She rubbed her eyes and focused on the picture when she realised that it's actually his photograph. She murmured babbling which described all her pain "Bro"

She was froze as a statue , her heart ached when she saw her brother's photo who was last month considered as dead.
