I figured I'd use this opportunity to also complete the #GifMeUpScotty challenge I was tagged in by zuko_42 :D

What I did: 
I started out with a simple starry sky texture that I use as a base for quite a few of my graphics [ :3 ] and then I went about adding layers and blending them together, like the sky/clouds [fiddled with the blending/overlay] and then a stock image of a stormy ocean [fiddlied with hue/saturation]. After that I added a pic of a castle/royal-ish looking area and erased a bit of the top to make it kinda glowy from the moon which I addded shortly after and then came the model. I cut her out and made her small so as to fit her in like this little circle of water -- God, don't even get me started on that, it took forever to manip the water and I'm kinda happy with how it turned out in the end. Fiddled with some more hue there and then erased the model's dress and gave her nicer looking hair [i think]. FINALLY, I added the text and a border, did some shiz to make it bevelled, a bit more of some dark overlay with a smooth brush and a PSD  :D
