Inner Circle

Inner Circle also known as I.C or Snakes is an Ultranationalist private military Company founded unknown by Vladimir Makarov in April 6th 2019, they were the Terrorist Organization as in unknown year, Inner Circle changed as PMC.

The Snakes employed Human operators, humans, and Robot Units in sponsor of Coalescences were captured. 

Their motto used after Konni Group: "Precision and Accuracy" ["точность и аккуратность"]

History:

After the Konni Group disband in unknown year, the Inner Circle as Terrorist organization now organized as Private Military Company in 2030 after the First Beilan Island Incident, led by Vladimir Makarov's son, Ivan Makarov who is eighteen years old, a current Russian Army as Bolshevik  General, as Soviet General but as General/Commander of Inner Circle who participate on eliminating the remnants of Russian Ultranationalist in Arctic Circle and interest with Whilhelm of his great grandfather who work on Nova 6.

After they captured FTac Recon, they put on the test with Nova 6 as a Doll to implanted translation code numbers broadcast. 

Following the war ended in post war in 2051, FTac Recon and Kastov 762 killed him by hanging him off on the water but unaware, TF-161 arrested them put him in Gulag in Kastovia as many members of Inner Circles, including Norman Petrovich and Paul Estoni joined Snakes to plan for Ivan's return.

In late 2067, Inner circles occupied an abandoned underground bunker complex located in 279B Verkhovnoi Rady Boulevard, Ploshad 4. The complex was once part of the defense research division of the NSU and was used in Nova 6. Using the data from the DRD, Snakes studied the effect of Nova 6 chemical agents, subsequently leading to the irradiation of the area at the surface. Following their success, I.C built the Defense Research Center and Building 45 within Europe, a large research facility used by the group to continue studying the cure of ELID disease and effects on human subject.

Stealing American Missile

On August 12th 2067, Inner Circles contractor working intercepted an American military-affiliated convoy in Urzikstan. working intercepted an American military-affiliated convoy in Donald Shepherd despite they were not respond to Soviet International Military Cooperation Bureau, American would understand their action they deserve, they carried out by Jake Graves's Shadow Company, his father PMC aimed at delivering three ballistic missiles to American only allies fighting URNC in the Middle East.

I.C ambushed  the convoy, eliminating all of the Shadow Company contractors before stealing the three missiles. Upon learning about the nature of the operation through hijacked Shadow Company communications, Russian gave the missiles to Malik Al Asad, who was planning on directly attacking the United States because US can't live in the New World due to prior to WW3 in retaliation for their role in the death of General one month Prior.

Conflict with Shadow Company.

Following the revolt Japanese workers on Ashika island, the only living island doesn't affect the ELID, Inner Circles n the island would be targeted and ousted by Shadow Company's forces who had learned about their activities. From the documents on the island, Shadow Company learned about Snakes' experiments and the existence of Building 45  and assaulted it, forcing I.C. to defend the building and lose control over it.

In 2067, led by their explosive expert, Inner Circles later returned to Ashika Island and continued to clash with Shadow Company contractors stationed there over control of the island.

Vondel Incident

72 Hours after possible threat of Chemical attack on the Vondel in Netherlands, the last stronghold city was reported, Snakes, dubbed the Peacekeepers were tasked by Celenike Gustov, a NSU now as URNC real-estate magnate residing in the city, to secure the city and prevent the attack from happening. Members of Shadow Company rather than URNC Non-Military Administration PMCs after the URNC formation, in America, largest ones, Shadow Company and G.H.O.S.T the last world dominated PMCs were immune to URNC provision also infiltrated the city and engaged with the Inner Circles as they were looking for a specific individual for unknown reasons. CIA Station Chief Maxwell McKnight, working with the URNC Non-Military Administration later uncovered evidenced revealing the Peacekeepers' true identity as well as evidence tying Inner Circle and the chemical attack to the Koschei Complex.

War in Verdansk

Launching Operation, Shadow Company attacked URNC and retrieved their eight Missile containers and commandeered them to destroyed the Mount Yamatau, exposing Inner Circle's new entrance to the Complex. Snakes attempted to defend their stockpile of manufactured chemical weapons, receiving intermittent transmissions on burner phones from their commander.

Unbeknownst to Shadow Company, I.C members Paul Estoni and Norman Petrovich, disguised  as Shadow Company contractors, managed to infiltrate one of their VTOL killing every Shadow Company contractor on board and repossessing the Chemical Agents inside later informing Commander/General Ivan Makarov of their success while he was in Gulag.

Ivan Makarov's Return

On November 10th, 2068, Inner Circle contractors raided the Zordaya Prison Complex to break Ivan Makarov out. Despite suffering some casualities, the operation succeeded as Ivan Makarov was freed and returned to lead Inner Circles. With Khristenko, Whilehm, and David Archer were dead, Ivan Makarov was the last stand of Dima Chernov's victims of the five men.
