Alright, this submission comes from You-You-You again, and she asks:
Hey George! School is starting soon and I'm getting real nervous, any advice on how to stay awake in class?
I haven't been to school in a long time, and I've never really liked school, but I remember my mum and dad telling me this and Olivia and I told this to Dhani; 1st, make sure to start going to bed early a week before school starts, so that you have a good nights rest for when school starts, which will make you less likely to fall asleep in class.
2nd, you want to eat a good balanced breakfast. You might not think about it, but a good, healthy breakfast helps kids be more attentive in class. You want to aim to have a grain, a fruit, a dairy, and a protein. When I went to school, I usually had pancakes, a cup of yoghurt, a cup of orange juice, and a hard boiled egg.
Lastly, if all else fails, drink a cup of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. Some teas have caffeine and coffee and hot chocolate for sure have caffeine, and it will help you stay awake, or have the opposite effect.
