as the girl picked up her phone to accept the random call she got from her friend making her a little confused, "hello..?"

there was silence until the other finally replied,

"hey seoyeon, is this a bad time to call you?" as they usually text, they haven't called each other for awhile maybe since the whole kihyun and groupchat thing.
making it be a clear concern crossed seoyeon's mind.

"no no not at all! what's up, are you okay?" asking in a genuine tone.

"yeah i'm okay" he paused for a moment, "i just wanted to talk about this girl"

she was kind of stunned, shownu never mentioned a girl ever, besides all of us, his girl friends.

"oh, THE sohn hyunwoo wants to talk about a girllll" seoyeon laughs a little, teasing him obviously, "but of course, who's the lucky lady?"

"i won't say her name but she's really funny with her smart ass remarks, clumsy, and always has something dum-" as shownu was saying until he got cut off from a gasp on the other line,

"IS IT AERI??" literally almost damaging his eardrums from the yell of the other. "i knew it i knew it"

"wait how did you know what??" he said questioning, which was pretty dumb of him since the answer was obvious.

"boy you think the signs weren't obvious? i just didn't say anything cause i knew you'd deny it until you manned up to admit it" she said as serious-jokingly response.

"did you just call me a wimp without ACTUALLY saying it?" shownu replied in a 'offended' way.

"aye i never said it, but you can be i was for real waiting for you to finally notice it" sighing,

"well, she already likes someone so it doesn't really matter. i just wanted to talk to someone about it" he said in a sigh. (stupid mf)

"bye you're done" she says, "you guys are so oblivious i swear to the lord"

"i'll make a deal with you"

"if you tell aeri you like her, me and kihyun will finally act like an actual couple in front of you too" to be honest, she didn't know what else she could agree on so she said whatever.

"what makes you think that's a good enough deal for me to tell her my feelings" he replied, that definitely was not the answer she was looking for.

"you guys can stop going through our phones and take them yourself" she felt like she was going to regret all this part by the end of the day.
