Such young love but,

I woke up from a dream that wasn't really a dream. What it was exactly, I couldn't say. But something in me knew for a fact that it was much more than simply a dream.

I got out of bed and, while I was getting ready, tried to place what the "dream" was. The main part of the dream was a person, and if I could just remember who it was, I'm sure everything else would fall into place.

He - I had a strong feeling that the person was a male - had a bandana on. He had sandy blonde hair and a black sweater on. I remember that I couldn't read the words...

And then it hit me, just as I thought it would.

It was the day Kim Taehyung joined our school, about 4 years ago. Kim Taehyung... The silly, friendly and popular transfer.

He quickly gained popularity because he was so likeable. He was great to be around, and he could make you laugh in a few seconds.

I still remember the day that my eomma died. I didn't want to move, to live in fact, but appa told me that I should make her proud, and be strong for her. So as much as it hurt, I made eomma proud and went to school.

I went to school, and as soon as someone asked me what was wrong, I broke into tears. I ran to an empty hallway and sat in the darkest corner I could find and just cried.

Taehyung happened to walk by and saw me, sobbing silently and wiping my eyes with my sleeve. He grabbed my hand, pulled me up, and just hugged me.

I cried into his shoulder for hours, not even caring that I barely knew the boy, as he just whispered words of solace to me.

I sighed as I felt the nostalgia welling up inside me. I put on a coat and stepped out of my now lonesome apartment and went to work.
