Wind Archer fell to his knees as he was terribly wounded from a attack, he looks at Fire Spirit cookie with great worry as Fire Spirit cookies flames was slowly dimming, as the flames were slowly fading away, Wind Archer struggled to approach as he uses the last bit of his strength to crawl over to Fire Spirit and hold him in his arms, he tries to gently shook Fire Spirit to wake him up not noticing his own hands trembling.

Wind Archer: Fire Spirit cookie...! Please wake up...! Your flames... What has happened to them...? Your flames are fading out...! Please answer me!
Fire Spirit: argh... Sorry Windy... I guess my flames wasn't enough to end this battle... And to think the dragon's bead cracked too...

Wind Archer looks at Fire Spirit cookies staff as the bead implanted on it was indeed cracked, it's light was dimming and the bead was slowly growing cold, Wind Archer doesn't know what to do as he does not have enough strength left to stand... Fire Spirit let's put a weak chuckle as he holds Wind Archer cookies hand weakly with a bittersweet smile

Fire Spirit: sorry Wind Archer... If only this were any other day I would be thrilled to spend some time with you today... But I guess today is going to be my last day... Hehe... At least I won't burned down to forest anymore... Am I right...?
Wind Archer: I'm sorry... I wasn't strong enough to protect the forest... I wasn't strong enough to protect you...

Fire Spirit cookies smile faded as he slowly closed his eyes, Wind Archer was powerless to do anything else as he too fainted and soon both cookies were to vanish from this world, one fated to turn into the cold wind and a pile of leaves while the other turned into ash, the last thing they could only do together is fade away from the world holding each other's hands...

Fire Spirit was knocked into a tree by a powerful attacked, he tries to stand up straight and grunted, wiping off the dust from his face, he saw Wind Archer coming his way and then shoot a arrow directly behind him, hitting a enemy target straight in the head, purifying it, Fire Spirit smirks as they both stand back to back, covering each other.

Fire Spirit: heh... Took you long enough to show up
Wind Archer: apologies... I was welcomed by very warmed guest... I expected someone else to give me a warm welcome
Fire Spirit: ehhh yeah sorry about that, we can do whatever once we finished this! Cover me!
Wind Archer: I never thought you would need protection

They both fought together side by side blocking off attacks while sending attacks to the enemies on every direction, they eventually split apart from each other and took the enemies head on, everything was going smoothly as Fire Spirit wipes all the enemies away in the sea of flames until he heard the sound of impaling from behind him, he quickly turns around to see Wind Archer was impaled by a sword smeared with crimson poison, he quickly flies over to Wind Archer and wanted to take the sword out but Wind Archer stopped him as the red poison was coming out of his mouth.

Wind Archer: no don't! You'll only make it worse!
Fire Spirit: then the hell am I supposed to do?! Your bleeding!
Wind Archer: I'll be fine! Just... Argh keep going! We can finish them off if we keep going now...!
Fire Spirit: Wind your gem!
Wind Archer: h-huh...?

Wind Archer looks at the gem on his forehead as he sees it starts to glow bright purple, he can feel cracks forming up on his dough, he panics as he could feel the corruption energy growing inside of him.

Fire Spirit: crap- what do we do?! Are you turning into that Night Raven guy again?! What should we do?!
Wind Archer: *cough* Fire Spirit cookie... Argh I need you... To kill me...
Fire Spirit: what?! Are you insane?! No I'm not going to kill you!!
Wind Archer: it's the only way! Night Raven will only bring darkness to the forest and this world...! I cannot allow that to happen...! You have to kill me...
Fire Spirit: no... No! There has to be other ways! Your arrows! They purify stuff right? I can just hit you with your arrows!
Wind Archer: it won't work... My arrows can purify others but it has no effect on me... You're only solution is to-
Fire Spirit: but I don't want to!! What am I gonna do once you're gone huh?! What is the entire forest going to do?! Millennial tree won't have anybody to protect him! Sugar swan won't have anybody purifying those stupid spirits roaming the forest! What are we supposed to do when you disappear?!
Wind Archer: ... I'm sorry...
Fire Spirit: please... Don't joke with me like this... There has to be another way...
Wind Archer: no matter how hard we try... Night Raven will still remain... The only way to get rid of him is to get rid of me...
Fire Spirit: but I can't... I can't lose you like this... I-i...

Fire Spirit looks at the weapon in his hand shaking as he struggles to thinker out what to do, he didn't want to go through with this plan but is it really the only way to be rid of Night Raven and his terrors...? Wind Archer was helplessly watching Fire Spirit falling into a spiral as he was too hesitant to do it so in a final attempt, he grabs Fire Spirit cookies hand gently, snapping him out of his thoughts and leans forward to give him one last kiss as he force Fire Spirits hand to use the weapon to stabbed him, Fire Spirit was shocked and froze at it happened, he could feel tears of lavas falling from his eyes as his hand slowly let's go of the weapon and Wind Archer cookies body fell to the ground, Wind Archer cookie closes his eyes as he slowly dissipates into a pile of leaves and was blown away by a gust of wind.
