T he finger-pointing is simple. Without even waiting to hear their justifications.
D id you ever consider?
H ow much responsibility could you accept?
N obody's aware.
H ow much you wept each night as you tried to understand your thoughts every day.

A nd the only way to protect oneself from it is to pray and hope.
Y ou are clinging to it as your sole strength.
R egardless of how crazy the world may be, Your faith is the only thing you can ever do.

T herefore, why repeat the past?
W hen all it did was involve your trauma? You aren't that immune.
Y our emotions are unique to you. It may have been happiness or sadness, or any other emotion you're experiencing right now.
S imply attempt to live.

A re you unaware?
T hat you've spent so much time trapped in your own fears?
L et's move on from it.
A void making things more difficult for yourself.
Y ou must give it up.
E very little bit of the suffering.
S imply let it go.

B eing stuck and going through everything again, hinders your ability to move on.
I f you start treating yourself with kindness, your life will be easier.
A llow it to happen.
A llow it to drop like the waves, removing all the seashells that have been in the water for too long.
A llow the air to flow freely without being blocked by pollutants. Allow it to breathe as the air moves at its own speed.

S imilar to the cells that have been repairing you.
I t all begins with you.
I t feels like you're taking a step backwards, a step in the middle, and then a step back where you started. Simply move your feet.
R egardless of the number of obstacles you may face, life continues on.

W e have a long way to go.
Y ou must thus have faith in yourself. Remind yourself that you're not alone. God is constantly at your side. He hears and understands.
