ADHYAY POV

Adhyay looks at his mom through the rear mirror, who is very happy today, then looks at his grandfather who is humming a very old song of his era.

But he doesn't pay much attention to anything and quietly concentrates on his driving, his grandfather who is sitting on the seat next to him is constantly watching his face while humming the song with his teasing eyes.

PYAAR HUA IKRAR HUA HAI, PYAR SE PHIR KYU DARTA HAI...

Adhyay takes a look toward him then ignores him royally and starts focusing only on his driving and thinking.

I know quite well that there is game planning by someone .... not someone by that idiot Raunak ..... I am just going there to find out what these people have planned for me ..... I know .... Marriage .... Marriage ..... and only marriage ..... even after my refusal they are not going to stop their search for my perfect partner ..... wow but a college girl, come on man ..... I don't want a small little girl in my life..."

AUTHOR'S POV

Adhyay stops his car in front of Rithika's College with a jolt, due to that sudden break the whole family comes forward from their seats with that jerk. Ram looks at him angrily and says.

"Ye kya badtameezi hai, Is tarah se kaise gadi rokhi hai aapane."
(What the hell is that? How did you stop the car like this?)

"Family picnic mein nikalne ki vajah se humare mood mein kuchh jyada hi Masti aa gai thi..... I apologize."
(I had a lot of fun in my mood due to going to the family picnic.)

He was lost in his thoughts that's why he did not pay attention to that he stopped his car with a sudden break, which is not good for anyone now he is getting frustrated with himself so he gets out of the car and stands there leaning on the car, all the family members come out one by one and fix their clothes and hair properly as anything didn't bother them today.

Ranjan starts running his eyes here to there so that he can find Raunak but he cannot see him anywhere. That's when his phone starts ringing. It's a call from Raunak.

A very wide smile comes on his face, Adhyay also notices the smile on his face, he raises his eyebrow and tries to look at his mobile screen.

Ranjan looks at Adhyay who is looking at him with his narrow eyes, his arms folded across the chest, his biceps seem like they want to tear his shirt and want to come out, he says to Adhyay.

"Try to smile, maybe people start loving you instead of fear of you.... I come back in a minute, this is a very important call...."

Ranjan stands a short distance from them and quickly picks up his phone and from the other side, Raunak starts shouting.

"I told you that my sister-in-law teaches in Rithika's college .... And you can send your son here by any means .... Main abhi sirf dulhe ko bhejne ke liye kaha tha yeh thodi na kaha tha ki puri barat lekar aa jaaiye."
( I just told you that send the groom here, I didn't say that to bring the whole procession).

"No one is convinced about this boy at all, he is not ready to tell us anything .... So we thought, Why don't we come here and ask the girl what is the matter between you two?"

"What .... are you serious ... mujhe pura yakeen ho chuka hai ki aap kabhi bhi iss ladke Ka Ghar nahin busne nhi doge
(I am sure that you will never settle down this boy.)"

"Bakwas karna band karo aur yeh batao ki meri Bahu kahan hai (stop talking nonsense and tell me where is my daughter in law) your badi Mumma get even more excited to do something to introduce her to her daughter-in-law.... "

Adhyay also moves toward his father with slow steps, he knows that he must cook something with Raunak.

As soon as he reaches his father he immediately snatches the phone from his hand and without speaking a word he puts the phone in his ear.

"Your daughter-in-law is just about to come out in a while. I have found out everything today. She has to go home early from college so she will leave during lunch break."

Adhyay looks at his father who has gone already from there because of his anger, he tries to suppress his anger and speak while clenching his jaw tightly.

"Tum bus hamare samne aa jao fir hum tumhen batate Hain ki tumhara Kitna kuchh break hone wala hai
(you just come in front of me then I will tell you how much you're going to break.)."

For a few moments are deep silence on both side then Raunak again says.

"Adu ... mere bhai (my brother) ...listen .... Oh god .... Turn around and look bhabhi is coming."

"Bhabhi .... What the hell ... "

Adhyay turns around as he listens to Raunak, Shravya is walking down from the stairs in slow steps, handling piles of books and moving forward with a pretty smile on her face.

"Shravya.... "

He still has his phone in his ear so that Raunak can hear him very easily.

"Kitni Mohabbat ke sath mein tumne bhabhi ka naam Apne muh se liya hai bus isi Mohabbat ke sath unke samne pahunch jao wih turant tumhe apni bahon mein le lengi."

"Raunak I will kill you just come in front of me..... and clear this mess."

From the other side only the sound of a beep came, he again looked at her, then his gaze turned on his sister who was approaching Shravya and telling her something.

Shravya looks at his family and then starts getting closer to those with Rithika, and Adhyay also immediately comes close to his family and says to his mother.

" Mom, will you please stop your drama .."

"Golu tumhen to main Ghar chalkar bataungi tum aakhir apne aap ko samajhte kya ho(Golu I will see you you are at home what do you think of yourself), I came here to meet my daughter-in-law and I will definitely meet her today. Do you understand that and more importantly..... you are talking to your mom, so behave yourself."

"Listen, mom, you guys thinking too much, there is nothing is like that, please listen to me and go from here don't involve her in your stupid mess.."

That's when both Rithika and Shravya come close to them. Rithika smiles and starts introducing Shravya to everyone in her family except Adhyay.

"This is my beautiful family and she is my Shravya ma'am.. "

Shravya smiles and bends down to touch the feet of the elders of her family, and Adhyay immediately puts his hand on his face and looks at her with amazement.

When Raunak comes from behind and stands with his hand on Adhyay's neck tells him softly in his ear.

"Bahut hi sanskari Bahu hai...
( very cultured daughter-in-law)."

Adhyay hit his elbow on his stomach and looked at him with his anger-filled eyes, Raunak immediately raises his hand and left from there. Revathi takes Shravya's hand in her both hands and says.

"Beta ....You are very beautiful, where do you live and what do your parents do ... ?"

Shravya gives them a very faint smile everybody can easily understand that something is wrong and she says.

"I live with my Tayya sa's (father's elder brother) family, my parents have passed away in a car accident.

Adhyay immediately looks at her, his expression softens after hearing this, but still, he was very angry with his family, Ranjan came forward towards her and put his hand on her head, and said.

"Don't worry beta we are also like your family ...."

After hearing his father, Adhyay clears his throat and says loudly.

"Rithika we bring your lunch because you don't like canteen food."

"What .... "

This is Shravya's voice, and for the first time Adhyay and Shravya look at each other for a few seconds then Shravya turns her gaze towards Rithika and says.

"But she loved canteen food.... She always eats pizza and burgers in the canteen."

Adhyay looks at his mother who is diverting her attention towards the opposite side of him and doesn't want to look at her angry bird.

Ram immediately comes forward and tries to stop this topic, so he puts his hand on Shravya's head and asks her very lovingly.

"Who is your tayya Ji, what is his good name?"

"Mr. Manohar Singh.... excuse me I have to go now because I have some important work at home .... please if you don't mind ..... can I go?"

Ram smiles and pats her head and says smilingly.

" Why not beta .... Soon we will meet again .."

Shravya smiles immediately and without understanding what he means she says.

" Sure, why not .... "

Adhyay rolls his eyes and says very loudly while the emphasis on his every word

"CAN... WE .... MOVE ... NOW."

Shravya, who is about to go, stops after hearing the word MOVE. She turned her eyes toward him but his back was facing her. She shakes her head lightly and goes from there.

Adhyay also turns back to look at her, her back facing him. Ram comes close to him and pats him on his back and says.

"Don't worry, we will meet her very soon."

Adhyay looks at him with his expressionless face and without saying a word from his mouth, he immediately sits in his car, all members of the Thakur family smile at each other, and one by one they sit in the car.
