Chapter 52:
     One year later

The snow of December continues to fall gently and slowly from the night dark sky filling the road and cars, colouring them white. Everyone was having fun, with families and friends, inside a warm and cozy house of theirs or outside partying in a club, Christmas was coming and they couldn't get more happy.

The mansion of Rob's is glittering, the decoration made so elegantly and beautiful. Light shone from outside but once the door was opened, laughter's and chatters could be heard. The exterior so beautiful but the inside was fabulous. The grand stairs were polished new and the marbles were sparkling along the chandelier that was hung above.

Everyone sat at the dinning table,no space left on the expectations of two, two chairs were empty leaving a space on the big circle.

Ashton stood by the grand stair, staring at the big photo framed on the wall, a person would see it involuntarily as they get in, right when entering the mansion. It was a girl, lady by the way, it was late to say girl as she was young enough, with a raven black hair and big green eyes. The way she stood made it obvious that she didn't know she was taking a pic, half her body was only at view and her wide toothy smile gave her beauty and grace.

Ashton smiled, pulling a hand out of his pocket where it was located and raised it to the frame, touching the glass that prevented him from touching her, After all there was a big barrier between them now, he then touched her lips, or the pictures lip  then her cheeks before resting his forehead at it.

"I wish you were here, ky!" He whispered more to himself than anyone, pain was visible in his voice and anyone who hear him would totally know his broken heart was mended yet, "Or I was there!"

"Ashton!" From hearing his name being called, Ashton quickly wiped the tear that betrayed his eyes,before turning.

Masking the pain with a wide smile didn't help as the person who called him had the same pain he was suffering from and knew what true eyes would know.

"Noah!" Ashton smile again, "Why aren't you at the table"

"The same reason you are not there." Noah's hair was now coloured with a shade of dark red.

Noah had suffered a lot, just like everyone here but his was more than just suffering, even more than Ashton. He lost a person he called Mom, a person who was as a friend, adviser, protector and his both parents, for his mom and dad was Kylie. Now he had no one, nothing mattered to him except Liam a piece of her. Ashton's family kept Noah close, he was secretly grateful for that but it wasn't the same and it won't be too.

Noah now has taken Kylie's spot as a ruthless CEO of the Rob's company, he was known to be cruel and unmerciful even more than Kylie, he was never seen smiling and work was always work for him. Hayden promised to keep loyal and faithful bodyguard for Noah,he was also a friend,Hayden wanted to continue his payment to Kylie by protecting what was hers and he was doing a great job.

"I still can't believe she's gone!" Ashton exposed his true self.

Noah took a look at his mom from the picture, smiling, he thought she was beautiful.

"Me too." He then answered, "But she's not gone Ash, I am sure if she was here she would tell me how grandma was here with us and unless we forget her grandma was always with us!"

"No one could forget a sinager Noah!" Ashton try lifting the mood which worked when Noah chuckle smiling, it was sincere smile since his dimples pope out and his eyes glisten.

Indeed, The dead can't be dead unless he was forgotten!

And Kylie wasn't one to be forgotten!

"Let's go before Liam scatters the plates-" Ashton was interrupted when Noah gave him a hug speaking.

"I know you miss her Ash just like we all do!"

The dinning room was then opened, the people there were in view of Ashton and Noah laughing to each other as they got in, taking their place beside Liam, Noah on the right of Liam while Ashton on the left.

Liam was now adapted to growing with his dad and uncle, with Astree on his tail. He had lots of photos hidden under his closet, of his mom who he was told will watch him from above. Kay and Jack were across him, they were a great friend of his,since they were Daredevils, Aki on the other hand who was engaged to a handsome man sat between Evans and Noah.

It was a big family, with Ashton's parents and Noah's family of friends the table was complete. But still a chair on the top of the table was blank, it was Kylie's chair and it would always stay that way!

Another mansion had Julian and his girlfriend, seated on a sofa enjoying a horror movie which his girlfriend insisted on. A pop corn in hand and lips tangled together, they were so much in love and the reporters made sure to notice that. Julian still loved Kylie, he loved her like he did to no one else and she would always be in his heart, she was engraved there and his girlfriend didn't mind. Julian loved her too!

Hayden and Amelia were partying out of country, at New York where their friends of collage were found. They've been together for about 8 month and Hayden was about to propose to her today in front of all his friends. He couldn't wait to make her his.

Lastly Adina who was now with her Mom and grandma, she worked a job as a secretary and painting was now done only when she had free time which was close to almost none. No one heard from her and even though they forgave her it was hard to keep her close.

True, Kylie Rob was dead, she was engulfed by the graves darkness that swallowed her before a year and six month, but she was alive. The one love her families shared kept her alive, kept her fighting. She had a tough life, a life no one deserved but her head was kept high. She was a flower more like a begonia so strong and fearless, Like a flower but also like a Lioness!

Kylie was truly happy in Ashton's, her one and only, her Romeo and her Jack, but faith had another plan for her and she was meant to go through it.

No matter how much you try, none was able to change one's faith! And dying would be everyone's faith, as the time comes soil was our home, and that was where we end!

The love of the two was quiet confusing, it sure was hide and seek. But then at the end of the game when they found each other again, twist were locked in between. The love they had for each other wasn't that of Romeo's and Juliet's, Jack's and Rosie's but at least it was something one wished to feel once in a lifetime, indeed it was hard. Love wasn't as simple as we now believe is, it needs something much of everything. Pain, faith, trust, happiness and sometimes it might get hard to hold on onto that one love but at the end it would be all worth it.

And maybe that was why Ashton held onto a dead soul, he wasn't going to move on and he knew it, it would be hard and he had a pure knowledge of that, but he wanted to hold on for he loved her.

Pleasure and pain were what build Love and Ashton was passing through the pain.

What Ashton and Kylie had was beauty. And they were the unmatched beauty!

I really can't believe another story of mine came to an end! I know most of you aren't happy with the ending but that was supposed to happen for not every story is happy! Sometimes the stark should also be written and this time it was that of Ashton's and Kylie's story!!
