Burr: What's an Iris-message? Why can't we use $10 bills?

Jefferson: We can only use coins. It would be nice to destroy those bills though, and put my face on the new ones instead of Alexander's...

Burr: *throws quarters at the rainbows on the walls* How come it's not working, Jeffie?
