After the cake cutting ceremony, Anamika is setting the dinner for the children. She eyes them and finds all the kids busy in playing. Vineet reaches up to her for some water. She gives him a glass of water and starts setting plates on the dining table. His words leave her surprised. She looks at him and he smiles at her.

"You heard it right." he says.

Anamika smiles.

"I'm glad aap aaye. Varna mujhe laga tha ki mujhe Ansh ko alag se samjhana padega." Anamika says.

"Ansh bahut pyara bachcha hai." Vineet says gazing at both the boys.

Anamika smiles. He looks at her

"Thanks for inviting me,Anamika. Otherwise I would have lost these golden memories." he says.

"Maine wahi kiya, jo mujhe sahi laga. I know ki aap sad hain, par aapke dukhi hone se Ruhanaji ko bhi takleef hogi. Toh aap khush raha kijiye." Anamika says.

Vineet looks  at her, she smiles meaningfully.

"life partner ke door hone ka dukh main samajhti hoon Vineet ji. Lekin hume aaj mein khush rehna chahiye. Aur aapke paas toh wajah bhi hai. Saransh hai na, aur aapki behen. Wo bhi toh aapki fikar karti hai" Anamika says.

Vineet stays quiet, he knows she's right. Angel worries for him and so she wants him to remarry, but he can't forget Ruhana. Anamika smiles at his silence.

"Main ye nahi kehti aap Ruhanaji ko bhul jayen, main bas ye chahti hoon ki aap nayi shuruaat karen. Aur aapke paas toh wajah bhi hai. Sochiyega zaroor." Anamika finishes her statement and moves into the kitchen.

Vineet is left in thoughts until Ansh and Saransh pull him to play. Anamika comes out of the kitchen and smiles at the scenario in front of her.  She knows she has done right. Her son is happy after knowing that Vineet will come to his birthday party. And today, Vineet is also smiling. Maybe, he is internally happy.

Anamika stares at him for some good seconds. She finds Ansh and Saransh running around him and he looks happy. He isn't a gloomy soul anymore. Or maybe, it's the kids' effect. Maybe the latter. She shushes herself and calls everyone for dinner.

The kids come running towards her and sit on the dining table. She starts serving food to them. To her utter surprise, Vineet starts helping her. The kids are giggling  and talking and Vineet is also a part of it, at times, when either Ansh or Saransh call him. The party ends on a happy note. The kids' parents came to pick them up, and only Vineet and Saransh are left.

"thank you uncle, aane ke liye." Ansh says as he hugged him and put his hands around his waist.

"aapne aur aapki mumma ne bulaya tha toh kaise nahi aate hum." Vineet says as he kisses the boy on his head.

"yayy! Mujhe bahut maza aaya. Aap aaoge na firse, Ansh se milne?" ansh asks hopefully.

" Haan. Jab hamara dost hume yaad karega, tab hum aayenge." Vineet says as he bent down to Ansh's level.

Ansh kisses him on both the cheeks..

"thank you. Ansh aapka wait karega fir." he says.

Vineet laughs and promises to meet him. And then he leaves along with Saransh, thanking Anamika. She watches them until he vanishes from her eyes. Then she hears Ansh calling her. She locks the door of her apartment, and turns to find Ansh opening his gifts. He forwards a pack, it's Vineet's gift. Anamika opens the gift and Ansh is surprised to see an automatic toy car.

"Wow! Ansh ko yehi chahiye tha."the little boy chuckles and starts playing with it.

Anamika keeps everything at their place, in Ansh's playroom. She looks at Ansh, he is happy.

" Zoom! Mumma hato, nahi toh accident ho jayega. " Ansh shouts.

Anamika laughs, he is happily playing and she came in between the way of his car.

"chalo bas bahut hua game. Ab so jao." anamika says.

Ansh happily moves to the bedroom, and jumps on the bed. Anamika makes him change his clothes and she herself changes into a night dress. Anamika smiles and climbes on the bed. Ansh snuggles closer to her.

"Aapko pata hai, Vineet uncle ne Ansh ke sath bahut sare game khele. Aur unhone chocolates bhi diya mujhe." Ansh says.

"aww, achi baat hai na. Lekin Ansh ko zyada chocolates nahi khana hai, hai na?" Anamika says.

"Ansh, mumma ki sari baat maanta hai." the little boy says.

Anamika kisses his head and made him lie on the bed. Ansh looks at her.

"Agar Ansh ke papa hote, toh wo Vineet uncle jaise hote na. Wo ansh ke liye roz naye gifts laate. Hai na mumma!" Ansh says innocently.

Anamika is shocked at his words, but she knows her son lacks the love of a father, and Vineet is fulfilling the void. He came here for Ansh. She shushes him and puts him to sleep, and she herself is lost in thoughts.

On the other hand, Vineet drops Saransh at his home and moves back to his home. It's empty, he knows that there's no one to welcome him, yet he wants to stay alone. He changes into his casuals and takes out a chocolate bar from the fridge. It's the dark chocolate, Ruhana's favorite. He moves into the bedroom and stands by her portrait. There's a wall in the room dedicated to their pictures. Today, he celebrated his birthday along with Ansh, and felt a void filling. He picks up Ruhana's picture, and engulfs himself in a silent talk with her soul, hugging her picture.
