One month later

Emerald dropped a package of matches in front of Rara. "Can I ask you something?"

Rara nodded. "Yeah."

"I found these is Rarity's old bag. It was close to Starlight's old house."

"Okay?"

Mera sighed. "But she's dead. How could Rarity just leave her bag there? It doesn't make any sense!"

"Why are you asking me about Rarity? I didn't even know the girl." Rara bit her lip. "But you know Sour Sweet very well. I have a few questions about her."

"Like what?"

Rara looked down. "Why is she so sketchy? She's never around, and you must know what she's doing. I used to be friends with her when I went to Crystal Prep. She was so nice then. So, what gives?"

Mera stood up. "I can't do this. If she wants you to know, she'll tell you."

"Tell me what?"

The air was thick with tension. Neither of them said a word.

"I killed Starlight."

They both turned. Mera pointed at the door. "Don't do this. You don't need to tell anyone."

Sour Sweet sighed. "Yes I do. They need to know everything." She glanced at Rara. "At least, I need to tell her." The Shadowbolt sat down by Mera.

Rara nodded. "Tell me."

"I knew that we needed more answers, so I made a deal with A: I would stay quiet, and help him, if he trusted me enough to show me his face." She stared at the floor. "Then he told me I had to start the fire. Apparently, Starlight did something that he didn't like, so he wanted to get rid of her."

"Wait. So Starlight is was working for him?"

Sour Sweet nodded. "But I don't know why."

Mera glared at Rara. "She's not telling you anything else. Out already know everything you need to."

"We have to tell the other girls!" Rara exclaimed.

Sour Sweet nodded. "I'm ready. But first, I need to tell you who's working with A." She leaned close to Rara's ear.

Sonata cried as she dried a knife. It slipped out of her hand, and cut her leg open. She watched blood roll down her leg.

Adagio walked in the kitchen. She gasped, and picked up the knife. "Sonata, what are you doing? You could have killed yourself. Are you-" she stopped. "Are you cutting yourself?"

"No!" Sonata whispered. "I just dropped it."

"Be careful. I don't want you getting hurt. And I won't let you die. Understand?" Sonata nodded, and Adagio calmed down. "Good."

Adagio went back to her room. Sonata sank to the floor. She put one hand over her face, and the other on the floor. She held back her tears. Aria... Grief stabbed her heart. Memories flooded her brain. I love you.

Sonata pulled her phone out. She had a new message on Instagram. And someone had tagged her in a photo. She checked the account name of who it was, and gasped at the name.

"Who would hack into a dead girls account?" Rainbow asked. "Oh crap, this sounds like Unfriended."

"That's just a really good horror movie. We're not living it." Adagio said. She sighed. "Sonata told me that you're pregnant. Did you go in for an ultrasound yet?"

"No."

Adagio huffed. "Well, you have to."

Rainbow bit her lip. "I think I'm going to put the baby up for adoption. I can't raise a child through this. Fluttershy tried, and H....or A killed her baby. I don't want that to happen to mine. It would have a better life with someone else who doesn't have people stalking them."

"That's your choice, Dashie."

"Hey, do you want to come over and watch Unfriended? I'm bored."

"Sure."

"I'll call the other girls. See you soon."

In ten minutes, Adagio, Sonata, River, Viola, and Evelyn were all at Rainbow's house. Rainbow put in the Unfriended DVD. They all sat on a plush couch with popcorn and drinks.

They were only watching the movie for twenty minutes before a text came in.

Get to Mera's house now! We know who A is! -Sour Sweet, Mera, and Rara.

They ran to Vi's car.

The drive was only five minutes. River unlocked the door, and threw it open. It banged against the wall. "Mera!" she called. "We got your text! Where are you?"

Evelyn touched something red on the wall. "Is that–?"

Viola looked at her. "–blood?"

River gasped. She bolted to the stairs. "No, no, no, no! MERA!" The other girls followed her.

"Call 911!" Adagio hissed.

They got to a room. Blood was literally everywhere. Sour Sweet, Rara, and Mera were all laying on the ground. Dead.

River turned away. She leaned her forehead on Sonata's shoulder. Rainbow hugged herself. Evelyn closed her eyes. Viola wrapped her arm around her sister's waist. And they were all crying.

Evelyn bit her lip. "Who's CA?"

"I don't know," Rainbow said. "But they're working for A."
