Beyond that, I got a PS4 the other day (first gaming console I've owned since I got a Wii in third grade) (bought it with my own money too, which is sorta neat because I've never really had money to spend before??) and I accidentally spent like seven hours playing the (new-ish?) PS4 Spider-Man game :'')

Embarrassingly bad

The PS4 controller has absolutely zero resemblance to the Wii remote, and that game requires you to know which buttons do what and where they are and what they're called, unless you want to go face-planting into the asphalt.
Which I don't, generally.

Like, with the Wii remote, certain buttons tend to follow the same general purpose for most games. 2 or A for select/accelerate/interact/etc., B for go back/brake/stop/etc.
Like you can usually make a split-second guess and get it right as to what button will serve which function

And I'm sure the PS4 controller is the same way to some degree, but
I don't know which button serves the same general function as the 'A' button, or which one corresponds to the 'B' button, so my guesses are always completely wrong, haha

So yeah
King Pin killed me like fourteen times before I finally was able to make a correct split-second distribution between R1 and R2.

In all honesty I'm having a blast, though. Who cares if I'm terrible?
