3 months later...

"Why Applecloud sis?" Applebloom asked her big sister as she was Apple bucking with her boots. "I mean it a cool name but what gave you the idea two months ago?"
"I guess you can say cause it's our family," Applejack said. "And I know how much Rainbow loves clouds. That was all I could think. Plus I think it's beautiful."
"Oh Applebloom! Applejack!" Granny Smith asked to her two grandchildren. "Dinner is ready!"
It's been six months since Rainbow remain pregnant. There were a few side problems she's been having but mostly were hormones. Her gray hand was growing and it wasn't only that. It was also her feet to her knees, her stomach, even her cheeks. She looked as if she had bruises. Her hair was starting to look more pale than ever. It worried Applejack.
They both made it inside and sat down with everyone at the table. Their dinner was chicken and a side of fruits. They all drank Fizzy Apple Cider.
Rainbow began to feel sharp pains through her system. She did not feel good. Granny was the first to notice. "You okay sugarcube?"
"Yeah." She taking a breath. "Just trying not to break the table."
"Your contractions going through?" Applebloom asked. "That's what we learn from Sunset Shimmer of how woman react when they're close to getting ready for their baby."
"Ah kinda. Just need three more months to go and out comes Applecloud." She smiled. "I just wonder if I can handle it."
"You can sugarcube." Applejack said holding her hand. "And me and Big Mac will be there to help you when you're in labor."
"Wait, me?" Big Mac was surprised.
"Yeah. I want you in there when Applecloud is born."
"But why?" He still didn't understand.
"Because, if it weren't for you, Rainbow wouldn't be carrying our little Apple. I think it's also a good idea since you've experience seeing ma give birth to me and Applebloom, thought it be a good idea to give me a hand with Rainbow Dash."
"Well that's sweet AJ, but I don't think I'm ready to see another vagina open another baby."
Everyone, including himself, was laughing at that. Big Macintosh wasn't sure if he wants to see his sister's wife give birth. Even though it was funny, Rainbow began to feel the contractions come back. She tried to look like she was fine, but either way, she was in pain.
Winona sat next to her staring at her as she remain sitting. Rainbow Dash saw Winona and petted her head. "Good girl."
"Oh and guess what?" Applejack said. "Pinkie finished the house today and we can pack up tomorrow and move in."
"Sweet." Rainbow said agreeing.
That whole night, everyone enjoyed dinner and Rainbow fought her contractions. She knew she shouldn't but she couldn't take them well. She was sitting bed reading a Daring Do while Applejack tried to think of what is wrong with Rainbow. So far she lost the book that could give Twilight messages. Now she lost it. All she got of what's wrong, was Rainbow was looking worse. She skin was becoming gray and her hair was pale and messy.
Rainbow stopped reading and watched Applejack sat on the desk. "Hey AJ. Aren't you tired?"
"Uh, no. Not really. Go to sleep sugarcube." She said not looking back.
Rainbow knew this was silly and got out of bed to walk towards Applejack and wrapped her arms around her and began to kiss her neck. "You sure you're not sleepy babe?"
"I'm sure Rain-"
"Ow!" Rainbow backed up and hold her stomach as her contractions came back.
Applejack stood up and watch her hold it in. She was worried cause she started to glow gray. Her skin and hair. "Are you okay?" She asked.
"Yeah. These contractions are killing me." She said sitting down holding her stomach.
Applejack really wanted Rainbow to just go to sleep to relax. But she won't lie. She's also tired herself. She yawned to prove it.
She walked towards Rainbow and sat on the bed with her. She grabbed her hand and kissed her cheek. "I gotta say, I'm proud of you sugarcube." She said. "You went through six months of pregnancy and only three more months till Applecloud is born. You've done well."
"I think so. I just hope these contractions don't make me go overboard." She said.
"I'm just worried about this." She grabbed Rainbow's gray arm and made her look at herself.
"Well, I will admit it's weird with this happening," Rainbow said. "But it's probably nothing Applejack."
She stilled looked at her arms and everything and was still worried. She feels this had something to do with the potion she gave her. She still didn't say anything about it to her.
Rainbow cup her cheeks with her gray cold hands and said "There's nothing wrong. I promise. Let's just get some sleep. We have to pack up tomorrow."
Applejack smiled and kissed Rainbow. "Sure. As long as I get to cuddle with you."
Rainbow smiled and laid in bed next to Applejack and they drifted off to sleep.

1:39 AM

They were still sleeping and Rainbow had her arms wrapped around Applejack's waist. They slept peacefully.
While they were sleeping, Winona ran towards the bed and sat on the floor watching Rainbow sleep. She could sense it.
Rainbow pulled away from Applejack and laid on her back still sleeping.
With Winona watching, she watch her stomach began to glow pink. It was pretty.
Winona began to whimper as she watch it glow and glow. Soon the glowing calm down and Winona remain watching Rainbow sleep.
Suddenly, Rainbow lifted up and gasping in pain. Her stomach felt worse and the bed was wet. That was what gave her the idea.
She shook Applejack and panted "Applejack get up. Please get up."
Applejack groaned still sleeping.
Rainbow felt the pain get worse and so she used a pillow to hit Applejack to wake up. It worked.
Applejack stood up waking up and she said "What? What's wrong?"
"Applejack... I don't feel good...." She said holding her stomach. "..I... I think my...my water..."
Applejack's eyes widen with what she was about to say. She couldn't believe it. "You mean...?"
"Yes..." She nodded.
"Oh my gosh. Big Mac! Granny Smith! Get in here!" She said as she stood up to walk towards Rainbow.
Winona started to bark as if it was an alarm. Big Mac and Granny Smith ran in and saw them two. "Is something wrong?" Granny asked.
"Granny tell me, if there's water all over the bed, does that mean her water broke?" She asked.
Rainbow Dash gritted her teeth and hold the sheets tights as her contractions got worse. "I don't feel well."
Granny ann Big Mac were in shock. "Oh no."
"What's going on?" Applebloom asked as she was behind the adults.
"We better take her to the hospital." Big Mac said.
"Good thinking. You start the car Big Mac," Granny said. "Applebloom call the hospital, and Applejack, I'll help you with Rainbow Dash."
Everyone then started to get to their stations as fast as they could. Granny Smith and Applejack had to help Rainbow get downstairs. They pulled her up off the bed and lead her towards the door. But when they did, Applejack heard a loud crash. She turned around and saw their bed was broken. Which was weird cause it was fine before and Winona was barking at it as if there was an intruder there.
"Applejack we have to hurry." Granny call to her granddaughter.
"Sorry about that." She continue to Eli Rainbow down the stairs.
As they made it, Applebloom ran to them and said "I already called the hospital. They're holding a room for Rainbow Dash."
"Thank you Applebloom." Applejack said.
"Now stay in the house till we get back sugarcube. Try and call everyone." Granny said.
"Will do."
They led we towards the red truck and Big Mac had to help Rainbow get in. It wasn't easy, but he did it. He and Granny Smith remain in the front seats while Applejack and Rainbow Dash remain in the back breathing.
"Good luck Rainbow!" Applebloom called and waved as they drove off to the hospital.
Big Mac drove as fast as he can. He almost got into a wreck.
"Big Mac! We want to get to the hospital fast but we wanna make it there alive!" Granny said.
"Sorry."
"It's okay Rainbow. Just breath." Applejack told Rainbow as she hold her hand.
"AJ..."
"Oh dear."
With that said, everyone looked out the windows and saw something crazy outside. The weather looked bad. The clouds were dark and lighting and thunder were being made. It was all gathering in a circle and look as if a nightmare was being made and the wind was out of control.
"Oh looks like we're in for a twister." Applejack said.
"Ow! It hurts Applejack!" Rainbow screamed.
Suddenly, the truck started to make weird noises and the engine began to smoke up and explode. By then the truck stopped and everyone was now worried.
Big Mac tried to start it again. Nothing worked.
Applejack noticed something off about Rainbow. Her skin was getting worst and it was more gray and darker. Her hair started to looked white. She felt she could pass out.
"Rainbow Dash?"
"Why aren't we moving?!" She said in pain.
"The engine is broken." Granny said.
"I just fixed it yesterday." Big Mac said. "I'm so sorry."
"No no no no no! This can't be happening!" Applejack then got out of the truck and grabbed Rainbow to join her.
Granny Smith jumped out and said "Applejack! Where you going?"
"We gotta hurry. She probably doesn't have much time and we can't get caught in a weather like that." Applejack said.
Suddenly, a honk was made, and car drove up next to them. They were thrilled with who they saw.
"Get in! Hurry!"
"Sunset Shimmer, you're a life saver!" Applejack said as she and Rainbow Dash ran towards her car. Granny help and they put Rainbow in the back and Big Mac got in the front.
"Jump in Granny!" Applejack said.
"Y'all go ahead. I can fix this baby re in ten seconds. Hurry and get Rainbow to the hospital." She said.
Sunset Shimmer nodded and drove off while Granny remain by herself.
They drove and drove as fast as they can. Rainbow was breathing as well as she could. Applejack kept noticing her body grow gray. It was not normal at all.
They made it to the hospital and got out as quickly as they could. They had to help Rainbow Dash get out since she was getting it painfully.
Fluttershy then ran out of the hospital with a wheelchair and got Rainbow on it. "Come on. We have to hurry." She said.
They all ran to the hospital. Big Mac had to move the wheel chair so they could hurry since he was strong.
They made it inside and got to the front desk. Seem someone was already helping them.
"Don't worry darling." Rarity said as she ran back to her friends. "Dr. Hooves will be here any minute."
"Let's hope he hurries." Rainbow grunted.
Sunset Shimmer watch as Rainbow hold in her contractions and she felt bad. But she then noticed how her skin was gray and her hair was pale. "Hey Appleja-"
"Applebloom gave me a call that you were coming." Dr. Hooves said as he came out. Then he laugh "But I didn't realize you were bringing the whole party. How bad are the contractions?"
"Very.... Painfully...." Big Mac grunted as Rainbow Dash squeezed his hand. "Stronger doctor."
Rainbow let go of his hand and said weakly "Sorry."
"Okay Rainbow. Let's get you settle in." He said as he took her in the wheelchair to the halls and Big Mac follow.
Applejack was about to follow but Sunset's hand stopped her.
"Applejack, did you give Rainbow Dash the 'Gender Change' potion?" She asked.
"The what?"
"The Gender Change potion that is suppose to make ponies have their babies change by making them horny and-"
"Applejack, we have to hurry." A nurse said.
Applejack didn't respond and followed the nurse to get to Rainbow Dash.
Sunset Shimmer only stood there curious.
"Ooh! I'm so nervocited!" Pinkie jumped up and down.
"Me too. I hope Rainbow will be okay." Fluttershy said.
"Me too."
The girls turned around and were trilled with who they saw. "Twilight!"
"Thought I could see the house to see if I could help but I saw Scootaloo running around saying Rainbow was in labor, so I came here as fast as I could."
"Boy was she yapping a lot." Spike said.
"Oh we're so glad you're here darling." Rarity said. "I just wonder what they're doing in there."
"The weather outside looks pretty bad." Twilight said as she looked outside.
Sunset Shimmer to her and said "Twilight, did you give Applejack the Gender Change potion?"
"Well yes. She and Rainbow wanted the foal to be like theirselves to Applejack asked if there was a potion or spell that could do that." She answered.
Now Sunset Shimmer looked scared. "Oh no."
"Why? Is something wrong?"
"Yes! That potion is dangerous Twilight. It is only meant for ponies. It could easily hurt a human. And you're suppose to give to ponies or people who have medical problems and Rainbow Dash has a heart condition."
Twilight's eyes widen. She could not believe she had forgotten that. "Oh no. Please nothing has bad happen these pat few mouths."
"She's too early to give birth. And she has gray skin and pale hair."
"And the weather outside..." That's when they both realize what could happen to Rainbow with such dark magic.
"Rainbow Dash is dying." Spike realized it too.
While they all remain in the waiting room, Applejack, Big Macintosh, and Rainbow Dash were in the deliver room getting ready to being out their baby girl. Rainbow was breathing in and out of herself. But as she did, the lights kept flickering which was way weird to everyone.
"Applejack..." Rainbow panted. "I can't do this.."
"Yes you can Rainbow." Applejack said rubbing her cheek. "You can do this."
"Buts it's too early. How can I.... I can't push her out AJ. I'm scared."
Big Mac didn't know what to do. He rather just stay there and help out like they said he would.
"Now Rainbow, I understand you're scared." Applejack took her hand. "But I know you can do this. You went through six months of pregnancy and I can honestly say, you can do this. And I will be here for you. I won't leave you, and neither will Big Mac. I promise."
Rainbow could feel tears fall down her cheeks it wasn't from the pain she was receiving of being in labor. It was because it was the sweetest thing Applejack has ever said to her and she felt so safe. Because of this, her skin began to look heathy and her hair look as if it was coming back alive to it's natural colors.
Applejack and Rainbow looked up at Big Mac and saw he was tearing up. He wipe his eyes and said "Sorry. You just remind me of pa of what you said Applejack. That's exactly what pa told her before she have birth to you."
She smiled at her brother as so did Rainbow Dash.
Rainbow felt her contractions get worse and that's when the doctor and nurses came in to help deliver.
"Okay let me give you this sweetie." A nurse said giving Rainbow shot.
"Okay Rainbow Dash," Dr. Hooves said below her vagina. "It's time to push okay."
She squeezed Applejack's hand but felt no pain. "You can do this Rainbow." She said making her feel better.
The lights still flicker and the thunder went on.
"Okay Rainbow on three. One, two, three, push!"
Rainbow push with her grunting and gritting her teeth. The light were making this hard for the doctor to see if the baby was being deliver.
"Okay. Pretty good. Another push. One, two, three push!"
Rainbow push again and almost scream but she hold it in. "Applejack... I'm scared."
"It's okay. How good are we?" She asked the doctor.
"I can see the head. Give another push okay. One, two, three."
Rainbow gave another push almost about to lose it.
The thunder was looking worse and the clouds looked as if they were making a tornado. Twilight, Spike, and Sunset Shimmer remain looking outside through the glass door.
"Do you think Rainbow is okay in there?" Spike asked.
Twilight and Sunset looks worried and said together "Those clouds are her death Spike."
"And that's not a good sign right?"
They nodded together.
Now he looked worried. "Oh boy."
"Okay another push Rainbow. One, two, three!"
Rainbow pushed again and felt she couldn't take anymore. The lights made it hard for her to see now.
"Alright it's almost out. One more push."
"One push okay?" Applejack told her. "And it will be over."
She nodded.
"Okay. One, two, three, push!"
The lights flick off and Rainbow screamed like a bloody cry as she made one last push.
Soon, the cry of a baby was made and the thundering stopped.
