While usage of titles like your books' is very common, the title gives a very on point understanding as to what to expect from the book.

Cover (10 points): 9

The cover works great. The red gives it a unique pop of color. The only thing that I would suggest changes to is your name. It sort of camouflages with the background and is hard to read.

Blurb (10 points): 7

I think it's a bit too long. What you explain in those three paragraphs could be easily done in two.

Blurbs are meant to be short and to the point. And yours gave a whole bunch of insight into the story.

The grammar is okay. I like the last paragraph. It adds an element of intrigue.

Grammar (10 points): 7

I noticed a few errors but it was nothing that can't be easily remedied.

There were a few sudden shifts in tenses. I suggest you edit your book and read it thoroughly.

The one thing that took me out is that you did a lot of showing instead of telling. You explained Keira and Shane's life in chunky paragraphs instead of letting readers feel their helplessness and loneliness as the story progressed. That way, you could have added great depth to your characters.

Story flow (10 points): 6

Your story felt rushed to me. Only two chapters in and the characters were so attached to each other. It didn't seem realistic due to which I wasn't able to relate to your characters.

Then came the bullying scene which also felt very chaotic and rushed. There were too many things happening at once. The scene would have been very powerful if you could have slowed down a little.

Characters (10 points): 7

I love your characters and I love how you portrayed them. But again, if you would have slowed down and showed us their lives instead of telling it, it would have made us feel that much more for them.

Setting \ World building (10 points): 10

High school romances are something I enjoy no matter how many times I read them and you nailed it.

Originality (10 points): 5

High school romances, bad boy good girl and these tropes are as old as time.

Enjoyability (10 points): 7

I liked your work. I can see the potential it has. It just needs to be polished. The pace needs to be slowed down and you need to work on making the readers connect with your characters.
