"You my momma boyfriend?" I heard when I was waking up.

"Girl don't be askin nobody that question, he's my close friend." I said sitting up stretching.

"Right, you her real close friend huh?" She said folding her arms looking at Kairo.

"Yea I guess so. What's your name pretty girl."

"It's Amour, what's yours?" She said walking up to me climbing into the bed to sit on my lap.

"Kairo, I like your name."

"I'm finna go brush my teeth, that's okay?" I asked and they both nodded and Mora moved so I could get up.

I walked out my room and went to the bathroom closing the door to pee and opening it back up to brush my teeth.

I could hear laughing in my room but couldn't hear what they were talking about.

I heard my phone ring making me stick my head out.

"Kyla calling."

"Mora answer it and bring it to me please." I said after spitting my toothpaste out.

She did and I rinsed my mouth out.

"Hey Kyla Pooh."

"Hi, I wish I was able to come over."

"Whatchu even do?"

"I tried to sneak a boy in."

"Girl next time just have the boy come over here. But stop talkin bout it Kai Kai here and I'm finna go to my room."

"Stop talkin bout what?" Kairo said as I walked out.

"Her being on her period."

"Awl okay. But I'm finna go I'll be back in like a hour." He said and I nodded.

"Okay. I'm cooking some homemade burgers and fries today so can you bring me some ketchup on the way back."

"Of course."

"What about me." Kyla said.

"I'll drop you some off tonight."

"No you won't, stop spoiling that girl. She in trouble." Kairo said and I rolled my eyes.

"Well if I don't then I'll do sum else when you off punishment."

"Okay I think mama cooking anyways so forget yu kai."

"Girl anyways, I'll see you in a minute Auna."

"Okay see you soon." He said walking out the door.

I went to the kitchen and grabbed the eggs cheese and bacon out of the fridge.

"Mama I like him."

"You do?" I asked and she nodded.

"Yeah, whatchu making?"

"Ima make us a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. That good?"

"Yes put grape jelly on it too?"

"Of course, or apple jelly."

"Apple."

"Alright, you make your bed?"

"Yes ma'am."

"Okay toys and clothes put away."

"Yes mommy I did it all already. I'm not dirty."

"I know baby I'm so proud of you." I said starting the bacon.

"Thank you girly. Ima go turn on music be right back." She said running out of the kitchen.

"Turn on some R&B music."

"Girl you know I gotcha." She said and I laughed.

A few seconds later I heard huncho singing.

"Hea." Kairo said handing me a bag.

Inside was some ketchup and gummy worms.

"Who's these?" Holding them up.

"Amour's." He said taking em from me and walking to the living room.

"Uh." I pouted.

I put the ketchup in the fridge and walked to the living room where Kairo was on his phone and Mora was on her iPad while eating the gummy worms.

"Mora can mommy have two?" I asked and she shook her head smacking.

"No mama, get your own. You asked for ketchup I asked for this." She said shrugging and I scrunched my head back.

"Girl okay then when I make your food don't ask for ketchup cause you not getting any."

"Yes you is even if I gotta go get some packets." Kairo said and I laughed.

"Be quiet." I said pulling my feet up on the couch and posted a photo I took earlier on my story.

"Mommy can we go see grandpa tomorrow? He posed to give me 20 dollars." She said looking up.

"Um, maybe." I said before getting up walking to my room.

I started opening my blinds before remaking my bed.

"Whas wrong wit you?" Kairo came in the room after me.

"Nothin, why?" I asked fluffing my pillows.

"Cause you walked out the living room without saying sum. Tell me wassup."

"It's nothing for real. I miss Kyla." I said going to my phone to call her.

She answered on the second ring and I smiled.

"Why yo dressed like that?" Kairo said looking into the camera.

She had on a black t-shirt and some basketball shorts.

"Kai Kai I was just finna call you. This girl finna pull up to come fight me and she talkin bout she finna have her whole family come up here to jump me and shit." She said and I sat my phone on the bed before pulling my shirt over my head going to my closet.

"We on the way give us 10 minutes. Kai go put mora in my car please? I'm right behind y'all." I said pulling my pants down and changing into a one piece and put my black forces on.

I ran downstairs to my nail drill and drilled my nails off which took two minutes for all ten. Ian get them all the way off but they were cut short.

I ran upstairs and closed and locked the door.

"We could take my car its faster." Kai said and I nodded so he went to his car.

"Put your seatbelt on mora." I said and texted Brandon.

"We here." Kai said and I took mora out the car and held her. It was four cars already outside and me and kairo went to the door.

"Aye tell that pussy ass bitch Kyla come outside!" Some lil ugly ass girl said.

"Bitch she comin the fuck, stop hiding by the car ugly ass hoe!" Kairo yelled back.

He opened the door and I sat mora down.

"Mora here. Stay in here."

"I wanna watch."

"Look through the window. And if you see men hoppin out lookin like they finna do sum get to the ground okay?"

"Okay."

Kyla came down the stairs with her mom and three other girls and we all went outside.

Two other hellcats pulled up and Tj and the other people came out and walked up to us.

"Come on bitch." The ugly ass girl said as her and five other girls stepped out the first car.

Looked like two grown women and three kids. Perfect.

"Who da momma cause bitch you was talkin slick?" Kyla and Kairo mom said hoppin off the porch first.

"Bitch that's me."

"Bitch you touch my momma ima make this yo last day." The lil girl said.

"Bitch who the fuck you talkin to? On god come run up hoe. Let my lil sister beat yo ugly ass."

"Aye cuh shut the fuck up."

"Or what pussy?" Kairo said hoppin up from the step making me step behind him.

"Bitch sit the fuck down." The other lady said lookin at me.

"Come sit me down hoe." I said turning to her.

Next thing you know Kyla ran up on the girl and the other three teenagers chose somebody and then they momma chose somebody and then the girl that said some to me tried to jump they momma so I ran up yanking her by her hair and throwing her to the ground.

"Bitch!" I said punching her. After we all fought for a second every fight was broken up and Kyla fixed her hair.

"Let's run it again!" Kyla said and the girl hopped up.

"Just us!" The lil girl said and Kyla squared up.

The lil girl ran up on Kyla and Kyla punched her using her right hand and grabbed her hair with her left and began to swing her trying to get her to the grown.

The girl was swinging and they both fell and Kyla quickly got on top punching her until the girl got her flipped over and then Kyla kicked her and hopped up and then Kai ran over trying to break up the fight.

"That's it! That's it!" He said trying to snatch ole girl from her.

Kyla tried walking off but the girl grabbed her hair so Kai punched the fuck outta her.

"Aye!" One of the niggas hopped up and Kairo turned to him.

"Get this dumbass bitch from off my street nigga for I beat the fuck outta y'all. Y'all don't want shi over here wit me dead homies cuh." Kairo said and I tied my hair up just in case.

"Nigga fuck yo street fuck you wanna do, you just hit a lil ass girl."

"Ion give a fuck tell this lil girl she come back over here she can deal wit me." Kai said pulling up his pants.

The girls momma helped the lil girl up and they put her in the car.

"Trey come on fuck these people he mad that lil girl got her ass beat. Can't none of y'all thump for real."

"Bitch worry about that mafuckin nigga that's beatin on yo children." They mom said.

"And bitch yo daughter got her ass beat so get the fuck. My lil sister will hand it to her every fuckin time, she get out there." Kairo said.

"Nigga stop riding that bike." One of the lil girls wit them said.

"Bitch you was just texting me on instagram asking to suck my dick with yo fast ass, learn to be a fuckin kid for I call cps on y'all." Kairo said and my jaw dropped.

"Well time to go, bye guys this was fun we should reschedule sometime." I said going to Kai grabbing his hand.

"Listen to ya lady if you know what's best for you." One of the niggas said.

"Oh no see I'm helping y'all cause he'a beat the fuck outta you so shut the fuck up goodbye." I waved and me and Kairo walked up to the porch.

We all went inside and mora jumped from the couch

"Y'all put belt to ahh out there. On my soul." She said and I started laughing picking her up.

"Girl watch yo mouth. Where my phone at?" I asked looking and she handed it to me.

"We finna go?" She asked and I looked at Kai.

"Nah we gone stay here for a minute, you hungry?" He asked looking at her.

"A little bit."

"You want me to go pick her up some food in your car? I can get you some too? And I wanna go change." I asked walking up to him.

"Mhm here, get some chipotle." He said handing me his keys and a hundred.

"I can pay for it." I said tryna hand it back and he shook his head.

"Go girl." He said and I rolled my eyes before reaching in for a side hug since I was holding Mora.

"Aight text me whatchu want okay." I said and he nodded.

"Be careful let me know if you need me." He said walking me to the door.

I walked to the car and put mora in the backseat and she put her seatbelt on.

"I like this car mama." She said and I nodded.

"Me too girl." I said and closed the door.

I got in the front seat and put my seatbelt on before connecting my phone to the Bluetooth.

I played What You Heard by sonder and started driving off.

"Fuck yo mind up waste time jump on to that do it mmm." I sung mumbling the lyrics I didn't know.

"You don't even gotta leave please believe me I been needing you know this ain't easy." Mora sung loudly making me laugh.

I pulled up to our house and we got out the car walking in and taking our shoes off.

"Go get dress in something cute mora."

"Wanna match then?"

"Yea go find sum and I'll match it. I gotta fix my nails."

"Speaking of that do my nails later please."

"Okay hurry up now."

I went downstairs and sat down filing my nails fully off before shaping my nails shivering at the feeling and then just applying clear nail polish on them.

I went back upstairs and seen that mora had out our white one pieces and black slippers and black socks.

"We gone wear sum slight and comfortable since the day already begun." She said picking hers up and starting to put it on.

"Okay girl thanks for getting mine out." Before getting undress and putting the one piece on.

"Let's take a picture." She said handing me my phone.

We went to my room and i took our picture in front of the mirror.

"Hey we back." I said with the two bags of chipotle and a big bag of Doritos from my house.

"I got Kyla some with my money." I said handing him his change.

"Girl you could've got her some with mine."

"I know but you ain't tell me to so Ian wanna just spend it."

"Okay girl, come on. Hey Amour." He said waving to Mora when she got out the car after hanging up on Brandon.

"Wassup cuh. Come on I'm hungry." She said and grabbed a bag from me.

"Youn even know if that one is yours. Should I have got your mom something? Oh shoot I ca leave again real quick."

"Nah she don't eat chipotle you okay." He said and we walked up to the door.

"I gotta take my shoes off?" Mora asked.

"No you straight, the dining room over there. Come on. Kyla come downstairs!" He called out.

Everybody was gone I guess cause the house was quiet and the cars were gone.

"Kairo don't be yelling in my house, hello miss thang." Their mom came in and I waved at her nervously.

"Mom this is Aunusti, auna this my momma Kira." He said before opening the bag of Doritos and putting some in his bowl to eat with.

"Hey miss Kira."

"Girl call me Kira, you the one Kyla stay talkin bout huh?"

"I guess so, that's my bestie."

"Second bestie." Kairo corrected taking a bite.

I handed mora her food and put Doritos on her bowl and watched her crush them up in it.

"I thought you would've been more whore lookin, but you so pretty girl." She said and I laughed.

"Thank you, you're so pretty as well. Who do your nails?"

"Nobody ion get em done, cost too much and I gotta take care of Kyla."

"Let me do em, I can do em for free. I do Kyla's nails and I did mora's" I said and Mora held out her nails to show her very short acrylic pink French tips.

"Oh those are cute, when can you do me some like that?"

"I do it for a living so I would have to check my appointment books but really I can get you in anytime."

"Okay how bout next week then? That way I can already have got my birthday outfit and hair and make up done."

"Sounds good to me." I said putting some of the food on the Dorito and eating it.

"Hey Auna."

"Hi Kyla bear, I gotchu some food girl." I said handing her the bad that had her burrito in it.

"Thank you, sorry for making you have to take your nails off." She said sitting down.

"Speaking of that, why they even wanna fight you?"

"Cause." She said looking at Kairo.

"She ain't gotta tell you boy cause you do all that extra shit." Kira said and I looked at Kyla with an eyebrow raised.

She gave me the 'tell you later' look.

It's about a boy.

"Ion even be doin nothing for real."

"Yes you do, but whatever." I said putting my hands up when he looked at me.

"Y'all berbally jumping him." Mora said with a mouthful of food.

"Swallow your food Amour." I said.

"Exactly mora, they verbally jumping me." He said pointing a chip at her.

"Don't be waving no dorito in my face." She said swatting him away making his jaw drop.

"So you on they side?"

"No Kai Kai." She sighed like she was tired of him.

I laughed covering my food up standing up to wash my hands in the sink.

"You full?" I said and mora nodded so I helped her get her things put up.
