Potential Spoilers (pretty minor) for Escaping Peril!

How to adopt: Cardinal is cannon. He appears in Escaping Peril when Scarlet enters the SkyWing hatchery looking for Cliff. To adopt him, I want you to give him a backstory, and maybe include a little bit of his character that's mentioned in the book: the dragonets in the hatchery were discussing how Scarlet's disfigured face looked, and it was mentioned that her face supposedly looked even grosser than when Cardinal drooled in his sleep.
