A Poison and Sulfur dragon hybrid, his breathe attacks can destroy almost any substance substance, with only god/Kaioshin tier metals being impervious to his attacks, he was rejected by both Poison and Sulfur dragon clans, so he usually lives alone, but was later befriended by Raider. Mokeru is immune to any form of poisoning, and is heat resistant.
