Cop Car sung by Keith Urban
"So, Mr. Hotshot," Anna started, smiling at the blonde sitting next to her. "Where are you taking me tonight?" She grinned as the truck drove past a no trespassing sign. They hit a few bumps, making them rock side to side.
"Nowhere in particular." He smiled back, playfulness showing in his brown eyes. Anna rolled her eyes as he shut off the truck, the backend facing towards the setting sun. Kristoff exited the car as he listened to her unbuckle her seatbelt.
She followed him around back, watching him take down the tailgate. She smiled at him, holding out her arms. He groaned and picked her up, placing her on the edge of the tailgate. "Thanks, babe." She teased as he hopped up beside her.
"Whatever." He fired back, slightly smirking as he looked to his right, waiting to see when the his surprise would come. They sat in silence as Anna gently swung her legs back and forth.
After a couple of minutes, her patience slowly ran out and her curiosity began to kick into overdrive. "So," she began. "What are we waiting for?" She asked, keeping her blue eyes on the setting sun.
"Don't get your panties in a twist. It's coming." He answered, making her giggle. He took her hand, hearing his surprise start up.
"Kristoff, what's that noise?" Anna complained, scrunching up her nose. Before he could answer her, she saw the plane taking off across the sky. Her jaw dropped as she watched it slowly head for the clouds.
Kristoff tilted his head, seeing if she was enjoying herself. As he thought, she was amazed. She seemed so entranced watching the planes take off from the strip. When it disappeared into the sky, he pulled her close, laying his arm over her shoulder. "Just think, we have all night." He stated.
She cuddled up against him, laying her head on his chest. "No need to rush?" She grinned, looking up into his brown eyes. Kristoff smiled, looking down into her blue eyes.
"No need to rush." He repeated, gently pecking her lips. Soon, they were in a full out make out session. It was just getting heated when they heard the sirens. Anna pulled away, her eyebrows furrowed.
"The cops?" She questioned, seeing them pull up beside Kristoff's truck. Kristoff groaned, realization hitting him.
"Oh man. This is some deep shit." He mumbled, watching a few cops exit their cars and walk towards them. Anna turned and looked at Kristoff, not even an ounce of fear on her face.
"Running for it would make a good story." She teased. Kristoff laughed, shaking his head.
"You're crazy as hell." He chuckled as two of the officers walked up to them.
"Please step down from the truck." The male officer asked. They both listened, raising their hands above their heads. They were quickly patted down, even though neither one of them were carrying a gun.
"So what were you two love birds doing out here tonight?" The female asked, pulling back her blonde hair behind her ear. Kristoff rolled his brown eyes, annoyed that he had to explain himself to them.
"We just wanted to watch the planes take off and get away from prying eyes." He explained, shoving his hands into his pockets once they were done patting him down.
They hummed, not impressed with his response. "Well, you two entered a no trespassing zone and will be taken into custody. We already have a tow truck on its way to take this hunk of junk to the pound." The male one explained, pointing to Kristoff's truck. Kristoff groaned, tossing back his head. His parents were going to kill him once they found out.
"Please turn around and put your hands behind your back." The female officer commanded. Anna and Kristoff followed her instructions and listened to her read off their rights.
Kristoff glanced to his right to look at Anna. There was something about the way the blue lights shined in her eyes. It brought out a freedom he had never seen before. His worry about being taken to jail was washing away as he watched her act like a wild child. She pretended like this wasn't the first time she had been cuffed.
"Ya, know. I think this all a big misunderstanding," Anna began. The male officer hummed. It was obvious he had heard that line before. "Me and Kristoff weren't doing anything wrong. And I'm such a sweet girl, I swear. Can't you please just take off the cuffs and let us go with a warning?" She sweet talked.
"Sorry. Rules are rules, sweetheart." He grumbled back, leading her towards the car. It might not have worked on the officer, but it sure as hell worked on Kristoff. He couldn't help but smile at her as he was dragged to the opposite side of the car.
She was on the left. He was on the right. They were plopped down beside each other, sitting close to each other. Anna turned and looked at the officer, plastering on a smile. "Can I have a light, please?" She asked.
Kristoff couldn't help but laugh. One, she just asked an officer for a cigarette when she was under age. Two, she didn't smoke at all. She hated the thought of it.
"Just behave." He grumbled, slamming the door shut. Anna burst out laughing, tossing back her head.
"He's mad now." She grinned, her blue eyes meeting Kristoff's brown ones. This was the most fun she ever had.
"God, your daddy is going to kill me." Kristoff mumbled, guilt filling in his veins. There was no way he was going to survive this mess. But if he did, he wouldn't change one thing. This night went perfect, beside getting arrested.
"No he's not. He's going to kill me." She comforted, sitting closer to him.
"We can die together then." Kristoff laughed, making her grin. The cops took their time, but Kristoff and Anna didn't mind. They spent the rest of the night talking and laughing.
By the time they were released, Kristoff was already gone. The innocent strawberry blonde had stolen his heart that night. He had fallen in love in the back of a cop car.
