Clock Don't Stop sung by Carrie Underwood

"Get out." Anna muttered as she pointed to the door. Her lip trembled as her tears filled up in her eyes. Her red dress was covered in spilled white wine. The table was mess from their fight.

"What?" Kristoff frowned. His eyes drooped, unsure what he did to upset her. They were having a peaceful evening, when something snapped inside her gorgeous head. She dropped her glass and it shattered on the floor. Their laughter suddenly turned into an argument, filling their house with screams.

"I said get out." Anna growled. Her tears were threatening to spill out of her blue eyes. He broke her heart and didn't even care. She couldn't even stand to look at him. She couldn't believe he had the guts to ask her that.

"Where do you want me to go?" He asked. He felt like his heart was shattering. His beautiful wife, the love of his life, was kicking him out of the house. Where was he supposed to go? What was he supposed to do?

"Anywhere but here. Preferably hell." Anna cried. She sniffed, angry at her husband. He stiffened. She had never insulted him like that before. Something was deeply wrong. He stood up and walked toward the front door, careful not to step on the glittering glass.

"Goodnight." He mumbled as he reached the door. Anna had her back towards him with her arms crossed across her chest. She couldn't look him in the eyes.

"Don't let the door hit your ass on the way out." She spat. Kristoff scowled and slammed the door shut, making the picture frames shake on the walls. Anna jumped, not expecting the loud noise. One of them fell to the wood floor, impacting with a shatter. She shut her eyes, listening to his truck pull out of their driveway. When she knew he was gone, she broke down.

Mascara trailed down her cheeks. She hadn't even bothered to clean herself up. She laid in bed, hoping she would feel better by morning. Her clock read 12:47 am, and she was missing her goodnight kiss. She missed having him beside her, protecting her. But she couldn't sleep next him after that. Hopefully they could make everything alright tomorrow.

The house phone rang out again. She was laying on the couch, cuddled under her favorite blanket, watching sad movies. She had already ate all the chocolate. She turned down the tv, waiting to hear who it was this time. She hadn't answered the phone in hours.

Call from: Kristoff

Anna scoffed and waited for it go to voice mail. She wasn't in the mood to talk with him yet. Their fight was turning into more than it was meant to be. "Hey, Anna. It's Kristoff. I'm calling again because I'm worried about you. I'm hoping you'll pick up soon. This is the fifth time I've called this morning. Call me when you get this. Bye." His voice rang through the house.

She'd been acting like she wasn't home. She wasted her day listening to his multiple calls. He just wouldn't stop. Didn't he understand that she wanted to be left alone? She was right and he was wrong. Why couldn't he just admit that?

Anna sat there, replying his messages over and over in her brain. Tears began to form in her eyes again. She wanted someone to comfort her. He couldn't hear her cries on the other end of the line. She looked at the clock. 2:43 pm.

The minutes were turning into hours before her very eyes. They were flying by as fast as a jet plane. The clock ticked on her wall, filling the silence with obnoxious noise. It wouldn't stop ticking, not caring if she didn't want the next day to come. It wouldn't stop or wait for her. Little did she know that their fight wasn't even close to done. They were just getting started.

A week later and she was being to become scared. He hadn't called all morning. She didn't know if he would ever come back. She desperately missed him. She couldn't live without him, even if he had made her upset the other night. Anna wasn't Anna without Kristoff.

"What do I do?" Anna cried out loud, wishing he was here to guide her. She nervously chomped on her nails that were already to her tips. She wanted to run into his arms, but that would show that he was right when he wasn't. As she paced around the room, the clock still ticked.

She wanted it gone. She snatched the horrible clock off the wall. She grabbed Kristoff's hammer and connected it to the clock. She smashed and smashed. Parts were flying everywhere and she probably looked like a madwoman. She wanted everything back to the way it was.

She plopped onto the couch and cried. She messed with her wedding ring still on her hand. It burned on her finger like a bad joke, taunting her, telling her that she made a huge mistake. What was she supposed to do? After hours of debating with her conscience, she picked up the phone and slowly dialed the number. After five long rings, a familiar voice was heard, a voice she desperately missed. "Anna! Oh my, God! I thought you would never call!"

"Kristoff," Anna started. "I'm sorry. Will you ever forgive me?" She sobbed into the phone. Tears streamed down her face. She felt awful for what happened last week. She shouldn't have kicked him out.

"Oh, Anna! It was my fault. I shouldn't have asked you that. Can I come back so we can work this out?" Kristoff questioned. He didn't want to over step his boundaries. She had just let him back and he didn't want her to change her mind.

"Yes." Anna softly smiled. She couldn't wait to see him again. His sandy blonde hair and light brown eyes lit up her world. She wanted that light back.

"Let's put his stupid fight behind us, okay?" He chuckled into the phone. He rubbed the back of his neck, hoping he didn't upset her again. He was trying to be careful with his words. This was the first time he's heard her voice in over a week.

Two strong arms wrapped around her waist. They pulled her close, making her feel safe and secure. She took a deep breath, smelling the scent of pine. She cuddled in, showing him that she felt at home. He planted a soft, sloppy kiss on her cheek. "I love you." He mumbled. She smiled and looked up at her darling husband. His eyes were shut, but a soft grin was plastered on his face.

"I love you, too." She replied. He chuckled and gave her a few more kisses. She blushed, missing his sweet, affection kisses. She brushed her strawberry blonde hair out of her eyes.

"Goodnight, Anna." He whispered, sending shiver up her spine. How she missed his husky goodnight whispers. "Sweet dreams." He added. She sighed, letting herself falling into a deep, peaceful dream. She hadn't slept that well in a long time.
